Scheduled a covid-19 rapid test here for my son because he needed a negative test to return to school. When I arrived at the scheduled time I was and for information from an email I never received. I gave the woman my information and she went ahead and did the test without the e-mail. She says to park and wait 15-20 minutes and they would call with the result. I never received a phone call, waited about 30 mins before leaving. Felt like there was no one managing anything. Was never able to get test results from them.

Worst Pharmacy, staff is extremely rude to everyone. You wait almost an hour to be answered on the phone if they even answer at all. Takes forever for the pharmacy to switch over prescriptions for paitents from doctor(s)

The pharmacy here is unreliable. On three separate occasions I have tried to use this pharmacy to fill my prescription after receiving a phone call telling me that my medication is ready. When I come in the pharmacist has told me that they have no record of a prescription being sent. I have confirmed it with my doctor every time that the prescription was sent over electronically and I have called another CVS to ask if they have the prescriptions in their database. They told me they did and that the prescriptions can be picked up at any time, at any CVS. If I could give this pharmacy zero stars, I would.

Sat on hold for over 45 minutes. They never answered so I gave up. Rather important question but obviously they could careless.

On a positive note, the pharmacy techs at the window and counter have always been very helpful and kind.However, after several difficulties getting a time-sensitive prescription filled on time, I will no longer be using this pharmacy. I have had my pick-up time pushed back at least 4 times this time and will now have to go pick up my prescription late at night to get it in time, which is very inconvenient, not to mention the potential ramifications if I take my medication late. I have been given different information about pick-up time, and only was informed about the delay at all when I call to find out more information. I am very dissatisfied with how this situation was handled.

A friend bought me some perfume and I tried to return it and they said their system won’t let them and refused my refund and I had product and receipt in hand. I am still trying to get a refund, customer service has been no help! The district manager has yet to call me then when I called back they are saying he is working on it whatever the hell that means. I would recommend nobody buying nothing from this store. I’ve never had such horrible service in my life!

Busiest pharmacy I have ever seen with their proximity to the hospital making it worse. Mostly find the pharmacists are only rude when confronted with rude and or uneducated customers who refuse to believe what they are being told, but not always. Probably leads to a higher than average turnover rate. I have seen as many as six people working in the pharmacy with 2 of them answering phones that were ringing continuously... not their fault they have to put so many people on hold. I will continue to use this pharmacy because I know what I am getting and know better than to expect anything else...but it will never be any different and I cant recommend it to anyone who has another choice..

Staff is always friendly. I’ve never had to wait more than 15 mins for a prescription until tonight when their line was down an aisle. It took about an hour for my prescription. They need to hire more pharmacists to help.

I’ve been using this pharmacy for about a year because it’s convenient for me. The amount of times I’ve heard “we’ll give you a call back when your script is ready” and no one calls you back is appalling. They’re extremely disorganized and I’m certain the staff doesn’t actually communicate with each other. I would avoid using this pharmacy like your life depended on it.The only positive thing about this location is that the staff is friendly.

The trick to this pharmacy is calling after midnight. During the day youll be on hold for an hour or more, but I just called at 1:40 in the morning and I got someone in under two minutes.

Every time i come to pick up my prescription i wait at least 15-20 minutes regardless of if i go to the drive through or go inside, the people at the pharmacy are clueless and often times when i get a text that my prescription is ready i’ll come to pick it up, wait 15 minutes in line just to have them tell me it isn’t actually ready. find a better pharmacy if possible...

My mom been going to this place her whole life. And now Ive been going to this place my whole life. And so will my future children be going to this place their whole life. . .And so will their children. And their children after that. Until this CVS becomes a Family heirloom. Seriously avoid this branch if you can. Sadly I have to use them because they are 24 hours and I work strange hours. You WILL be asked for money from several bums upon entry and exit. You WILL be treated like garbage by the cashier at the front. The pharmacy is this places ONLY saving grace. Always quick, helpful, and friendly.

Picking up prescriptions is a fast process... im only giving 3 stars because my wallet was stolen and i was told by the cashier i can not be issued another card and will just always have to remember my old phone number.

Some Employees are unfriendly and not helpful at all. And she should be educated with her manner when talk on the phone with customers!!I ordered to print photos online and it said to pick up the next day and I did. But when I was there, employees and managers told me that the printing machine was broken, thy even asked me that the CVS website didnt tell you to go other branches?!?!? Plus, the manager told me to come back later because she will get this fixed, and when i came back again, its not fixed yet and i had not had my photos. And she said I apologized, I would give you the $5 discount next time. And when I came back to pick up my photos, she didnt even mention about the $5 discount.My review here is not about whether I get my discount. But it is about the responsibility and the customer service that this CVS does not have!!!!!!Will never ever go back again!!!!!

The store is open 24/7 so being right across the street from the hospital makes for a very convenient location. Ive been there many times over the years and the pharmacy staff are friendly and helpful.

Its 1155. I just sat on hold to talk with the pharmacy for FIFTEEN MINUTES before hanging up. I know someone who was in there once late to pick up a prescription and she said the employees ignored the phone. Theyre open 24 hours! How are they behind?? They mess up my scripts,I dont get text notifications half the time, I get phone calls and texts asking if I want all my prescriptions texted to me when they are ready. I thought it was already set up????Dang. If they werent on my way to work and back, I would switch.

Shorted my prescription by over half and cant answer when my doctor leaves a message or return one of his 4 or 5 calls amatuer hour atleast when johns not working.

Silly me, I thought that showing up at 7PM would give the incompetent staff plenty of time to fumble through my order. Instead I was informed that I would have to come back after 3PM tomorrow. Unfortunately I cannot transfer my prescriptions at this point to a pharmacy that employees fully functioning adults, so I am stuck with this sitcom of underdeveloped characters. #HopeTheyDontSpitInMyFries

I wish I could give lower than 1 star. NEVER USE THIS PHARMACY THEY LOST MY PRESCRIPTION!!!! I turned in 3 prescriptions yesterday, never IDed, told to come back after 6, I called before coming back and they had no record of my prescription. After 9PM, after calling 3 times because they never reached back out to me, they tried to tell me that my prescriptions were made out to the wrong person and they were put in under another name, HOWEVER, I gave them a print out of MY insurance card with MY name so why wasnt this checked when I dropped it off or when the prescription was being put in. At worst, they lost my prescriptions and after having 4 wisdom teeth extracted yesterday I wasnt able to actually get my prescriptions until today, or at best they are incompetent and didnt realize that the insurance card I gave them with my prescriptions didnt match. But Im betting they lost them and are clearly just lying. If you can go anywhere else, and I mean other than a CVS but definitely this one, I would do so. This place should be shut down and the whole pharmacy department should be let go because being this incompetent with prescription medication is a major safety issue. This could have been a much worse situation and I doubt itll be the last time.

I used to come in late at night while I was attending The University of Akron, and the staff was always very helpful! The security guards were also hilarious.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. The Nurse Practitioner called in my prescription from minuteclinic on W Market to them and didnt leave his medical ID or a call back number. After asking them to please call their store (W Market) so I could get the medicine I need (because they prescribed me the wrong one at first) I was told Id be contacted once it was cleared and ready for pick up. They never called so once I contacted them I was told to wait and put on hold and she tried telling me I had already picked it up....then put me on hold again answered said its being made you can get it in 30 minutes and just hung up. Never dealt with such an unprofessional and rude pharmacist.

Liked nothing about this place, the security guard followed me and 2 yr old around so often am close it was offensive.. she was rude and made for an extremely distasteful experience
