After side swiping my car to my garage I needed to find a place to get my car fixed. A friend of mine recommended CDE Collision Center in Addison. This wasnt the closest place for me, but she assured me it was the place to go. I took her advice and I am so glad I did. From the moment I called, Kellie helped me and told me all about the process of submitting pictures of the damage from mobile phone, or I could come in and they could take a look in person. After doing it online (which was SO EASY) I was emailed an estimate soon there after. I called to talk it through with Rob who also couldnt have been nicer. I brought it in and they were able to fix it very quickly. I would absolutely recommend CDE Collision in Addison. Thank you to everyone who helped me!

They did not fix everything they were supposed to and some of what they did do needed to be re done. The women that works behind the desk was incredibly rude and has poor customer service skills. When they did fix what they should have done the fist time they made it seem like they did me a favor, no this is what I paid you to do! I will never go back and I would not recommend this place to anyone.

They were friendly and helpful from start to finish. Very responsive. Sent daily updates by text which was so helpful. Handled everything with my insurance easily so that I didn’t have to. The car looked better than brand new when I got it back- it was even cleaned top to bottom. Highly recommend, first place I will call if I ever need work on my car again.

I had a great experience at CDE Collision. I had to fight with my insurance company to have things covered but thankfully Ben, the estimator and manager, sent over the photo evidence necessary to be able to get it all squared away. Thankfully, everything worked out with the insurance claim and I was given back a car that was like new, I was even pleasantly surprised that I got a car back that had been given a car wash and interior cleaning. Excellent experience. I had been in a car accident and the at-fault driver’s insurance had C.D.E. has a recommended shop, so I took it there. The experience was smooth from the beginning: Amanda was able to book an appointment for me right away. She helped coordinate the rental car when I arrived at the location. They were thorough with the estimate and gave me a timeframe of when the repairs would be completed, and it wound up being done a day early. The repairs look amazing. Great customer service and service on the actual car.

Everyone was very friendly in person and on the phone. They answered all my questions and I got my car back 2 days sooner than estimated!

The staff are all very friendly and helpful. I felt very valued. Not only did they repair damages to my car which included damage to the bumper, fender, and windshield wiper reservoir, but they also made sure to fill my windshield wiper fluid completely, and cleaned my car inside and out. My car was finished one day before the set time frame, and they notified me immediately, so I was able to pick it up and get back on the road like my accident never happened. I would definitely recommend them.

I was unfortunately involved in a hit and run with my 2016 Nissian Altima that my left my driver side door dented and badly scratched along with damage to my side mirror. Unfortunately I got into an accident which caused damage to the front end of my vehicle. After calling my insurance they directed me to this body shop to get my work done & I couldn’t be happier. Everyone was so helpful and nice from the front counter lady to the shop manager. They kept me updated on my vehicle and ended up finishing it 1 day before it was scheduled to be & my vehicle looks as good as NEW like it an accident never happened! They even accommodated me by allowing someone else to pick the vehicle up for me and having me make my payment over the phone since I have a crazy work schedule. If you ever need any body shop work go see these people, they will take care of you!!

Got into a minor accident and with my insurance covering they suggested I go to CDE. Dropped the car off and they let me know exactly what the mod entailed and that it would be a few days. Got text updates through out the whole process and was let known the car was ready the next day! Car looked great when I picked up and they washed and clean the exterior and interior which was unexpected but appreciated.

Had to get a bumper replaced from a fender bender and this shop was close to work. Took two business days from the time I dropped off my car to get it back, they provided updates the whole time and even detailed my car inside and out. Top notch service!

Let me start off by saying I believe customer service is just as important to me as the quality of work that is being performed.I went in for an estimate and told them I wanted to pay out of pocket, it wasnt worth me filing a claim. The receptionist was nice and informative, but thats really where it ended. The estimator came out, I believe his name was Ben, I dont know because he didnt introduce himself or actually conversate at all. I am going off of the business card that the receptionist gave me. He didnt really seem to care to give an estimate it seemed, maybe because it was out of pocket, I dont know. I worked as a body shop assistant manager for several years and know from experience its better for a body shop to go thru insurance because they can supplement and jab the insurance for more money throughout the job, so maybe thats the reason. Whatever the reason, its been 4 weeks and still have yet to receive the estimate. I went to Addison Auto body and Jeffrey auto body and received estimates within days or even on site. Unfortunately because of the lack of service I have to rate them what I did. Like I said I take customer service very highly in my book and they just didnt seem to cut it.

Every time i have had an issue with my car starting with when I hit a deer CDE has been an absolute joy to work with. I will never take my car anywhere else as long as I live in the area.

I made an appointment to drop my car off on an Wednesday morning. When I arrived everyone I encountered was super friendly. Rob walked me through the process and even called Enterprise to let them know I was ready to be picked up for my rental. Since my repair was minor, it was only going to take a few days but I mentioned Friday would be a better day for me since I was off work and my car was ready Thursday late in the afternoon! I went to pick my car up Friday morning and again Rob came out with me to go over what they had done with the car. When I got in the car- they had cleaned the INTERIOR of my car too; I was thrilled! Highly, highly recommend!

After being in an accident, I had my car towed to CDE Collision in Addison. They were very easy to deal with. I informed them I needed an estimate and was waiting on my insurance.Based on the estimate, my car was totaled out.I returned to CDE to get my belongings from the vehicle and they were very helpful.

All the employees are very nice and The mechanic was nice enough to share some of his insite about my car with me and print me out a copy of the report. however when they found out my car was totaled they did not completely put it back together, the stuff THEY took off.
