Had nothing but issues with metro. Its a rip off! Had 2 lines and both had connectivity issues. Metro tried to stare that it was due to over usage but it would happen even when Id pay for the month service. Going out towards white sands blvd by McDonalds very bad service. Off panorama bad service. In the golf area complete bad service, airport road bad service. La luz bad service near the new projects bad service. They wont tell the customers their ripping you off! Your paying for weaker signals. I found out I was paying for service and not receiving the service I paid for. Its a rip off. Speaking to teen mobile before leaving metro it was told to me by a rep that it was due to the towers they wont fix. And its been happening since they bought sprint towers and thats been years now. They even connened.others who complained to upgrade their phones knowing that isnt the issue. I soon as I got fed up loosing so much money and time calling constantly I switched to cricket. Havent had any connectivity issues or phone freezing up. I suggest metro customers check those areas while in those.areas your phone works for about 30 minutes and.freezes.
Excellent service with a smile, also great with small children while helping you out with finding the perfect phone and plan.
The workers are good people but metros internet is very slow for the town of Alamogordo:(

I have been with this company for 2 yrs went in the other day get a phone case and screen protector shouldnt have been the worst of the worst but it was the sales person told me what cases would fit so i selected one they put both my products on my phone and i walked out made called realized the side button did not line up no big deal right WRONG i turned around walked back in store told sales person who then called a manager cause they dont do refunds on accessories so they offered a charger or screen protector no cases for my phone were available i said no thank u ill take my money manger on phone wouldnt talk to me wouldnt refund my money and gave me email that he never responded to my messages. so i called 1800 bs they cant do nothing NO SUPERVISORS OR MANAGERS available called back to store was told by alead there i would be contacted back regarding getting me a new phone case that was 10 am no call back still no refund and no answer when i call store this is HORRIBLE service guess Ill will take my business where it is appreciated UPDATE THANK U CELESTE FOR MAKING EVERYTHING RIGHT.. AWESOME MUCH APPRECIATED SERVICE..

If you dont have wifi, the internet on the cell phone takes 3-10 minutes to load. Not worth it @56.00 a month. Dont recommend this to anyone!
