Unquestionably one of the best auto purchase experiences that Ive ever had! Jason was simply wonderful to work with. I dropped by Tactical Fleet just to browse their amazing inventory while I was in Dallas and I was welcomed in despite my younger age. When I am eventually looking to trade up in sports cars I would not hesitate buying from Tactical Fleet.

I called Tactical Fleet and talked to Chris and ask him to sell my Mercedes G63 on consignment and I stated I wanted a fixed stated price out of my vehicle and he agreed. A couple weeks later Chris called and said that my vehicle had sold, BUT, he stated they got more out of the vehicle than anticipated and did I need more money than I had agreed upon. I stated that I would stay with our original agreement but I appreciated their offer and honesty. I will do all future transactions with Tactical Fleet.

Horrible customer service by Jason and Chris. Was interested in a vehicle, and just in the middle of the transaction, gathering documents for importing the vehicle into Canada. I call to find out the update of my documents, and am told the vehicle has been sold. I was never notified, and where as, I was expecting my documents I am given this news by Chris. I then called Jason. I received an extremely negative response, Jason says that he never knew of any buyer from Canada, (Chris had mentioned during the negotiation that he will speak to his partner Jason, before a price was agreed upon, which he did. Further more Jason proceeds to say that you were asking a thousand questions, and this buyer just came in and purchased the vehicle. The only questions that were asked were a requested copy of the title, which Chris mentioned was not in their possession, a letter of clearance from the Dealership, and a bill of sale, to submit at the Canadian customs, in accordance with the standard protocol. Jason then proudly brags that hes never had a single unhappy client in 10 years, (totally seems believable). After the experience, and unprofessional treatment which I received, I have decided to write my review, hoping that I can show the true business ethics which the Dealership stands for

Hands down this was best experience ive ever had a dealership. I was referred to TF by a buddy who told me to ask for Jason. I explained I was looking to sell my Ferrari 458 Spider, sent over all the specs and a few pics. Five minutes later I had an excellent offer and we made a deal. By the time I made it to the dealership all paperwork was printed and ready for me to sign. I was literally in and out w a check in my hand within 10 minutes.
