I was pleased with the work done on my car. Only downside the repair date was extended twice. I loved how professional and very informative Gerber was at keeping up to date on what was going on with my vehicle whether it was a phone call or through the texts I received. I definitely will recommended them to anyone I know looking for service or body work.

Mike kept me up to date on every step of my vehicle repair. The staff was friendly. Mike promised me my vehicle by a specific date and OVER delivered. I am thrilled with the work, and they had my car to me 5 days earlier than the estimated delivery date. GREAT experience working with this Gerber location!

Very professional and timely service. I had my car fixed through an insurance claim. All issued were fixed and the car exceptionally clean when I got it back. They have fixed two cars for me over the past 6 months and havent had any issues with any afterwards. Highly recommended! Thank you!(P.S. The local Enterprise rental can pick you up here. You can also drop off the rental at the shop, which is really convenient!)

I hit a deer, after a mix up with the insurance company, a week later Gerber received my truck, every week they told me it would be long and longer that they needed it. After I finally got it back almost 2 months later, they had put the wrong grille on my truck and painted my bumper the wrong color. They finally corrected the grille issue but in the process scratched the hood Of my truck and told me they could not repaint my bumper. My grille has some LED marker lights in it, whoever installed the wiring harness shorted out my driver side front turn signal. They also installed a cracked grille onto the truck and it took them well over a month to install the new one correctly. A few weeks later I go to drop my truck into 4wheel drive while working in a field 400 miles away, and my truck will not shift into 4wd, took the dash apart, they had left the transfer case selector unplugged along with a variety of other pieces. Now my truck is telling me to service my airbag system anytime I drive over a bump, my backup camera flickers when I use it due to most of the cables not hooked up correctly and for them to fix the issue they told me they need my truck for a few days. Still waiting to hear back for an exact estimate on time. I am weary about letting them touch my vehicle again. I had my truck sent to them because they did an amazing job on one of my other vehicles after someone backed into it. This is just insane at this point.

They fixed my car in an amazing way, but my stereo was messed up. I took it back and they fixed it. My stereo stopped worked again. I was told they have a new manager and my calls have not been returned. I was also told that they are not a stereo shop. The receptionist is nice but horrible overall experience.Two weeks later, stereo fixed. Jay gave me a call and took care of me. The receptionist again was exceptional. Great work all around. Would def recommend and go back.

Went in to get an estimate. Made an appointment via their main phone number and had an appointment scheduled for later that day. The estimate was fast and itemized.

The service is excellent and the staff are all very friendly. Very reasonable prices. Before I went to another suburb and traveled many miles to take my car to another workshop, not knowing the service they offer in Gerber collision. I wouldnt give it 5 stars I would give it 10.
