The mechanics are honest at least the ones I interacted with, the prices are fair and the facility is clean. Dominick exemplified customer service at its best . I had some recall work on my car the dealership said I needed new front brake pads and rotors. I told them I would bring the car in next week.I took it to Auto Advantage and had them look at the car and all I needed was break pads. They also found that I needed new wheel bearings on my drivers side back wheel, the dealership missed this. If I did not bring it to Auto Advantage I would not have known it needed to be fixed. Great Service and fair you will not be dissapointed.

Best auto repair place on the Planet. Service is great, guaranteed n they even come to pick me up n drop my car off after its fixed or they come get me n take me back to shop. All mechanics are very professional n kind too.The owner, Dominick, picks n hires his mechanics very well. The guy Rob is a fantastic 1st meet in the reception area. The team at this shop always have reasonable prices and do quality work.

My car was overheating in that bitter cold that we just had where it was 25 degrees below zero. I called them less than an hour before they were to close. They took my car in and the antifreeze head turn to slush. They kept my car overnight for no extra cost so that I could thought out. The next morning they flush my antifreeze twice, changed my tie rods and give me an oil change. Total price was $350 which I find to be a great deal. They were very nice people and they were very honest. I will be using them as my mechanics from now on

One of the best small shops that Ive ever been to very reasonable prices the only bad thing I could say about this place is that they dont take appointments the mechanics explained everything very clearly. They did work for me three different times on my car Ive always been happy with the work

Never been here before now, but have driven past hundreds of times. So decided to give them a chance. Ive always taken my vehicle to franchise locations because of the assumed sence of security that comes with a large corporation backing the work. This location, Auto Advantage of Addison, i spoke with Rod, is Very knowledgeable, amazing customer service, honest pricing. Explained everything and didnt try to upsell on unnecessary items. Was very honest. Won my business for life! Called at 3pm and was in right away for brake job. Took vehicle in right away and was done within an hour. Front lobby is very clean and comfortable, well organized and you can tell the employees take pride in their work and that safety and customer service is their top priority.Thanks for getting my vehicle back on the road.

Brought my diesel pickup to them because of fuel related issue, In order to try starting the diesel Rod admitted that they ran it for 5 to 10 minutes on starting fluid! Rod said at first it sounded good then it had a knock after several minutes of running it. A REAL MECHANIC confirmed he did MAJOR damage to the motors head. I brought this to Dominics attn. and he LIED and said he sprayed the motor with one little spray himself! He is a BOLD FACED LIAR and should be ashamed of himself!!! I understand it is a blow to his ego but his guy messed up and a certified diesel mechanic said that would be the only explanation. I wonder if his people are certified? THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS

I had an issue with my Sebring and Rod was helpful to let me know that if I had further issues to bring it back.

I didnt want to have to write a bad review, but they leave me no choice. I used to be a neighbor of the owner and i guess even that doesnt seem to matter. I cant even count how many times Ive brought them business. Ive had exhaust and plenty of other work done on multiple cars. Ive had to bring it back multiple times with both cars within a year or two because of shoddy welding work and most likely junkyard used pipes. The most recent is the worst. They charged me $200 for a complete exhaust repair with a 1 year warranty. I brought it back in a few months later because it was super loud and they told me it wasnt their work, it was the downpipe. So another almost $200 later and another 1 year warranty for the new downpipe. Now, less than a year later theres a huge hole and its louder than its ever been. Now, let me add...The most recent problems started when i brought it back there to get the stock muffler put back on because it was too loud for me. First off, they welded the muffler and tips in completely crooked, which was a little annoying, but not a deal breaker. The problems started a few months after that, which makes me think, wouldnt they have seen the exhaust rotting when i brought it in to get the muffler replaced? Im done with this place and wouldnt trust them with anyones car.

Done going here. I thought they were honest but boy was I wrong. I paid for a trans flush and to have my belts changed. Not only did they not perform the flush they didnt even change the trans oil. Also the belts were not changed just tightened. Avoid these con men.

Not sure but after I had my jetta served for a censor that detected my car coolant my engine blew up and my water pump too found out when I took it to my reg mechanic that the water pump wasnt properly put back on usually they guarantee their work for 30 days and they wouldnt with me ......b.s. job!!!!
