Maaco Addison did an outstanding job on my new paint job! This is a 16 year old car, the paint was faded, the hood was down to chipped primer. Now, the car looks showroom new. It used to be dark blue, now its Santa Claus red. Thank you for the excellent service Jorge, very reasonable price and top quality work.

Not your average Maaco - they do a lot of high end cars and do a first class job with attention to detail. They repainted my Tahoe (black with fading and clearcoat peel, no damage) and it looks first class. Good price and value too. Jorge is great to work with.

Stopped here to get an insurance estimate. I opted to have repairs done by the maaco closer to home rather than closer to the office. Everything looked agreeable to the insurance company and the estimate took about 20 to 30 minutes, being second in line and having the estimate printed out.

I went to Maaco Addison TX. Good paint but no good on replace part of the body. Not taking time to look and make sure the car work well.

Update: I was driving on 75 and something on my car was hanging due to them not fixing my car right. I got off at the Parker exit and went to whataburger and called someone to look at my car. They told me some cord was showing and that I need to take that back to the shop. I told them they wont fix it. They told me to drive slowing going home and avoid bumps. When I got to my apartments I went over the speed bump and it came off completely. Do NOT go to them!!! They do not fix cars or honor their warranties!!? U will be sueing like me!!!Update: contacted corporate office and spoke to a Shimeka and they stated that the ONLY thing they do is act as a mediator. She stated she reached out to the location and they wont give a refund and they KNOW they didnt fix my car. I WILL be sueing!!! If anyone has any connection with the NEWS please let me know. People needs to know nationwide how Maaco treats their customers and corporate person Shimeka was very rude and ghetto! She hung up in my face and kept interrupting me while I was talking. They said someone would call me but she NEVER called me ...in fact I called her 7 times before she actually called me back. I was just going after what they were paid, my tires, and rental fees but NOW IMA add lawyer fees and emotional distress. They have me in an unsafe vehicle and I want EVERYTHING Im owed!!! To start off, they put all OLD parts on a NEW vehicle, my car needs an alignment,they didnt put my wheel sensors back on, my cruise control isnt working, body frame is messed up and they didnt put it back together correctly, they took they chrome piece by headlights on bumper, they didnt put all the screws in my door, they left my bumper still hanging, I went to another body shop to get the alignment and they couldnt do it because on the machine it said rack n pinion, I am highly upset on how they handled this. My car is pulling and everything was supposed to be done when I left the car shop. I had several people tested it, and they said I should sue the body shop. I am talking to a couple of them, because I actually called them to let them know what was going on and they said they were going to call me back...they havent called back and its been a week. Why would they treat someone like that. The body shop I took it to stater they look at the bottom and see that they took the piece off the bumper. They are some thrives and they have me driving an unsafe vehicle. Plus, they had dents all in my car even on the side that did not get hit!!!!!

Great customer service. Did an excellent paint job on my trunk. Even fixed my headlight for me without me even asking which was awesome. I would definitely go back for further paint jobs.

This location did stellar work after I had a pretty significant front-end collision. They rebuilt the front end of my car with aftermarket parts at a reasonable price (nothing to be done about the expense, a lot of it had to be fully replaced) and when I had to take it back for an issue they didnt detect the first time they repaired it for free. Jorge walked me through everything they did and dealt with me squarely, which I highly appreciate. I would recommend this location to anyone who needs body work on their car.

Have had 2 vehicles painted here. Both have been very well done. Ive now had 3 vehicles repaired and painted here. For putting a very acceptable paint job on a vehicle, this place and price cant be beat. Jorge has taken care of my vehicles all 3 times now and is wonderful to do business with. Hopefully I wont be needing these services again in the near furture, but if and when I do I will definately return here for service.

This location is a awesome place. Took my 2006 a Toyota Camry to get painted a few months ago and the side molding came apart recently, I Called Maaco and spoke with Jorge to see if it was covered under warranty and unfortunately it wasn’t but Jorge still told me to bring it in so he can have a good look at it. Brought my car there and he told me he can fix it at no cost because it was a easy fix. Thank you Maaco for this wonderful customer experience.

This is the third vehicle I took to this shop. The first two were my kids autos. One was touch up paint and the other was a complete paint on my son’s 2002 convertible GT Mustang. Both jobs were outstanding and caused me to give thought to some touch up work on my BMW. There were several chips in the hood and Dacia from all the stones on the road from DFW construction as well as sever scratches. They assured me that they could match the paint and make the repairs. I was shocked when I saw my vehicle. I swear it has a better shine than it did when I bought it from the dealer 10 years ago. I highly recommend this shop! -Mike

Great experience. Fair price. I was quoted more than double from a Ford body shop to have my spoiler painted. I’ll be going back to get some paintwork done on my rear bumper. I’ll definitely go to Maaco first for any paint or body needs.

The work was done exactly as advertised. It was on time and the paint job was excellent. The price was also very fair compared to others in the area. Based on the way I use my car, the time I had it and how long it was going be kept (long time) they offered a paint job which was most suitable. They actually advised against a more expensive option it as it was not be the best fit for my car. This is how you are supposed to do business. Good job!

Don’t take your car here unless you want it to look bad. They will get paint on your windows, headlights, and rims. I had to take it back twice and i still didn’t like what they did. Only been a month and the paint is already coming off. They did more damage the painting. Stay away from this place.

If there is a delay its usually trying to get the parts which they have no control over. Try them...you will be glad you did.

Just when I thought the art of customer service was dead (in all service industries) I took my injured car to Maaco in Addison after receiving a large bid from the competition down the street. Jorge greeted me with a smile and we looked at the damage. He gave me an estimate that was a fraction of the first bid. I really couldnt believe it. I OKed the job and 3 days later I picked up what looked like a new car! The 5 stars reviews on here are not fake. Jorge was a pleasure to work with in an unpleasant situation. We choose this particular Maaco based on the reviews but were starting to believe that the 5 star reviews were placed by friends, coworkers and employees of this shop. We were not called when my vehicle was done resulting in 3 additional days that they ended up keeping my vehicle. We tried calling the shop various times only to be hung up on or no answer. There were some issues with the body of the vehicle once it was completed that looked like the result of a rushed job. Needless to say, hard to believe this place has had so many stellar reviews. Maybe Ken and the shop were suffering from not enough staff during our service but we cant come close to giving 5 stars. Sorry.

I have taken my car in three times, twice for collision repair. Both times Maacos price came in way less than anywhere else I took it for a quote. I have also taken my car (and my husbands truck) to get repainted. Every time I have used them, I have been very happy with the result and their turnaround is quick. I’ll be blunt: I was hesitant to go to Maaco because I had never heard of them and they gave me the cheapest quote of the three locations I went to. The price was great but I don’t always know what quality I will get with cheaper prices. I backed up out of my parking spot and skid my car along a poll, ripping off my door handle and messing up the paint quite a bit. They fixed all of the dents, repaired my door handle, and repainted it and it looks AMAZING! The quality of their work and the price is so hard to beat. I will definitely bring my car to them in the future if I need any more work done. Seriously, save yourself some money and visit this place!

This place is GREAT !! I was very worried this would be some cheap paint job that would look like crap and last only a short while.....This paint job I received was as good as my 10K paint job on my Porsche from (Stuart Paint and body) They fixed all of my door dings and the paint looks like a pro did it. (if fact it was done by a pro the guy who painted my car has been painting for 20 years. The paint they used was the same paint a custom shop uses....so why go anywhere else. Ken and Benji are awesome! I had someone key the bejesus out of my car and they gave me a deal that was better than half of the other quotes I got. A really weaselly guy at Herb’s in Plano quoted me a good deal more than double after looking at it for about 45 second, definitely less than a minute. Gary is completely fair and honest and will do everything he can to help people who are put in an awkward financial position by the high costs of body work. There is good reason why they score so well on Yelp and Google. They are the best you will find in the North Dallas area. I was leery about getting work done at a Maaco, but these guys in particular are amazing. I trust them completely, especially after dealing with some of their unscrupulous competition.

I got into a fender bender last Monday. Took out my right lights, side panel and bumper. Whats worse, my inspection was about to expire, and I was going to be moving apartments in two weeks. I went by Maacon in Addison, TX to have it looked at. Their total estimate was half the insurance estimate. Which was good, because my insurance subtracted the salvage value and deductible from the total estimated repair costs before I saw anything. Since I was crunched for time, I just had just the hood and lights replaced. Maaco would have had everything done within the week if it hadnt been for the delay for the insurance inspection. Their replacement parts ship fast. And the replacement bumper and lights looks so good, I almost need to get the rest of the light covers replaced and repaint the entire car!!!

Went earlier today to ask about a paint job for my 1976 maverick turns out they do not work on those type of cars (classic) or any corvette cars because they didint have the right equipment to work on. Didint want to argue with him so I just said thank you anyways and left. I had seen on the reviews works on a red and black 69 Camaro ss Wich is a classic and also on a white corvette so don’t know what made them reject my car. Maybe all they do are “easy”jobs or they aren’t capable of doing one who knows? If an option was 0 stars that would be my option but there goes 1 Star.

Took my brothers car in because I was in an accident and the front right tire, as well as the passenger door of the car got hit pretty bad. I could barely drive it and the wheel alignment was just horrible. Once we got it back it looked and drove like a brand new car! My brother and I are so happy with the outcome! Their quality control is non extant. I took my company car here for repairs and three times they told me the car was ready to be picked up and each time I found issues that still needed to be fixed. They wasted hours of my time running back and forth and getting rides to pick up the car. To date its still not fully fixed. Had they just done five minus of inspection they would have noticed these issues.

Used Maaco twice to paint my bumper. They did a great job and, I think, for a reasonable price. However, it was a nuisance to get someone to put the lisence plate back on.

Im from a no collision state. When I was rear-ended, I took it in for a quote not knowing Texas protocol. He sat down with me and explained exactly what to do. I didnt know that my break lights were all out, so he let me have the car sit in the lot overnight, so I didnt have to drive it during rush hour. When I picked my keys back up, he remembered my first name. I was impressed. Ill be taking the car there to get fixed after this messed is done with. Everything in the lot looked great!

The body work at this location was very good. I have also noticed that some staff give inconsistent estimates for body work that can be a little on the higher end.

Im a dealer and Ive been using a shop in pleasant grove to paint my cars. And the quality of work doesnt compare to maaco. And the time frame was also quicker then the other guy.. I wasnt sure if I shouldve used maaco so I thought why not.. And Im glad I did! Ken Taylor is a nice straight forward guy! They even went above and beyond and restored my headlights! Their paint job is worthless and the warranty is a joke!!They said they need one week to paint the car and it took them 4 weeks and when I got the car and showed them the spots that they messed up they said you need to come back after on week and leave the car hear for another 3 to 4 weeks so we can fix it.I never took the car back but now after 6 months the paint started to peel and that made me so pissed so I came here to share my experience!!!!

I recently took my sons 1998 Accord to Maaco in Addison, Tx. I was responding to the $299.00 ad they always run. After reading some reviews here I wanted to share my experience.Ken Taylor the manager at this location and Benyi the assistant manager, took the time to explain the painting process and even gave me several different options and levels to choose from, I never felt pressured and he never steered me towards the most expensive option. I chose the light chip repair for $149.00 and the enamel paint for $299.00. He said the car should be ready in 4 or 5 days.This was to be a graduation present for my daughter, so 4 days later Benyi called and we went to pick it up. I was not expecting the result I got. The car was as beautiful as a 1998 Honda Accord can be. No surprises on the bill either. Great job and service from Ken, Benyi and crew in Addison.

Nice people, great prices, plopping wait times for appraisal & even looooooonger for repairs. Going back in September when vacations are done.

So first of all when I dropped my car off here I told them that the motor for my vehicle was broken and to NOT ROLL DOWN MY WINDOW. They rolled it down and to hen I told him this was unacceptable he said “sorry it’s been here awhile” that’s no excuse. Granted they are trying to get it back up currently but honestly they have that white marker stuff they could’ve just written “don’t roll down” BOOM clearly solvable problem regardless of the amount of time my vehicle has been here. So obviously the intelligence of this place is lacking. Not only that when I called about getting my hood replaced I asked what THE TOTAL COST TO REPLACE THE HOOD WAS. He said oh 365$ I’m like okay let’s do it. After I get there the “total” is about 1100$ .... I asked about what we had talked about the 365$ apparently that was for the hood alone not paint or installation. Idk about anyone else but if I ask someone for the TOTAL COST of a service I expect the completed cost. So not only are they careless and stupid but I felt like this was deceitful on there part.

I only use Maaco for my entire fleet. They do all my repairs and pairing of my new vehicles.

I tried this Maaco location last year to have my front bumper cover repainted. I dont know what the other reviewers have been drinking, but my experience shows that the work is of very low quality. They did not prepare the bumper cover properly so the paint is again cracking and peeling. They also didnt protect my driving lights and grill from over spray and now I have paint on the stainless portion of my grill and driving lights. I also note some dirt under the clear coat. Very poor quality work. This is the poorest quality of any of my body shop experiences.

Terrible customer service. Manager made up some BS to cover up for a mess they caused. My advice: take detail videos before and after. And also record your miles before drop off!

No quality check was performed by employees as upon opening the box our tailgate was in when we got home to install it we found it had paint runs along the entire length of it.
