I took my item and package there to be shipped. I could not print the label because my printer was broken. They printed my label after I emailed it to the store from my UPS account. They gathered my items and told me they would package everything and ship it for me. I felt that it was important to take a picture of the person and my package. Fortunately, it was delivered. The next time, I didnt take a picture of the person. My package arrived WITHOUT the contents. A certain person in that store never wants me to seal my own package. They choose to wait until I leave the store first. I will drive to another shipping store going forward.

I typically have good experiences with UPS and this, unfortunately, is my first and only experience with this location.I sent a backpack to be repaired, but somehow my backpack ended up getting swapped with another item. My box ended up with someones Amazon return and my item at Amazon.I understand that mix ups happen, but the follow up conversations were quite scattered and they didnt seem to care much about either items that ended up in the wrong location. It felt like their goal was to get this bad situation over with as soon as possible, rather than making me feel informed on next steps and recovery on my item (which now I understand is very unlikely).They did reimburse me for my expenses, plus their blanket $100 insurance, but every conversation just seemed like a rush to get me off the phone despite me being pretty relaxed throughout the process.

Fast efficient service and every single employee cares, they go above and beyond to meet each and every customer’s needs. 10/10 recommend, I will drive the extra few miles from my home to handle my business at this location!

Absolutely fantastic customer service. Went in to pick up documents to send off to get my pharmacy technician license, and Mr. Joe (their notary public) was extremely helpful in getting things done. It took me longer to get to the store than it did for everyone there to help me get my fingerprinting done and the documents shipped off! If I ever find myself living in Acworth, I’ll definitely be back for any shipping and notary needs!

Great store -- the owner Richard and staff (Jonathan, Ken, and all others) are professional, proficient, knowledgeable, creative, and patient. They have helped me with printing documents/flyers/signs for numerous business, civic, and sociable events and activities. They do superb work!

I came in for help having labels printed for my baby shower and the staff was AWESOME! They got me a chair for while I waited without even being asked because I’m very pregnant and I guess they could see I was uncomfortable. They helped set up everything, had much more affordable prices than I was told by other locations, and the staff members were all very kind despite some of the customers being rude to them and being packed. Highly recommend this location (Mars Hill near Brookstone)

Ive been visiting this UPS store for almost a year but more frequently during the stay at home order of late. Since Im working from home 100% of the time, its been convenient to have my one stop shipping and notary service all in one place. Im grateful for the excellent customer service and efficient processing. But even better than that - each and every interaction Ive had with the employees has been a pleasure. I have been a patron of this UPS store for about 17 years. I have found the staff friendly, courteous, & helpful. My daughter has had high school project assignments printed at this store. Additionally, I have had graduation banners, Eagle Scout programs, as well as various church items (envelopes, visitor cards, baptismal forms, etc.) printed at this store. All jobs have been completed to my satisfaction. Our family also utilizes this store for mailing of packages. I am extremely pleased with the overall service of this store. Thank you staff.

I’ve been using this particular store for over 2 years now, being injured at work and having to documents notarized for worker’s comp and my attorney. Since day one I walked into this store it has always been a friendly atmosphere, the staff has always been professional, and just makes your purpose of being there enjoyable. Not to mention that whatever you need done, notarization; packaging, shipping, dropping your mail off, etc., they take pride in how they conduct themselves and are always courteous. I live several miles away in another community, but I take the journey to Brookstone just because of the way they always treat me, and how knowledgeable they are in whatever I need done. I wish more businesses was like this, it’ll make spending my hard earned $$ that much enjoyable. Thank you for your professionalism, and your friendly atmosphere...

It’s very unorganized! I went in for finger prints early and was told that I had to wait u til 10:30 because they were busy while only one customer was in line?? I show back up at 10:30 and now have to sign a list and wait in my car. Looking at the list people started signing up at 10:00. Very upsetting that this staff did not let me know there was list to sign up for and now I have to wait even longer. Have in mind I was at their store at 9:57.

I go out of my way to go to this UPS store because the staff is professional, friendly, and helpful!! Other UPS stores in the local area charge more and are not friendly. Richard and his staff go above and beyond! Very thankful for their store!!

This is my neighborhood UPS and they have always had very quick and very friendly service. I recently went in for Christmas labels and McKenzie was a delight in helping me! She was friendly, patient and knowledgeable which made me feel very comfortable that she was the right person to get the job done!

Whether it’s to ship a package, get a document witnessed/notarized, Amazon return or any of the other services they provide, I’m always greeted with a wonderful smile and exceptional service- consistently. I actually drive past a USPS to do business here! This UPS and staff are truly amazing!

Employees are not knowledgeable and management is rude. They struggle to keep workers and need new leadership. They would rather argue with customers instead of trying to help. Save yourself the problems and ship at fed ex across the street in the Walgreens.

As usual, Richard and his team provided us great service, friendly and efficient. We use this UPS store for printing, copying, shredding and, for creating our grandsons graduation yard sign.

Call them and asked for a yard sign in one day and they did everything they could to get it done on time and perfectly! Really a good customer service store!

I recommend going to the other UPS locations nearby. This store is making zero effort with social distancing. They let customers crowd on both sides of the store in line, so when you are finished you have to literally wade through people to walk out the store. The staff was moving in slow motion instead of trying to get people in and out. Just all around a bad experience.

I have been a patron of this store for 20 years...for good reason!! The staff is helpful, tech savvy, and make you feel like you are at home. Richard is the bar for customer service that I measure all others by. I will be a customer as long as they are here!!!!

Employee McKenzie likes to be condescending to customers on how they didn’t package something just exactly right, instead of offering genuine help and supportive feedback. Making a customer feel low and like they did something wrong because you need to provide an extra piece of tape is not how business is run, McKenzie!

Great place for Amazon drops

Love the fact that they save the shipping information under my phone number to make it super easy and quick to get in and out. They are always very helpful and friendly.

We dropped off a FedEx package at this UPS store on 11-24-17 and it has not been seen since. We have a picture of the tracking label/box sitting on the UPS Stores counter as well a letter from Richard, the owner/manager,stating that they received the package from us. The package contained a less than a year old HP laptop that was being sent back to HP for a repair. The UPS store says they are not responsible for the package because it is a FedEx package as they only accept FedEx as a courtesy to their customers. They do not scan FedEx packages so there is no tracking. FedEx will not take responsibility as they say it was never picked up from the UPS store. I filed a police report as obviously, theft, is the culprit here. I cannot say where the theft occurred, but by process of elimination, it would either have to be at the UPS store or by the FedEx driver. DO NOT use this store to ship a FedEx package as they do not have a system in place to show proof of receipt or pick up for the packages.

We shipped something via this store and then lost the tracking number. The guys there were SOOOOOO nice to help us find the tracking number even though we were at fault for losing the number! Great customer service in going above and beyond. Thank you, UPS store!

Asked for, and paid for, double-boxing and double-padding at this location. Contacted recipient and they said my item was packed in one box with bubble wrap...not double-boxed and double-padded which I asked for, and paid extra for. It was a delicate electronics item and Im not sure why they charged me for products that they did not actually use - draw your own conclusion. The item arrived broken. Next time I pack myself and ship FedEx ground.

They are usually great but, it’s 7:30 and I’m sitting in front of the store, sign says closes at 7 PM???

EVERY employee there is amazing!!! They are wonderful under pressure!!!! They have helped me countless times with my various projects from Kennesaw to Johns Creek! I highly recommend them for any of your printing needs!
