Clean store and I always get my gas thier instead of anywhere else

Hawkins store by the plaza omg y’all need to really help that store or close it down straight trashy, dirty, trash everywhere stickiness by spills on counters and floors. I have never seen such a disaster in Circle K

Poor service, card machine doesn’t work, customer service is awful!

Not sure why I ever try to stop here they never help you they just force you to use the self-checkout and it goes extremely slow nobody has time for this s*** in the morning commute.

This is the corporate office of the one on main street which i had a terrible experience at maybe if I keep leaving bad reviews on all there locations theyll reach out to me. Called this location for the issue on main Street they refused to call me back or address the issue. Gave them the employees name and they did nothing!

Ive never paid a business to be treated so rudely until this morning. Shes lucky to not be wearing that polar pop.

The cashier dont listen or pay attention. I always get a refill of coffee till my cup finally needs replacing.I told her it was a refill and charges me for a regular coffee. Then she never put my money back on my fs card for the two pepperoni rolls I got.I have no intention to steal.Rude ass cashier.If it wasnt for coustomers she wouldnt have a job.

I went into the store to buy wine for my mother. I was asked to leave the store with no explanation. I was greatly confused on what I did and why I was told to leave the store. I assumed it was because of how young I looked so I tried to show my ID but the man refused to look at it or let me talk for that matter. I felt discriminated against by my age and possibly my race.

The only Circle K Ive ever been to where they wont give you cash back for a BUSINESS or personal debit or credit card because of the neighborhood. The people on nightshift (they lock the doors after 10pm and you have to order from a bullet-proof window at night) routinely lie about what they have on stock (experiment: go there at 9:45, pay for a product, go back after 10pm and watch the clerk at the window lie to you and tell you they dont have it and to order something else that costs more!) They hand out cigarettes to Nepali kids like candy if they show them an ID (the one in front of me showed them a LIBRARY CARD and they said OK and let him buy them). They told me to go to Dollar General across the street to get cash back because they are magically the only Circle K in Ohio who isnt able to do cashback, but can give cigarettes to teenagers and lie about products to sell what they want. Theres a gas station up the street from Circle K which is where I go now rather than dealing with this place. There are 1 or 2 nice clerks therefore 1 star for that, but the rest here sucks.p.s: I found out from a guy who waited outside with me that they do not do EBT cards after 10pm either, which I think is illegal. He was trying to buy a sandwich and they said nope, not after 10pm or until 6 or 8am when they unlock the doors. Isnt that illegal??

The staff and management are always and courteous and helpful.

Im trying to figure out how in the world do you mf, make money when the company dont value a damn dime cause you should profit a nickle, or two penny profit. I say that to say this how in the world would the INC circle K Store director invite a $6.50 hourly clown making a circus, wasting tax payer s money MANAGER AT STORE 3818 Hoover,al.35216 James Green that changed his name to JamiE Im totally lost for words being that I wish I could be a valuable customer that work hard everyday . To where Im always told Im not worthy to spend my money at, which Im ok with it now, but I will tell you this every customer I come in contact with, Circle K gots to know that I will not tell each person I come in contact with a LIE, because of the customer service damage that was done to great Customer$, and with no response from Corpate Office that makes up a story every time anyone ask for the Head Quarters number or Distric Manager info, this has to stop somewhere in life, because thats why more and more people businesses fail 99% of their dollar come from CUSTOMERS SERVICE lets make sure you are aiming to please because that same employee can cost you more money than what are willing to pay out. Maybe just 1 day circle k wont need that customer Service wink~wink~ !!!!! Because that other 2% cough ~cough, make up that 98% profit, if you know what I mean, Inc.

This Circle K being the headquarters should be ashamed at the employees that they keep whenever I go here the employees always seem to be very sick and very rude there was one time I went and I seen an employee just got done washing the bathroom still wearing the same gloves that he used to wash the bathroom serve people at the register absolutely disgusting this place needs to have cleaner employees that know what they are doing

Okay gas station. Credit cards and receipt printers dont work for diesel pumps that are at the back. There are long lines at times. Please fix the diesel pumps that are located in the back.
