Customer service here is a joke. The “manager” Andrea, if she’s really the manager is so rude. I called trying to get help with returning an Amazon package & I was trying to find out if I needed to box it up or just bring it in or what. When I called & said I had an Amazon package that I was trying to return & they had told me to take it to a UPS store she replies “I don’t know who “they” is!” & then I told her again Amazon & she kept talking over me & wouldn’t even listen. I eventually ask if I could speak to a manager & she told me she was the manager.I ended up taking it to another location & all I had to do was take it in they scan a code I had & the guy put a sticker on the item & I was done. Less than 3 minutes. Should have been an easy answer for her to give me.

They are charging $3 dollars for every Amazon package even if you have a shipping label extra they are ripping off the public.Find another store to go to because this one is not the one. The older gentleman definitely was not happy when I walked in the door so this must be an experience they create for all their customers.

They provided awesome service. Wait times vary depends on service being received like fax or shipping however they maintain great customer service

Use this store all the time to ship my stuff with UPS (for a couple of years now). Super courteous workers; excellent customer service mindset.

I had to mail my tax returns today and Tom was SO helpful. After I left I thought I had messed up and went back and he kindly helped me double check and make sure I hadnt. Thank you Tom for your patience and your outstanding customer service!!

I walked into the UPS to return an Amazon Package without the return receipt print out. I asked if they could print it out and off course the answer was yes just email to theups… shock information me for a 1 page black and white print I was charged $3.21. In my opinion that is just wrong!

15 people in this small store. The only person not wearing a mask was the girl behind the counter helping customers. Said its not a state law. Guess the customers health is not her concern. Go to a different UPS store, they are everywhere.
