Jay will sell you appliances that he has fixed just enough to get you past the warranty stage, then tell you tough luck it was a used appliance. Absolutely abhorrent. I will tell everyone I know to go anywhere else.

I had got three appliances through them, I received a refrigerator, dryer and a stove. When I had bought them I was under the assumption they would have been delivered the following Monday to my surprise I did not receive them until nearly 4 days later when I needed them. It was frustrating to say the least. However I now have just had my refrigerator worked on as it was not getting cold. I had lost food from it not being in the right temperature. I had to spend nearly 400 dollars to get it fixed. I had the refrigerator for just a month. Very disappointing, the other appliances are okay for now. Just be wary of what you are buying.

However, my experience here was not like the last. The owner had knowledge of his appliances. The store was clean. Very friendly service and delivery was on time. Got there at 1:30 and it was closed the level of anger is an understatement call before you go if you guys are closed take the hours off the door and the internet nobody has time to drive up there and it’s closed gas to high waste of time unprofessional…( reply to owner ) it’s called being professional yes companies are struggle with employees right now but they also change the hours on the door the internet or even social media it’s called running a business you knew someone wasn’t going to be there so you need to be more understanding with customers frustrated as well as you want someone to understand yours we all have things going on it’s called life with my busy schedule I’m highly upset

It’s sad to see how people are so quick to bash a small business. If it wasn’t for places like these we wouldn’t get deals and continue getting ripped off at big chains. I’m sure they go through a lot of appliances and have many happy customers also some not so happy. It’s just about trying to communicate and understand it’s a used product. We will shop with Jay and staff for all our appliance needs. Always weigh out your options definitely but be understanding.

Hello,I purchased a fridge and stove over a month ago and it was supposed to be delivered a week and a half ago. I called last week and I was told that the driver had covid but you would look to deliver it this past Friday or Monday. I called all day yesterday and several times today and no one is picking up. Jay gave us an amazing deal and his installers went above and beyond the Call of Duty they even had to remove the refrigerator doors to get it in our small house I would highly recommend this place

I purchased a used washer and dryer set just a few months ago for around $800 from this place, was told there was 0 problems. My washer started malfunctioning and overfilling over a month ago, and I called this business several times with no answer. After finally getting through and sending a 3rd party repairman for $60 to check out the washer, I was told the part alone was $250 to be repaired. Don’t trust this business, clearly they’re only looking to make a quick buck and I’m out hundreds of dollars because of it.

Unfortunately I got the opposite of a true deal on my 650$ used fridge that has stopped working twice now in 3 weeks Losing all my groceries again 😭 without the option to swap out for another fridge. Good thing groceries are so cheap in 2020😳 I will definitely encourage you to look into a different appliance business!

Lady that works there is extremely friendly. I do not know how you do not have a record of me. I purchased a stove, Refrigerator and a washer (in my name for my mom) 2 days before my warranty expired my refrigerator stopped working you guys sent someone out he said it was overheated and defrosted it. That worked for a week in the meantime my oven quit working and my refrigerator stopped cooling again. My warranty is now expired so I had to pay $200 to get my refrigerator looked at and stove fixed. The refrigerator needs emptied and defrosted every other week or so. Since the compressor is bad and its a $400 fix. I get it they were used but $800 for a used refrigerator and stove Id think it would last longer.

The best deals you will find, but the selection depends on the day. Staff are all excellent and greet you like they have known you for years. Especially Bob he was awesome! Recommend coming here first and if you dont see what you need give it a few days and come back and see if anything new has came in. Update: wanted to wait for a few weeks before giving 5 stars, to see if the stove I purchased would hold up. IT HAS! It works amazing! And it looks brand new! Not a single complaint here, very happy customer.

Very satisfied. My wife & I needed a good used washer. We had visited a number of used appliance stores in the area. At True Deal we met Jermaine. We were very impressed with his kindness & sincerely. True Deal came thru with a very good used Kenmore washer. True deal provided a 60-day warranty & a promise that if anything goes wrong after the 60-day warranty, they would repair it for a reasonable price. In scheduling delivery, Jermaine offered same-day, but we chose another day. The washer was delivered promptly in the delivery schedule that was promised, the workers were respectful of our home and cleaned-up after themselves. They hooked-up the washer & ran a cycle to ensure everything was as promised.Service follow-up - a week after our washer was installed we called for service as we had a leak. The same day we called, the repairman arrived later that afternoon to repair the leak. It was a hose. The whole repair job was less than 15 minutes.Thank you True Deal & Jermaine for everything! We will return to True Deal for future purchases.

Nice scratch n dent stuff, clean store and friendly, knowledgeable salesman wasnt pushy at all.

Our refrigerator came with a 30 day warranty. However, when it started leaking within the 30 days window and we called, they told us over the phone that the fridge wasnt level and that is why it was leaking. So we leveled the fridge and it still leaks.So we called back (now after the 30 day window) and they said that they would charge us to come take a look and fix it.
