Emily and Chris, is hands down the absolute BEST. Every time we go there, they are so pleasant and very skillful and knowledgeable on their job. I travel to this location, bc I know that if they are there, service is going to be at a premium.Thanks guys, for ALL you do.
Supposedly this site is open late, I am here at 2PM and they are closed for lunch.. the website says nothing about lunch or closing at a specific time. This is very frustrating considering I need fedex supplies.
I was dreading going to this location after reading the reviews, but I had to use them a couple weeks ago. There was no line. The employee was friendly, polite, and competent. I had a shipping label already printed, but I needed an express box. She gave me one and took care of placing my label in a clear label sticker. I was so surprised at how good the service was that I tactlessly commented on the bad reviews. So heres my good review to make up for my unintentional rudeness. ;-) Oh - and most importantly - the package arrived when it should have.
Was waiting in line for about 15-20 minutes to have a package scanned And put out for delivery...with 2 people in front of us, and someone just came in and cut through... they apparently “emailed” the fedex employee a document they needed printed and he just cut through the line and in front of everyone. She stated that he “emailed” her the document he needed printed and to pay for it, but afterwards he went off and did his shopping... um i don’t care what happened before I was there but he left the line. He needed to wait for the ones who were actually there to get things taken care of and packages shipped out. Terrible way of handling that. We waited, he didn’t.
There are actually corporate complaints filed against this location for what seems to be the same issue I have had. Unprofessionalism and plain out rudeness!!!The older lady that works at this location is rude and unhelpful. Chris, the “manager” is exactly the same. Bad mouthing other customers as well as myself when my boss has done $1000’s in shipping with this location over the past few weeks.Wendy, the younger lady, has been the only one that has been helpful.I work remotely and travel all over the east coast and this has by far been the worst FedEx I have ever been too. All other locations let me drop off whatever documents I am sending that day and work on them as they can. Which is totally fine! I know that what I do takes a lot of time and other customers are on a time crunch so work on their shipments and do mine as you can. The “manager” and older lady seem to think that they are above doing the shipments when that is their job! I believe that it is mostly just plain laziness but who knows. I would recommend driving to the Woodstock or Kennesaw locations.
I went in to drop off a package where I had already printed a label. An employee greeted me within 30 seconds and said we will be with you shortly. Another employee came out, scanned my package, covered up any existing labels and provided my receipt all within a couple minutes. Excellent service, very friendly.
This location is supposed to be open at 9am. I have been waiting for over 30 minutes to pick up my package. No one is here. Extremely frustrating.
Terrible customer service - literally the worst. We had a bigger package to drop off and were told by multiple Fedex agents to go here. The girl working the counter refused to take it, couldnt actually look up a policy that said they couldnt and kept saying she only had so much space. Dont advertise a service you cant fulfill!
It’s funny someone 3 hours before me just reviewed this place and said he felt like he or she was being punished. Definitely how I felt as well.The lady behind the counter seemed like the entire time I was there she was trying to talk me out of shipping with them. She was very short with me for no reason and also rude. Not a nice demeanor. I finally gave up and left.Centralization for the win.
Each visit has been a great experience. Chris is extremely helpful!

I felt like I was being punished for needing a receipt for my dropped off packages! Made me wait for so long and I have been to other Fedex locations that have just scanned the packages and gave me a receipt and went back to what they were doing! So confused?
