Had good service at store but If you can get 5 g service it’s very limited here but it works good when on.Signal is very poor unfortunately compared to both competitors. I find it frustrating due to tech support unable to help with bad signal on our phones, all over Alamogordo area.I Think their claims of the best 5 g is probably accurate but signal won’t help and neither will in roaming during less than 5 g which is what I usually experience majority of time.I Think they lack towers in area. If they ever figure out, I would likely be happier. Mean while, no signal to home for me now 🤔Update….T-Mobile rep never responded to email. Service is terrible. Signal is so poor in our area. Kept trying to reach someone but all the guys just never respond.iF your a commercial customer, I urge you to strongly go somewhere else

If I could give Michael S. your store manager more than 5 stars would! He really took the time to help me in the store. He clearly is all about his customers and will work until he finds a resolution. If it wasnt for Michael I would have discontinued my service yesterday! Thank again for going above and beyond. Highly recommend him for all of your needs. It is a good feeling to know people actually still do want to help.

Jordan was phenomenal! He gave us the best customer service and even stayed after hours for us to get every situated with my dads home internet service. T-Mobile phone customer service was horrible to him but he kept his cool and made sure we were taken care of.

Came to this store to switch from ATT. Only member was just chatting to a lady about back issues for 10 minutes in front of me as I was patiently waiting. Then he received a call to the store and answered it and began talking to a new customer about their reception issues, as if I never came in.After some more minutes of realizing I am not at all important to them, I said calmly thank you, you are clearly not interested in customers and left the store. Attendant did not bother saying anything back.Would not recommend this store.

Came in a few days ago to put my mom on my cell phone plan. Gustavo was very helpful and has excellent customer service. We are coming in later today to put my dad on my plan as well!

Seriously the worst customer service ever! I walked in, never was acknowledged. Patiently waited ten mins, was never asked to be helped or anything. The guy there was with a customer for the longest time ever and was answering personal calls while with the customer. I just had one simple question to be answered…I quietly walked out!

I was so pleased with the service I received at the Alamogordo store. Mike Spetter helped us, we came in at 7:00 pm and we were switching 4 lines to Sprint service. Mike was so helpful and patient and didnt seem to mind that we were keeping him there past closing. He gave true customer service which is rare these days! I was very impressed!

Me and my wife showed up to get our Sim cards to switch service over and the worker did not greet us nor did he make us feel comfortable he didn’t even acknowledge we were there and I felt like yelling at him and giving him a piece of my mind I honestly thought T-Mobile service would be better than Cricket which we just switched from

Cell service in most of alamogordo and holloman afb is non exsistent.

The people are great and help as much as they can. I gave it one star because their corporate office limits them to the ability of a glorified kiosk. Theyre not given the means to actually do anything beyond selling the device to you.

They were really nice but on the other hand we had bought a “new IPhone” and they gave us the phone with the wrong charger and no block, what is that? Luckily we are previous iPhone users and have other chargers and blocks but what if we weren’t and new to iPhone ?!!!!

Outstanding Service. Upgraded my to my new phone and had difficulties with an IPad I received and the Store Manager Karina Lyons stayed 3 hours after her shift ended to help me work with Sprint and Apple to resolve the situation. Each of the employees have great attitudes and really make you feel welcome and even meet you at the door to help you resolve your troubles or to put a new product in your hands. Great Store and great people.

MIREYA was very helpful, she set my fiance and I up with a new account and made the changeover process from at&t to sprint very smooth and I cant wait to start using my new service. I very much like the help she provided and did not feel pressured at all like most phone companies do to try and get you to purchase new items. We got set up with a brand new plan and new phones at a very reasonable price.

Service is god awful in alamogordo. When you call or let them know though it shows excellent no issues must just be me. No wonder everyone here is switching to verizon

Great Store and Nice staff, but when we tried to return some headphones, we were told they had a no-return policy on the headphones even though they were not used. One box had not even been opened. Let the Buyer Beware.Update: We purchased an Iphone charging cable that was supposedly indestructible. We were told at the time of purchase that if it stopped working, that we could bring it back in and get it replaced. It did and we took it back to the store and the the manager Eric told us that they have a 7 day return policy and there was nothing that they could do. he then blamed it on the previous manager. We spend over $25 dollars apiece on these cables. Dont do business with these guys they are not Sprint and they will not take care of you

Not only did James take great care of me, but he helped me navigate my new phone, transfer all my stuff, all while helping multiple customers. Hes a great GM, an really brings out the definition of great customer service!

The new manager is legit. He was very helpful and he was a pretty cool dude. I believe his name was Jason. I highly reccomend this sprint store over the others. They take pride in thier job- its worth a little longer trip.

They were friendly but when i asked if we had coverage in our town they told me yes but i was on roaming the entire time. Had to drive an hour away from home to get full service. They also made a pin and security question without me knowing so i had no access to my own account. So when i called the 1-866 number they couldnt even locate my address because they used there store address so i dont receive any mail from them. And i got the phones on December 7th and they tried to Bill me 2 weeks later way over than what the las lady had told me. I got an email saying to return phones and i tried and they wont take them back. I will never go back to Sprint

Staff was very friendly. Service horrible. They were supposed to transfer my number from Verizon and never did. This caused me to have my number discontinued. Calling the customer service is horrendous. Never will I ever use Sprint again

They gave me a really hard time when trying to cancel my line. I got 3 different stories on how to do it. They all turned out to be wrong.

Sprint sucks cause they wont give old customers any discounts! But the staff they seem to treat like suit are really great there.

I purchased a phone case for Christmas and returned it on last day I was allowed to according to their store policy. Was refused my refund. Staff tried hiding in break room. Managers refused to return my calls.Had to call city to get info on the owners - business was not registered with the city. Had been in business for several years at that point.Guess what!! Soon as the city got on them about it -- I got a call and my refund!! I Refuse to do service with them because they are a bunch of crooked sleezy creeps!Need a corporate store. Have to go to El Paso. 😕 This store is worst ever!!!Consumers beware!

Very friendly staff, although they appear understaffed as it took over two hours to get my new phone and get it set up. They did take the time to go over the basics with me, which was very helpful.
