Go in get a drink saw the Rockstars was buy one get one free they did not ring up that way .I go to the guy they are suppose to be buy 1 get 1 free he then said well it did not ring up like that he then ask if I still want it I was like yes. For what the sign says buy 1 get one. He did give it to me but rudely and as he was giving me my change back he stuck up his middle finger at me. Needless to say Yes I did call the main office and told them hoping to here back from the store manager..so as long as he still there I will not shop there cause no one should be treated that way.

Tonight I stopped here for gasoline. Only a few dollars in, all the gas pumps shutdown. Several customers went inside to see what happened. Apparently someone accidentally hit a switch that caused the shutdown. Shortly after, all the pumps reset. After I scanned my Giant Eagle card I noticed that the twenty cents in fuel rewards was gone. I walked inside to see if there was a way to have the discount added again. The cashier just glared at me and threw up his hands as if to say I dont know and I dont care. The guy next him, that appeared to be a manager, said Im not sure but the pumps are working just fine now...... I happen to use this stations services frequently but I think after tonight thatll change. Accident prone, unapologetic, unprofessional, and unable to solve issues. I dont have time for that or deserve that.

Stopped there to pick up doughnuts on way to work. They sell Krispy Kreme, which are pretty good . However, there was no price posted. When I went to pay for 1 dozen, the price is $16.00. I thought that was ridiculous. I have never seen doughnuts cost this much at any shop in this area!

The lady in the morning constantly talks negatively about her fellow coworkers to customers. Always has a piss poor attitude and just the other day I heard her say. “I don’t know why I just don’t quit and go to circle k” to a customer. Absolutely mind blowing.

Never waited in line to get gas and whenever I go inside and I always can find what I would need and they have public restrooms and theres never a line that have a self-checkout

Love this store! Great fresh sandwiches. Descent convenience store prices. Fuel is quality. I always get more mpgs on their fuel. Just wish they had more hard cider options in their cooler. But overall, one of my favorite places to stop on my way to work.

Everytime I come to this huge store I try to pay at pump and for some reason they never work. I hate having to walk in and when I do its packed because only 1 cashier. I mention to the attendants how their pumps arent working for paying at the pump and no one even acknowledges I say it. Id rather go accosted the street any day! Get it together GetGo!! And also the price is never whata advertised

Great food at a great price. The service was fast and friendly.

I waited 30 minutes for a sandwich and fries. I think they only had 1 person making food, but I saw 3 people doing other things while 5 people had ordered ahead of me. The rest of the store seemed great though.

Ordered a meatball sub build your own not the boss got it started to eat it and it was really dry. I opened it up and seen that there was no condiments on it like I ordered. I got halfway home when I realized this went back and they refunded my money and made me a new one . The new one did not have any condiments on it like the first one but had a little more sauce I’m on it. I had to go back in for a second time. My boyfriend told me to check it there and I told them it should be correct so thanks to him I checked it in the parking lot and found out it was still wrong . Is it that hard to read a screen that tells you what people ordered? Or is it that the no one pays attention to what’s going on and just assumes they do? The lady took my order slip the second time to the girl making the food . I give two stars for the refund and trying to make a sub that took 3 Times to get it right and all it needed was 4 condiments and some sauce. Really? To top the cake when I first ordered the sub I had to listen to people bickering in the back about who’s going to make the subs. My boyfriend got a sub that was different then mine and it was made right. Is it really that hard to make a meatball sub?

I had recently visited this store and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the customer service I received from the employee Caitlin! She was helpful, polite, and went above and beyond to make sure to help with what I needed, will definitely make it a point to visit this store more often!

Stop at this GetGo every week. And every single time, the trash is full or overflowing. Trash all over the grounds & grass area. And they never have any window washing supplies. Seems like no one is paying attention to the details.

Absolutely pitiful. Can’t even get food their Friers are down and have been down. Don’t waste your time even going inside. Just get gas and GO. Horrible food service time and not great people when you ask why there equipment is down they just tell you to leave. Don’t spend your money here

Beautiful store, great selection, friendly people. Only reason they lose a star is when you order their food it takes a while, however it does taste good, so as long as youre not in a hurry.

Never any cleaner in the window washer bins, never any towels in the towel holders. Dont plan on having the ability to clean your windows and mirrors here. Because you cant.

It is very clean and modern. Even the slushie machine is computerized. The service was fast. The bathrooms were very clean.

Its convenient, and always clean and stocked. Great for grabbing what you need and hitting the road.

I ordered a breakfast sandwich and asked for salt and pepper on it. The girl working put so much salt on it that i could feel the salt crunching when i chewed. The salt was all over the wrapper stuck to the bottom of the bun and a ton inside the sandwich it was so bad i couldnt even eat it. This was around 8am on the 28th of August.

I dont recommend getting gas here. There is damage to my cars fuel system as a result of getting gas here.Ive waited patiently for months to get this resolved and have been ignored.ive asked for a corporate number and was told I dont know,I just started here. By a manager. I am inclined to escalate the matter legally next.
