It was my third visit there and found this store to have better used/nearly new appliances. My recent purchase was a fridge that checked off my wish list...stainless steel French doors w/bottom freezer and ice maker! Was a demo with no previous owner and was able to negotiate a good/fair price! The staff is very friendly and helpful! I’d recommend them.

First off I brought a washer and dryer from this place and my washer only has cold and warm water the washer don’t switch to hot water. The dryer I brought don’t even shut off I’ve called this man for a month and no answer. You can’t leave voicemails cause his voicemail full. I’ve asked for them to come by several times they never show. I made this purchase in March you would think they would have called to ask how was everything working no they didn’t. Bad business overall

Bought washer and dryer in October. The dryer worked once then broke down he fixed that but the 1st washer didnt work he took about 3 weeks for him to replace. The new one didnt work either and still doesnt. I have talked to him over 30 times and he always pleasantly says he be right over. Guess what he never made it. Filed complaint with BBB and he didnt respond to them. Its sad when a business owner takes advantage of the people that keep his family fed. Beware of this guy and store..he is not right...

Just bought a stove there 4 weeks ago and it does not work. They have said they would come to my house to look at it and never did wont answer my calls. What a waste of $400. They are very unprofessional. I called the BBB and they are coming out to see whats going on. Would never buy from here ever again.Place should be shut down. Horrible

I have never experienced this in my life, these lowlife humans kia and robert,sold me a refrigerator that I have to put tape on the door because the door doesnt shut, on top of that the refrigerator has all the buckets missing so all my condiments have to go on the top, rusted out freezer, no lights in the fridge and no grid on the bottom, told me they would fix it, no show call everyday still waiting, scums they are scams together, I will have fox 8 coming out there

He doesnt deserve a 1 star. Sold me a freezer with a freon leak, wrong compressor, over charged system and in violation of EPA laws. I dont trust him. He lied, and seemed very eager to get inside my residence. DONT GO HERE! I am out all of the money I spent here.

Paid $700 for a washer and dryer, washer never even showed up. A used dryer showed up, and the washer NEVER CAME!! I was then told it would be here Thursday feb 6th, that got moved to feb 7th, then on the 7th he said later that night, then just ignored me and never showed up. Here it is Saturday and no one will return calls or text me. They will be getting contacted with a civil court lol. You can’t just take money and not deliver the product. I have the receipt and text messages where it was said to be delivered. I also have the text messages saying he was to come later and never showing up.IF I COULD GIVE A 0 star rating I would. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE.

Dirty products, broken and non-functioning products, poor customer service, late service (if you get service at all), employees smell like weed, Robert is a con man. Your calls will be screened and ignored. Your money will be wasted. Fake reviews from friends and family online. Multiple disgruntled customers given the runaround. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM HERE.

I am beyond annoyed at this point because I bought a refrigerator almost a week and a half ago. Didnt work so I called multiple times and no answer. Tried again the next day, he said he would be at my house to fix it in half an hour. Showed up hours later by himself. Said he would give me another refrigerator. Came back with an old beat up refrigerator. My husband had to help him bring it in.Couple days later here I am calling him again because refrigerator doesnt work and I keep having to throw away groceries. He said he would be here yesterday, never showed up.Called again this morning and he said I would be one of the first people he sees. Well its now the afternoon and he sends me straight to voicemail when I call.

They delivered our washer and dryer 3.5hrs later than they said and it was only after we went to the store because they didnt answer any of our calls. Then they left our stuff in our backyard because we had to go to woek. Then they forgot the hoses for both appliances, when we called to ask and let them know the dryer wasnt working it took him 4 days to come fix the power cord when he said Ill be back in 2 hrs. After we finally got working appliances he didnt level either of them and was rude and nasty because he had to fix his mess up. Will never do business with this place again.

South street is where businesses like his come to con people out of their money. Stay away from this place and try craigs on line.

Robert Richardson, the owner of this company is completely unprofessional. The man that came with him to deliver my washer and dryer was drunk, probably why when they left the dryer wasnt hooked up. I ended up having to call him back out cause the dryer didnt work. It took me several phone calls and him 4 days to FINALLY come out and fix it. Then I noticed that the washer wasnt working, so I called him to come out and fix it..again sever days and several phone calls, but he did end up showing up an fixing the machine. I ended up telling him I would like to honor the 6 month warranty that I paid for and for him to just take the crap back and give me my money, he refused that and told me that they are a perfectly good working set (they definitely arent.) This man, his company and those who work for him are all scam artist. Dont make the same mistake I did. You can get better sets from graigslist for just a couple bucks more and they work way better.

I would not by anything from this man he is a con.we bought a washer 3.5 months ago and it has a very loud noise when it went into spin he came and looked at it and was suppose to come back with the part it needed and never did. Then it finally went out and to this day he has not come keeps saying he will bring another one but hasnt .All he is doing is ripping ppl off, we are going to fill a small claims report and take him to court. We even psid for an extra warrenty.Get the BBB INVOLVED see how he likes that when they shut him down.

My mother got her washer & Dryer set that lasted over 4 years she loved the company he replaced her old washer when it didnt spin out with a new one everything got hooked up they were polite maybe not the most decent kept up looking but they did there job and im buying myself a set tomorrow ! So far so good

Rob seems like a cool guy at 1st. He sold me a washer that had a loud noise when running on the second week. He had my pregnant girlfriend waiting 2 days in row and he promised he would come out and fix it. Never showed up or returned my calls. I had to call a repair shop to get it fixed. I wouldnt recommend this store to anyone.

Worst ever. Took 100.00 payment and washer, was to bring back Heavy duty dryer. Took him 5 days. Swapped out with beat up, rusty broken dryer and tried to play it off. Lawsuits will be starting this week. Dishonest, poor business ethics, and crooked..

If I could I would not even give him a one star. Rob is not a good business man. I recently purchased a fridge from him that was broken. After 2 weeks of him telling me he would replace it, it was replaced with a fridge that was more damaged than the one I first recieved. I had my own repair guy come out to tell me it was beyond repairable. I returned the bad fridge and never recieved a refund. I DO NOT recommend anyne to do business with him. I am still fighting to recieve a refund and I have contacted BBB.

3 yrs ago i went to purchase a dryer delivery was prompt and the owner inspected my washer and fixed a minor issue for free. I now need a set and that is the first place im gping.

Hated everything about this guy. Pretty sure he was wasted when I talked to him two desperate times and he acted like it was a huge inconvenience to sell me an appliance. Thats probably why this business is failing. Dont waste your time with this fool. Told me the appliance was new but had no clue what year it was. He made it obvious he was trying to get over on me. Stay away!!

This man is a total ripoff and a fraud. Repairs are terrible, staff is unprofessional drug addicts. The owner will NOT return calls of complaints or service. He has ripped off countless customers and parts vendors around the Akron area. Please just ask anyone before you do business with this fraud.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This was really the most unprofessional company Ive had the displeasure of dealing with. They were supposed to come Friday at 830 a.m. but didnt show the whole day. They gave no phone call or explanation, simply called and said theyd be there Saturday at 11. Well Saturday at 2 p.m. Comes and they finally get there. The fridge needed replaced and they said theyd be back by 3. 7 pm comes by and they show up: without tools and one crewman so drunk he couldnt hold the ratchet that I HAD TO SUPPLY TO THEM. I then worked alongside the sober one for 45 minutes to put the new fridge in.Bottom line, avoid like the plague and do not do business with this group. The owner is polite, but not a good businessman nor customer oriented
