For the first time I went into the automotive department and hit the button and someone came over within 10 seconds. Im sure it being later in the evening had something to do with it, because prior to this Ive had miserable results with no one showing up but I must say at least this time they were very prompt. Employees are usually always pleasant but of course youll find a few that cant help or dont want to but thats to be expected these days. I gave him five stars because this was based on my last experience

There is never anything on shelves or in refrigerator area I go there for. It’s really annoying that I usually end up just going to meijer. I completely understand Covid has put a hammer in getter supplies, it’s just unfortunate.

Getting a little better, the employees are kind and helpful under conditions where there pulling triple duties. The idea of security at every check out is fading it seems. If Walmart would train the managers to delegate and work along side the employees as the managers move up on the ladder, and get rid of the idea that moving everything in the store creates a new store feel or impression it would be a bonus. New store feel should not be based on hiding the products from regular customers. Hiw about creating a work environment where everyone has the goal of wanting to help fellow employees, wanting to come to work, treated as a human being, these techniques go a long way in employee retention, and customers repeating business. The air of a nice business shows naturally. If everyone makes the effort to try kindness, be helpful, dont ask anyone to do what you wont, trust me it catches on. Not throwing a stone at anyone, Im only staring an opinion overall.

Walmart is not my favorite place to shop, but this one is acceptable. Usually stocked, most employees are helpful and nice. My complaint is that I sent my older teen to get some deli cuts and the lady in the deli cut up our provolone and muenster and didnt paper in between the slices. I would think that part of deli training would be that. Now we have two pounds of cheeses that are more like a mound than individual slices. Makes it really hard to use for sandwiches.

Store is always well stocked and clean. I can usually find most of the items I need when shopping. The are only two negative areas of interaction I have in this store. One is w with the employees on the floor. They always seem to be scurrying away, avoiding eye contact with you and trying their best not to help you. The other is the bottle room. I’m not sure what the hours are, the employees are not sure what the hours are, no one is sure what the hours are! They are always different every time I come here to return bottles and they are not posted anywhere!

Terrible customer service. Like I understand Walmart is busy and you have a lot of customers but thats does not mean you should be rude all of the time. The bathrooms are also super disgusting

Empty.... This store is always packed every time i go and the shelves are always empty...They do not order enough supplies for the amount of customer base they get or they dont have enough employee power to keep supply stocked... Regardless poor management it is your job to make sure all of these things are being done at all times without exception, most employees i saw were walking around empty handed or standing around talking like works going to come to them..Get it together customers count on you for there needs your getting paid to do a job if you dont want to work then go sit on your couch and let someone else have your job that wants and needs it that will do it....

Shelves where pretty empty. Didn’t have several items I was looking for in grocery. When Meijer’s just got a complete remodel next door I will think twice before giving Wally World my business

Had a very pleasant shopping experience with excellent customer service in helping me find exactly what I was looking for and a very quick checkout with a very nice cashier. Best service I have ever had in this store!

I found everything and more that I was looking for. Good customer service even if I did use the self check. Lol

Prices are the only reason make a trip to Walmart. Store cleanliness and organization is not good.That being said?, those at the customer service desk are ALWAYS very courteous and helpful. Floor staff are usually helpful and courteous as well.

I mean, its Walmart. I like that I can find just about anything I want from here. Their clothes are actually cute and on trend. Groceries are on point, too. Judge Walmart if you like but in a small town, you take what you can get!

Shopping for my sons college dorm and found everything he needed plus we were able to do some grocery shopping!

My only real criticism for this location is how inconsiderate Walmart is at the Corporate level when it comes to accommodating disabled customers. There are never enough motorized carts for the disabled and for the very few they have, they either malfunction or the battery is dead from not being able to charge properly as theyre always in demand.Whenever Im there with my father I end up working (even though Im not an employee) to find carts for disabled customers after getting him one. Ive even had to deescalate minor arguments between people waiting for one, and make it clear that Im not an employee and that Im simply trying to help. Fortunately they calm down and apologize, and I do what I can. Here I am walking out to the parking lot following a customer who is done, that way I can bring it in for another disabled customer in need.Ive even contacted Corporate to inform them that this location need the current ones repaired or replaced, and that more need to be avail for disabled shoppers.

This is another store that I highly recommend. The store workers in this Walmart were knowledgeable and friendly. I cannot say that about every Walmart store.

Shelves empty, aisles are a mess. Rude employees. Avoid this store. Prices are outrageous. Cheaper at other pkaces.

Waited nearly 15 minutes for an associate to help me in the fabric department. Even had them paged. Nobody showed up and you couldnt find anyone else to help. So I left

Its a typical wallmart with extra trashy customers and the rudest people in town just waiting to treat u like trash. I feel bad for the workers here because the community is trash

Trying to get something as simple as a propane exchange takes an hour. It also requires talking to 5 different employees. Wouldn’t recommend.

I just hope this store can stay clean and tidy in the future. Ive been in the other Walmart stores (Ypsilanti and Belleville) that werent no where near as clean as the Adrian Walmart. Ive been using the curbside grocery pick-up since the start of the pandemic, and the staff have all been nice and friendly!! Everytime I go, even in the freezing cold they are out there doing their part to help keep those of us who dont feel comfortable going In big stores like yours, feel safe. And theyve all had a smile while doing it! Keep up the great work Adrian Walmart Curbside staff and thank you!

I only went into this Walmart because I happened to be in this town for someone’s graduation and… it was worse than I remember is how I’ll put it. Though I’m not really a big fan of any Walmart.

Creepy. A VERY loud alarm, as if there was a prison lock down occurring, kept going off. The cashier was unfriendly, as if she were a prison guard. Disclaimer: I have never been to prison, these observations are all based on television. I wonder if people new to prison compare it to Walmart? Bought a loaf of fresh French Bread, it was great.

Walmart would be awesome. If they didnt have a court order saying Im not allowed on their property. But other than that theyre great.

Just needed a couple items. So just a quick stop. Went through self check out & was on my way home!

Check it out, maybe twice a year, just to see what they have. Prefer my cash stays closer to home.

My wife and I went to this location to get our Johnson & Johnson Covid19 vaccination. The lines werent backed up at all. We were in&out in less than 30min.Concerning the rest of the store, everything seemed well stocked, the staff was polite, and every staff member we saw was following the mask guidelines.

It was clean and easy for the most part to find what I was there for.

Get tires here. Best battery warranties out there.

The Grocery Pickup has been a lifesaver because of the Pandemic. Also, Walmarts App is much improved from the past. I really like the check in part of it for letting them know Ive arrived. Its so easy and automatic. I plan on still using pickup after the Pandemic, because its so easy.

Maybe its the Covid but in the 1.5 years Ive lived here I am still surprised at how often the shelves are empty on things I usually have no problem getting. Im not talking Lysol,t.p., bleach and hand sanitizer either. Also, the ladies room was nasty last time I was there. Some of the associates have been very kind and helpful though and overall its a Walmart, not Nordstrom so its pretty typical.

Not the worst Wal-Mart, not the best. This one likes to get me hooked on a product and then never stock it again. Management does not seem to be concerned about keeping the store fully stocked and organized.

Ive never been to the Walmart in Adrian, MI before. I needed a pair of inexpensive boots for yard work & (hopefully) the coming snow. $22 mens boots fit perfectly, easy to find, store seemed clean, & was in & out in 15 min.

Its usually pretty stocked and clean. Employees are always helpful and present on the floor for questions you may have.. you may need to look over and aisle or two but theyre there. But it is Adrian... so theres that. Not anything special.

Out of beef shelf empty, lots of other items out of stock. But nothing new for this store had managment.

The clearance section could definitely be more organized as well as correctly price marking items or placing a price checker that is visible and not hidden behind the seasonals section doorway. Always have great customer service with the employees and other than your occasional pallets being quickly unloaded, this store is pretty neat and clean. The restrooms could use more attention as well. 3/5 from me!

Walmart does the best job with curbside pickup of any weve tried. They are masters at it and do such a good job! And the fact that they dont charge extra makes it super affordable, along with being safe and convenient. Highly recommend! 😊

This is a wonderful Walmart. We shop here every time we are in the Myrtle Beach area. Staff is friendly and the store is well-stocked. And it is hard to beat Walmart prices.

Ive been using the grocery app on my phone to use their grocery pickup service in Adrian. It is a fantastic service. I can start a grocery order at any time and add to it as I notice things I need. I dont lose my cart when I log out. I just check out when Im ready & select a pickup time. The staff is excellent & my orders are accurate.

Got a marine battery for my lil boat. They have the cheapest prices in town if your looking to buy a new battery, just make sure to take in your (core) old battery.

Big and void of employees, they may have what you want but youll never find it.
