I called ahead for an urgent check I needed because I had class in the morning, and they were able to squeeze me in and help me. They were very nice, knowledgeable, and I really appreciated how honest they were, which is hard to find at auto shops, especially as a woman. I am looking forward to going again for future car needs and a cosmetic repair I’ve been needing to get done!

Michael and crew are the best around. I went to the Audi dealership, and they wanted to charge me $1300 and charge me for an inspection report as well when I already had one. I came to Michael, he did it all $900 and took care of everything incredibly fast. This place is the best around, you won’t regret it!!

Best auto care experience Ive ever had. My wifes car had been leaking oil and we have a long drive in a few weeks.100 % would recommend to anyone.I took it in to have them look it over. When they found the issues they called, and emailed the invoice which made it super easy to understand what they were proposing to fix.I needed a little time to decide to get the repairs or not and they were very patient with me. Went ahead with the repairs, and they had it finished a day earlier than expected. I picked up the car and they had also washed and cleaned it. It probably doesnt take them long at all, but its really nice to pick up a car thats been worked on and have it be cleaner than when it was dropped off.Also parts and labor were very reasonable. You may find another shop that doesnt cost as much, but theyre definitely not overpriced, and the work they do is super reliable (Also in my searching I didnt find anywhere else that was cheaper).

I took my wife’s car here on Friday right before they closed for the weekend and we were able to have the car ready before closed on Monday. They were great about listening to us and finding the issue with very little to go on. On top of all of that, they cleaned and detailed her car at no additional charge. Michael Sr and his son were so kind when I needed my car fixed after being rear-ended. They did a good job, and my car drives like new. They even drove me to the car rental location when I dropped my own car off, and they kept in touch throughout the process. It was about a 10 day turn-time, which is exactly what they quoted. I would definitely recommend them and use them again.

A father and son shop to be trusted and respected. They helped me when I damaged the body of my 17 year old Volvo. I had no collision insurance so they provided a reasonable repair estimate that I didn’t find with other larger franchise collision repair shops. And they didn’t charge above that, which the other franchises couldn’t promise.I was blown away with the outcome of their work. My 17 year old car looked brand new. They went above and beyond what was expected. I plan to keep this vehicle as long as possible with their help. And with my vehicle’s eventual demise, I plan to buy from them as this another area they are experts for selling used European cars.If you want a receptionist, if you want a big client lobby, if you want a formal written proposal - as a non-insurance client, if you want to be treated as a checkbook and not a human being, then this isn’t the place for you.These people are friendly and professional and trustworthy. Great people particularly son and dad! They know how to treat their customers! I have brought in my car for bumper repair that was poorly repaired at a different location, they ordered part(that I never knew it was missing) instead of just fixing using screws as it was done with the previous repair. They fixed what I asked and polished even parts where it has lost paints :) I have been to different places, but found these guys good at what they do! They charge reasonable price! Will recommend this place.

It doesnt get any better than Auto Care European. This is THE one stop shop for all of your automobile needs. I initially took my Challenger to the Dodge dealership in Love Field just for a simple oil change. Upon leaving, they handed me a list of about 5 things that needed to be done to my car. One being, replacing my rear shocks. Since my car was only 3 years old I thought something was fishy. My next stop was to Auto Care European. Michael told me my rear shocks were perfectly fine, but that the other things on the list did need to be addressed. Not only did he save me $800 on keeping me from getting taken advantage of by the dealership, but he was also able to do the rest of the work at a much more affordable price than what the dealership quoted me. This is officially my GO TO shop for anything automobile related!

I brought our car here for a second opinion on an expensive dealer-recommended repair. Michael, Jr. spent the time to troubleshoot, photograph, document and clearly explain in laymans terms why this repair was completely unnecessary - saving us $2k in the process. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars.

Even though I dont have a European made car, Auto Care European always takes care of my car in an extremely timely manner. Ive been going there for a little over a year now, and its the only place Ill go to get my car serviced. I now know both of the owners personally, and theyre extremely professional and keep me posted on updates of my car. One time they checked with the dealership to see if my car was still under warranty to see if I could take it there instead of spending hundreds. They truly take care of their customers, and provide the highest level of service compared to all the other places that Ive taken my vehicle in the past.

What a great and honest shop, they even gave me a loaner car for my oil change and tune up. I also love that they get you in and out pretty quick too. Thanks for the great service!

Literally couldnt recommend them highly enough!The work these guys do is excellent!Beyond that, they are extremely honest and up front about what exactly your car needs to have done, very reasonably priced and pay extremely close attention to every detail.Have brought my car there several times and each time they end up doing a little something extra to ensure my car comes back looking nicer than originally planned- last time they polished and buffed my wheels and removed the haze from my headlights.A good quality, honest auto shop is rather hard to find so regardless if I end up driving a car thats outside of their specialty, I will continue to bring my cars to these guys for as long as Im able- even if it means going well out of my way to do so.

This father-son shop is the best place to go if you need anything done to your car. I took my truck in recently for repairs and maintenance, but I never expected how far above and beyond they went to finish the job for such a reasonable price. My 8-year-old truck came out looking brand new inside and out. These people are honest and genuine, and I would recommend anyone to come here for any car-related issue you may have.

One word…refreshing! The guys at Auto Care European set the standard for how the repair business should be run. I had been having some issues with my car losing power while driving, and a friend of mine referred me there. As soon as I pulled up both the owner and his son were outside looking under the hood of my car. When I had to leave my car for repairs they offered me a loaner car that way I wouldn’t have to hassle with renting somewhere else or bumming rides to work all week. They kept me in the loop regarding the repairs that needed to be done to my car and never did anything without first carefully explaining and getting my consent. As someone who does not know much about cars, I always appreciate it when a mechanic takes the time to explain to me what they want to do and why it is necessary. They were never pushy about trying to get me to fix more issues than I was comfortable with. They even detailed my car and topped off all my fluids free of charge, which was completely unexpected, but greatly appreciated. Definitely went above and beyond what other places I have been to do!

This is THE place to take your car. We had to have my husbands Mercedes towed there last Friday and they waited until it arrived...at 6:30 p.m. No other place would have done that. The prices are fair and the customer service is great.

I went to Auto Care European a few years back. Michael does a good job of working with you to get your car fixed on your budget and within the time frame that you need it. The place seemed familiar working with both European exotic cars as well as regular luxury sedans, SUVs, etc. I myself had some hail damage on my car and after it was repaired it looked brand new. Definitely worth checking out for your car repair needs as you will most likely save some money compared to most dealerships.

DO NOT LET THESE GUYS TOUCH YOUR CAR!!!I took my car in to have its frame adjusted. They told me they would have to us a specific method to straighten it and that it would take no more than a month. They held my car for 2 months and when I received it back the navigation system, my harmon speakers were busted, and the frame was still not straight. They charged my insurance company so many supplements and they did not do the job they said they were going to do.I REPEAT! DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO THESE THEIVES!!!
