Purchased a car 3 months ago from Ken. I took him by his word and representations of the car having purchased it from out of city only to be disappointed. Every maintenance item that didnt make the car pretty wasnt touched. It has had several issues that could have been taken care of but wasnt.Update: Ken reached out and offered to make it right. The first time was a great experience and I knew I would come back. Fast forward, here I am again and the experience was again, outstanding. Called Ken, he listened to what I was looking for and showed me some great options. No hassle, no pressure. Within 20 min, I had made a decision. I had to leave for the airport, and 15 minutes after I left, he called me and said everything was done and ready. I returned home and went right from the airport to Cotroneo. I spent a total of 15 minutes signing papers and getting a thorough run down on the car. I must tell you that if you are looking for a car, this is the only place to buy. Saw a listing online for a 2015 BMW M6 in pristine condition. Contacted Cotroneo Auto Group and was invited to come by and take a test drive. I have never had a better experience purchasing a vehicle, new or used than when we bought our 2015 Porsche Macan Turbo from Cotroneo Auto Group, Ken returned my call and answered all my questions right aft my posting on their website. Normally they are closed on Saturday but opened for us to pickup our car since we were traveling from Little Rock. When we arrived Robert took the time to explain how to operate every feature and even helped activate our satellite radio subscription. Robert had all the paperwork ready and we could have been back on the road in 30 minutes but since my wife and I were so impressed and curious about the other vehicles Robert spent extra time allowing us to look over everything in the showroom. Ken and Robert exceeded our expectations in every way. We could not be happier and look forward to our next purchase from them.

Drives exactly as BMW designed the car.1 owner, full BMW service history and Mike provided not only the CarFax to prove 1 owner but also the BMW service history including each and every service entry.When I arrived at the garage, Mike took me straight to the car, listened to me explain all I wanted to check and he then left me alone. I was uninterrupted for over an hour as I checked every area of the car. I consider myself quite knowledgeable in maintenance of this particular BMW model and Mike was happy to discuss any topics I brought up.When their web page says the showroom is immaculate, it really is. I spoke with Ken for the first time today; I was inquiring in regards to a beautiful, white 2013 Porsche Turbo he had offered for sale. Ken, who is THE OWNER of the dealership, called me to talk to me about the car I inquired about, answer any questions I might have, and explain to me the process. We spent a total of 45 minutes chatting on the phone, Ken going into detail to make sure that Im educated about the vehicle and process. When he found out I was a veteran; Ken expressed to me how grateful he is for our service members, and told me about how he helps active duty men and women, prior to deployment, sell their cars, and/or keeps it stored for them at his indoor facility, where it is properly maintained until the serviceman/woman return home safely. Unfortunately, I did not buy the car from Ken because my CFO, aka my wife, said NO!, even though this was the best and most competitively priced Panamera out on the market. This didnt stop Ken. Ken helped me examine the service/history records of a vehicle with the options I wanted at a different dealership; at a price point my wife and I could agree on, but mostly my wife. Ken, also, made sure I was buying a car that was a perfect fit for me and my family. This is how service should be; Ken did not have to do any of the things he did but he does everything out of the kindness of his heart. Ken has definitely set the bar high in my eyes and I definitely plan on going to him first for any future cars I buy.
