Jeffrey Auto does excellent work. body & trim on 2 of my vehicles and fix IN ONE DAY the power window on my sons BMW.So far this is my body shop of choice, and looks like it will be for a long time.They are concerned about QUALITY WORK and it shows.

They updated me on every detail of my repairs and were courteous quick and efficient completing repairs

Probably one of my worst experiences EVER.I received an estimate from this shop on my 2012 Nissan Altima. The initial estimate was about $1,500 for my rear bumper and headlight. They were kind enough to reduce it to $1,100.Well when I first took it in, they ordered parts for my front bumper which was not even what I needed fixed. SO I then had to wait an extra week to take in my car. Finally, they said I cold drop it off to begin repairs. I picked up my rental car and proceeded to the shop to leave my car.Not even 5 minutes after leaving I got a call from Gary to go back for my car because he was not going to fix it because there was a dent he did not include on the estimate!!! I was livid, how can you miss a huge dent in the back bumper IF THATS WHAT I ASKED TO BE FIXED!!!!!!!!! When I went back to pick up my car Gary was rude enough to literally just toss teh keys at me and tell me to leave. So unprofessional and inconsiderate. I was still going to pay him out of my own pocket and I still wasted my time and money getting a rental and going back and forth to the shop.Never will I recommend this place to anyone. Horrible service.
