I would never recommend this company ever. Poor customer service and communication. You literally have to chase them for information. They issued shipping information when the product wasn’t even available for shipping. You have to call the sales department to get answers because customer service gets back to you days later. You will be making payments on whatever you order before it ever gets delivered.

Loved the service and the product, Until they delivered the wrong mattress and left me with a loner which was more stiff than what I needed. Said they’d be back the following week with the correct one. Well they didn’t show up. So we called and they said the truck was late it’s coming on the next one. This went on for a month. They never called us either. It was always us calling them. It took my wife telling them I had a surgery coming and literally couldn’t sleep on the one they gave me. Which was true. I will recommend another place for beds.

Brandon walked my son through about 5 different mattresses, pulled them all down for him to take his time and try them, checked his spine alignment on each of them and helped me find a pillow for myself! Just knowledgable people that do an outstanding job of informing the customer of the many mattress options, differences between manufacturers and models and what seems to be a genuine effort to help you find the right mattress for you. Its a shame you dont find professionalism and customer service in all retail establishments as you do at SG. Dont buy a mattress, pillow or chair/recliner until youve visited here. Shop the rest, but buy at the best.

Had a great experience today and purchase a new mattress. I went looking not expecting to purchase but Brandon and Josh customer service was great. You know how you can go into a store and be pressured into a purchase not the case here. They discussed options and left you alone to think and asked if you had any questions periodically.
