I had a wonderful time at this place just the phone number they gave me dont work all that well Ive had it for about two three days tryna get all my stuff to activate but it seems like the texts are being sent to another phone I noticed when I made a cash app it says this phone number belongs to someone n thats who I think its being sent to .... Ive never encounted this which Is pretty trash ...you had one job cricket one job ...

Really awesome customer service and great cell phone plans. I really like how this phone company keeps their phone plans simple. For example unlimited talk and text on all plans no need to count your minutes or text.Thier data plans are very good especially if you sign up for auto pay.For plans 40.00$ or more you get a 5.00$ discount really cool.I would definitely recommend cricket wireless to family or friends.😎

Left MetroPCS after they merged with T-Mobile. The service in my area went to potty. Our neice turned us on to this provider. Happy now. Wasnt getting the hotspot. They solved it. Back on the saddle again. Good service too.

Cricket Cellular is great service both in coverage in the Country and in store for a lower monthly bill than any other service around this location.

There is a Marquee outside the store that says: Unlimited $30 Plan When you Switch. The Guy told us, oh no, Its $60, Not $30. I showed him the advertisement OUTSIDE THE STORE, and he said it was wrong. He said he doesnt know why it says that. So, that was a week or so ago. That Marquee still says the SAME THING. Train your people.

Worked with a very friendly girl at the front desk who was so helpful in getting my girlfriends plan sorted out. She communicated the details of each option clearly and got us set up with exactly what we needed.
