Gone in twice for upgrades, left twice without upgrades. The first time, the lady was super nice and suggested better promos would be coming up. So when a better promo came along, we decided to go back and upgrade. The gentleman who was assigned to help us was quite useless. He seemed completely disinterested in helping us. He claimed he couldn’t tell me my trade in value on my phone. I was able to look it up on the Verizon app right in front of him. I wanted him to find this information so he could use it to tell us what our monthly bill would be with upgrades after trade in - but he kept saying “I don’t know”. We literally gave up and walked out. If I had to guess, he didn’t want to help us as it was the end of the day and he knows his paycheck is coming whether he gets customers set up with new phones or not. Or he is trying to push us to wait to the newest phone coming out in a few months. Won’t be going back. Would rather do everything online or over the phone through Verizon.

We went in to get a new phone, and we seen Steph. She was SO HELPFUL. If you are ever in there and see her, you want her help! She was very straight up about everything and she didnt start a process that was going to cost anything or cost more data without mentioning it, when we were over our data she made sure we were aware and we understood the cost we would incur if we wanted to transfer stuff. So we really appreciated that, it makes such a huge difference when you dont have people pushing products and more expensive phones that may be hard to learn for an older person, looking at YOU. AT&T!. So thank you steph. You rock.

Zach was really helpful when we needed to figure out how to get usable internet service at a house not served by wired internet providers. He set us up with a tiny little device called a Jetpack and a prepaid plan.It works well and provides decently fast WiFi in an area where the only other option was slow, slow, and expensive satellite service.

Worst phone service I have ever had at my home 450 phone is a paper weight have to have wifi to use it and I do not have wifi in my houseAnd the people are not so friendly if your not buying a 1000 phone very bad experience switching asap

My 80 year old uncle went into the store to get help getting his contact and email information transferred into his new phone. An associate in the store told another colleague “don’t bother with that crazy old man. He’s a waste of time”I was in disbelief, and utterly disgusted at how someone could be so bluntly disrespectful.

Very courteous and quick to assist. They have a good selection of flagship phones and a ton of accessories. They also have 2 bill pay kiosks for customer convenience. There is also a selection of prepaid devices in addition to the standard post paid offerings. Detracted one star due to the lack of budget friendly phones that could suit a kid or less demanding user.

Went to their store to see about buying a new phone and starting service. The extremely unhelpful person who emerged, blocked the door and said ‘we don’t sell phones here-we really have nothing to sell’. Told him ‘guess I’ll go to At&t’-no protest. Apparently Verizon agents work for AT&T-nothing to sell, go to their competitors, please.

The downside, a mere 4 hours of waisted life and I finally reached my simple goal of a new phone and a phone watch for my son. Ugh!The upside, the Gizmo Smart Watch phone is an awesome deal for the kiddos. With GPS tracking and full communications control for the concerned parent it can actually buy you peace of mind and possibly some of your wasted time back that you will most likely have to spend while in the Verizon Store.

Two trips so far to get 2 numbers on same device.

If you like rude people and horrible customer service come here! Some how at the age of 18 you have to have owned 15 houses ALL HAVING TO BE PAID OFF IN A WEEK and 20 cars to have enough credit to purchase a phone here.

If you want AMAZING customer service and to feel like your needs matter then back out of their parking lot and drive down to AT&T :) but if you want to feel like a criminal and be accused of fraud and deal with a terrible unhelpful manager, then this Verizon is the one for you.

Great service! Michaela helped me and went above and beyond for me. She answered all my questions and was patient with all that she helped me with. She really did a good job. I definitely will come back if I ever needed help or had questions.

Made us feel as if we werent interested in purchasing a new phone, they had no time for us; though we waited on them for a very, very long time. Felt totally blown off! They must be on commission or have high sales goals. Here service is an oxymoron. Werent interested in our simple need, just tried to up sell to new phones, new hotspot, etc. Lucky they have the best cells in the area.

This place was very busy and was all about dealing with customers as quickly as possible. They were polite but not terribly friendly.

I needed information on my phone. When I walked in all the employees were standing there by one of their stations. I asked a simple question about what I needed and they all looked at me like I was nuts. I just wanted to make sure when I turned on my replacement phone I would not loose my pictures or videos. I walked out embarrassed! Note I used to go in and service was great, quick and kind. There are alot of new employees that seem to be more interested in their sales and not service.

On hold over an hour ? Thinking of switching to at&t . This is ridiculous.

Most unhelpful... dishonest... and outright horrible verizon I have ever been to... these guys are like modern day car salesman that if they could would sell you your own phone back to you at full price after you just traded it to them for 50.00.

Horrible customer service. I called 3 days in a row and was told I would receive a call back each day. I never heard back from anyone until the third day at 8:00 at night. When he did call me back he told me to call another store or customer service. So rude. He basically didnt want to help me with my issue and just wanted to pass me along. I would not recommend this store to anyone.
