Great service here my first time here and service was fast great teamwork here I’ll definitely come here again got me a washer from them

I had a refrigerator delivered That was supposed to be brand new. I knew of one dent it had in the freezer door at a discounted price. They were over an hour late with the delivery as they told me they did not have my address. They also told me it was already loaded in a box truck. They ended up bringing the refrigerator strapped in the back of a pickup truck. When they unloaded it its slammed on my driveway. The refrigerator look like somebody had target practice with a baseball bat. There was a total of 12 dents in the refrigerator. They then refused to take the refrigerator back. Do not I repeat do not purchase anything from this store. They are rip-off artist and should not be in business. The funny part is is that they think they screwed me. All Im going to do is call my bank make them aware that the finance company will try to debit my account and they are to refuse it. So I guess its dented up on the outside but brand-new on the inside and Im going to get the refrigerator for free. Thats what its worth

Workers here are very friendly and welcoming! Good prices! Very informative on any questions I asked! Definitely will be heading back for a washer and dryer as soon as my funds are set!

Please be aware of this business, They have no respect for their customers or themselves. They smell like a marijuana plant and speak with an 2nd grade education level. I can’t believe they’re comfortable with taking an elderly through the ringer. May have mercy on their souls. :(

I called and spoke to Jamie about the second defective washer/dryer that was delivered to my daughter. The first one was delivered almost a year ago. It dumped all the water on the floor on the first load. Several months later washer number two. Same story. Water everywhere! Jamie assures that “the owner” will call back. He doesn’t call. Now paying another company to haul it away. Shop somewhere else folks!

This place deserves zero stars. They treated my in-laws terribly. Promised to help, but never did. They got their appliances a year ago and they were replaced once but the replacements were also broken. Pathetic. Don’t buy from here. Shut this place down.

Jamie Was Amazing! She Went Above and Beyond to Help me! She is Amazing and so friendly. She answered all of my questions with no problem. I will always refer them to my family and friends and will shop there for all my future appliance needs

I bought a dryer.. It was making a noise. O went in to the store to talk to them about it since it was under warranty. They said they would be out that day or within the next couple days.. They never called or came.. I called 3 days later and was told.. We are busy selling and delivering appliances but we will be out whenever we can. The refused to give me a date or time of service call and said they would get to it when they could.. Meanwhile my warranty expires in a few days.

They were very professional and were able to fill my every need when it came to buying a washer. Also the washer is excellent, top notch.

I purchased a stove, refrigerator, washer and dryer from Jamie and I love the sets that I got! She went above and beyond to find what I was looking for! The owners were super friendly and the delivery guys were just as professional! I would recommend this store to everyone!

I loved my service! It wasn’t a smooth transition to get my dryer in my basement, But the guys made it work! I am very pleased with my dryer, it runs very good! I highly recommend!

NOT RELIABLE AT ALL! My friend was told 4 times that someone would be coming out & she still has not had anyone come out to look at it. They are NOT people of their word. If I were you, I would take my money elsewhere because it might be 2 years before you can even get someone to call you back

Wonderful Experience!! The staff and owner were very knowledgeable and kind. All the appliances were priced extremely well and there is a wide selection to choose from. Not sure what all the other reviews are about but my experience here was great and I highly recommend it!!!

ATTENTION!!!!!! DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM HERE!!!SCAM SCAM SCAMI purchased an electric washer and dryer set, paid for extended warranty and delivery. Came out to be over $500.00(dumb of me). They didn’t show up the first day to deliver it, and when they finally showed up the next day it was 9:00 at night(right after I put my 10 month old daughter to sleep) They brought me a gas dryer instead of electric, I had to help bring it in the house (even though i paid for delivery and installation) and they didn’t bring the parts to hook it up.(So I had to wait another day) 2 weeks later the dryer broke. With the extended warranty I bought, you think they would fix it. But of course not. I’ve been calling the past three days and the owner just keeps saying I’ll let you know. This place and people are complete garbage. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE

Ive been going through with this washer since February with no resolution. Im corresponding with the actual owner, MY 1ST COUSIN & still havent gotten anywhere!!! So believe me when I say it, if hell do it to family, hell do it to you!! Terrell I tried to support, but to get it, u gotta give it. Youre wrong. Ive reached out to u on several occasions, all for u to lie again, & say youre coming. We are now in July, washer is still not fixed.

THIS PLACE IS A SCAM!!!The owner is a crook. He sells broken appliances and fake warranties. He installed a washer dryer at my home and it broke within an hour. Said a service man would come several times, but no one every showed up. Dodges any attempt I make to contact the business. This business needs to be shut down!

Bought a washer for a friend. She did 4 loads and it broke. Called them several times, keep saying they will be out, never show up. I financed it so I contacted the finance company. Now working with them to get this washer back to these scam artists. Oh.. And I paid for install.. They left it on the porch..

Dont get appliances from here. I just brought a washer and dryer set from here Saturday and Im already having issues with the washer, I spoke with someone Tuesday they were supposed to come out, they never showed up. I went up there to the store, I scheduled another appointment for someone to come out again the next day. I called to see if they were still coming, she said that they were still going to come and it is now almost 6:30 and my appointment was scheduled for 5 and no one has showed; just to put Springs on a washer. So I wouldnt recommend anyone buy any appliances from them. I have a 30-day warranty and theyre not going by that 30 day warranty. I havent had this set a full week and Im already having issues; so if you have the money I will suggest you go somewhere else.

I am a fully trained appliance service technition. DO NOT PURCHASE APPLIANCES HERE. They are potentially dangerous. This guy is putting old used non compatible parts in appliances . the amp draw will blow the boards . The compressors are going to seize up. I spent 4 hours in this shop (of course he didnt pay me what he owed me) and i am beyond disturbed by his buisness practices . nobody is licensed to deal with refrigerants either. This man and his shop is a joke. Fair warning.AdditionIf you were doing something right you would be more then a 1 star company. Whirlpool and frigedair have been offering training for their appliances for over 20 years. And yes i will bad mouth an employer when he insists on me putting faulty parts in appliances .I have too much integrity for that. And when the owner (a known felon) waves his gun around the shop, that leaves little room for complimant. And you can hardly call me an employee when you never paid me.Also, I find it alarming at the amount of drug use being done inside your place of buisness.Everybody knows your a hack. I just wish I could add photos on this review to show the messages you sent me and the parts in the back room you expected me to install. They say ignorance is bliss, so you must be one happy individual because I have never spoken with such an ignorant person in my life. It would be a shame if the EPA happenes to show up . Do you know how big the fine is for handling refrigerants without a 608?

They delivered a stove and it was not reading the right temp and called several times and the said they were bringing a nother stove and never showed up

This place is a rip off. We have been trying to get our washer fixed forever. You call and the lady tells you what you want to hear, promises to call you back and never does. I would NEVER shop here.
