A month ago, I had a phone issue and Zach helped me trouble shoot my phone to free up space and get it working properly again. As a business owner who depends on this cell phone lifeline daily, I was in panic mode, but he put my fears to rest quickly and professionally. Fast forward…Tonight, I needed an upgrade/replacement because I accidentally damaged it. Even though I’m under no contract, I wanted to stay with Verizon because of his personal touch and expertise the last time. Zach worked tirelessly again through a double shift, as the only employee in the store well past closing hours to get me into a new phone…all while handling other’s challenging phone issues. It was a long, effortless, creative and assuring process, but Zach worked through all the challenges with a smile and positive “can do” attitude. He was wonderfully refreshing! Superb customer service! I can’t say enough other than he’s worth his weight in gold at this store and has restored my confidence in humanity by working with such a knowledgable and professional guy! Russell Cellular is lucky to have him.

Aaron who works here had me go in because my mom got a new i6 cell phone and needed a case for it and we stopped in to the T-Mobile store in Adrian next to Pizza Hut and a gentleman named Zack helped me out, he was professional, fast did an awesome job I was in the store for less than five minutes and I would recommend anybody to go there and you will get nothing but top-notch service.
Walter tried to fix my phone but wouldve had to go to service center. He explained all my phone options and what was currently in stock. Since my phone was 3 rs old I went with the a new one.
Hunter was phenomenal! He was patient, knowledgeable and incredibly helpful. I wish there were more folks like him in the world.
My mother and I went in to trade in our phones and upgrade to an unlimited plan. After we had been quoted prices on both of the new phones we were looking at and then upgraded to an unlimited plan, we decided we would come back in a couple days so we could make sure that we were ordering the phones we wanted. After returning to order our new phones, we were told that Hunter had misquoted us and that the numbers he had given us were not correct and that we didnt have the correct plan. We are both extremely frustrated at this.
Thankful for Walter at the Adrian, Michigan store. He made the process of switching cell carriers easy. He is an asset to the Verizon team!
Came into Russell Cellular to buy a new phone & one of their salespersons. Zach, answered all my questions & did not pressure me into buying one phone but asked how was I going to use it first. Based on how I responded he suggested Samsung as the best option. Very good help & service.
Came to get a new phone, Lucas was very helpful with me and provided a very speedy experience while answering all the questions that i had about the process.
I stopped in 7/28/21 to trade in an iPhone XR for an iPhone 12. Four employess were talking at the back, no customers in the store yet they did not stop right away to wait on me. Once one of them did come and talk to me I was told there was no trade in credit available for a new phone and that it would be full price, so I told him never mind and left. Logged into Verizon on my phone and immediately got $450 credit on the new phone I wanted. It seemed the employees were not interested in helping me at all.
They were so friendly and helpful. I was in and out in 30 minutes.
This location let someone open an account in a family members name with a fake social security number, then made us physically go to the store to deal with their fraudulent actions. They said it was resolved, but a month later we received another bill. When we called, they said we would have to go to the store AGAIN to deal with it. On top of this, they were rude to US when we are completely o the right and they are completely in the wrong. I would not trust this location with ANY of my private information.

The staff was friendly and efficient. They set up 2 new phones, installed the screen protector and case for us too. It was worth the extra $$ to have them port everything over and set everything up.Nicole helped us get everything ordered and when we came in Zach and Ty helped us until she was free to get us all switched over. They all worked together to get us in and out as fast as possible and had great attitudes. Would recommend this location to anyone!

Wonderful experience set up five new lines and our awesome assistant Zack helped us out set those up and made sure to explain absolutely everything. We must’ve been some annoying customers because we have so many questions but he had an abundance of patience with us and helped us set up all of our new phones!
Sat there for 15-20 minutes...no one acknowledged me, there were two people working there that just ignored me. I understand that they were working with customers but I at least expected to be greeted while I waited. Didnt Say hello be with you in a minute, I just had a quick question about adding a phone line. Now I have to drive to the Toledo store. Thanks Verizon in Adrian.

Could tell they didnt want my business. Didnt want to work with me. It was buy the 800.00 phone or nothing. Decided to a buy my own phone. Tried again to get a service plan I could tell the guy was extremely annoyed. Phone ended up not being compatible. Probably a good thing. I dont think they would have let me walk out of there till my bill was 100 or more a month. I went next door 😜🤭 Just needed a upgrade and a service plan. I wont go into that Verizon store again. 😏
Our experience with Russell Cellular was as good as a visit to a cell phone store can be. The store was busy and Hunter was the only one working. Little did he know when we walked in we were switching carriers and getting new phones. There were 3 of us with 2 different accounts at the same carrier. Hunter knew exactly how to get things done and answer any questions we had. We are very happy with our new carrier and phones. Hunter is an asset to your company as he never once tried to take the easy way out of anything! Great job!

I walked in and waited and waited to ask a question. The employee didnt seem interested and didnt even feel the need to acknowledge I was standing there. This has been my 4th time in several differentVerizon stores, all equally as disfunctional and rude.

I am being nice here; because I want to give this business a chance to improve their customer service. Yes! I am very frustrated. Billing error at its finest!!!! I am beginning to believe that, this is a fraudulent effort to have the new customer to pay the highest amount for the few months. The itemized bill is not what we signed up nor agreed upon. Ty set up our account so missed up. Hunter tried helping us; was having difficulty about our account situation of overcharged; was not the plan we wanted. And it has been 3 weeks, the promised “we call you as soon as the web site for prepaid plan is available or fixed”. Hmm!!! What an amazing place. Verizon customer service at its finest!!! Isn’t it.

Today I left my house with a dead battery on my phone. I was passing Russel Cellular so l stopped to buy a cable to charge my phone. Hunter was able to take care of my needs in a timely and efficient manner. I now have a cable for both car and home. Hopefully no more dead batteries.
Aaron was fantastic! He worked quickly to get both phones set up, data transferred, etc. Everything went very smoothly. We had been maybe 30 years with ATT, but they could not fix the slow tower problem in Adrian MI. So we had to leave them. This will be more expensive at Verizon, and the speed is only double ATT. But we lost the ATT unlimited data, we have the Verizon Jet Pack to avoid our phones as hotspots....and ATTs throttle speeds. I might return the accessories we bought...very pricey at Verizon!! Aaron is a treasure for Russell Cellular; he deserves a raise!!

If not for Hayden I would be dealing with Verizon on the phone. Hayden makes it easier when it feels like I cant figure my phone out. He is very nice,polite and extremely intelligent. Thanks to him I will remain a customer with Russell Cellular. Some of the other employees are helpful but my loyalty stays with Hayden. I was out on the road a thousand miles from home and my mom had trouble with her phone Hayden helped my mom and made her feel important and got her new phone right away for her without a meltdown from my mom. Thanks Hayden you are a man of your word and a great asset to the Verizon community.

This store got to me quickly and answered all of my questions quickly. Then they sold me what I asked for, and I was on my way.

This place is a joke. Very sneaky sales people. Signed me up on a business account stating I had to have 5 lines to get the discount. Got my bill with not only NO discounts but placed me on a completely different and more expensive plan than they were going to. I called Verizon customer service and they literally told me that the sales rep lied about needing 5 lines its just a scheme for commission. Thanks for nothing.

Loved working with Jessica. I will probably never go to a different Verizon store! The staff was great. Store was very neat and clean. I did have to wait awhile, but I would rather wait to have this service.
The staff is nice and knowledgeable. The downside to this, is that the staff takes it time helping people, so you may have to wait a long time until its your turn. And they will spend just as much time with you. I will return.
Main reason I stay with Verizon, their oeople.

Terrible service, and very unfriendly. Being in love with new phones and having many different ones throughout my life, I have never dealt with a person who didn’t try to at least help you out. I simply asked if they had a new phone or when they would get it. And she replied I won’t give out that info! The friendly guy was trying to help before this lady stopped him. The phone was already released so it wasn’t disclosed info. Simply wanted to order one. For a third party store I figured they would want the business. I would never walk into this store again do to how rude and unwilling to help they were!
