I called first thing in the morning after calling other eye doctors around. I was hit in the eye with a corner of a book the night before.They took me in immediately. Upon arrival, the office staff seen i was having issues with light and took me into a room that was dark so I wouldn’t strain my eye even more. I was seen immediately. The office staff was very helpful and the optometrist I seen was awesome.Thank you for making sure I was seen. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!

My husband and I go see Dr Valle for our eyes. He is the best. His staff is always helpful. Gina H is always so welcoming and kind with us. She has great taste when we choose our frames. Their location is great and the office is extremely clean and welcoming.

I went to TrueVision because my beloved optometrist of 30+ years retired. I found them through my insurance portal, as theyre in network. My first visit was yesterday. The whole experience was awesome. I didnt wait long to be called back. Kendall was efficient and personable as she did my testing.Dr. Mays was thorough and educational, as he performed my exam. I really liked his bedside manner and felt he was very knowledgeable, as he answered my questions.Gina assisted me in picking out frames which I know nothing about. I answered a few questions and she brought me back a tray of frames to try and I found the perfect frames. She was great and really knows what shes doing.Overall, my experience was nothing less than awesome! I have already recommended them to a friend looking for an optometrist.

This was my first time in to TrueVision. Everyone I talked to was so kind and patient from the front desk to Gina who helped me pick out my frames. They are very patient with children too and answered all 1000 of my sons questions to make him comfortable with his exam. I’m not always great at knowing what looks good on myself so Gina was very patient with me and stayed with me the whole time to offer feedback on my glasses. They are keeping everything very safe as well. They clean the frames each time you try something on. I was so impressed with each step of the process! Highly recommend this facility! My family will be back for sure!

When I first came to TrueVision, I believe in 2012, the original office was small but the eye doctor and the service was excellent. I moved out of state for seven years, and returned, because I really liked the service of the eye doctor and remembered how great he was. Now there is a new office, bigger staff, but the same great service. Both the eye doctors I have had have been excellent and the staff was equally excellent. Even when I provided feedback, the office followed up and were very helpful. They didnt have to do that, but they went above and beyond.

Dr. Julie Poteet is amazing! She goes beyond to make sure our family gets the best visions care possible. She is knowledgeable and digs deep to get to the root of the problem. Everyone else in the office is extremely efficient and kind.

I always have an amazing experience at Truevision & actually get excited for my annual eye exams! Dr. Mays, Dr. Draper & Dr. Valle are always so friendly and amazing at what they do. I spoke with Lizzie at the front desk today and she helped me re-order contacts over the phone and even set aside samples they had in stock for me while I wait to get the rest in. She was so helpful and made the experience easy!

I had been a patient here for at least two years, so was extremely disappointed that when one of my appointments was canceled and I made an appointment online, that they didn’t have a record of it. I rescheduled the appointment two months ago, and when I came in today, they didn’t have a record of my appointment. On top of the bad customer service, they then tell me my insurance is out of network (wasn’t before). I would have appreciated True Vision saying they don’t take patients out of network than giving me the run around, particularly since I have been a loyal customer.

I had my first appointment at TrueVision today and it was a wonderful experience. It was my first time inside a public building since March of 2020 and I felt very safe with all of their Covid precautions. The staff and optometrist were all very knowledgeable and took great care of me. I’m very sensitive to tiny changes in my vision and the optometrist got my Rx to 20/20 with no problems! I’m extremely satisfied with TrueVision! Highly recommended!

Ive never had a bad experience with any of the optometrists or support staff at this TrueVision location. Theyre informative with the newest technology available. When you come in they take your temperature and they have hand sanitizers or you can wash your hands. As you try on the different lenses, they are kept aside so that they can be disinfected before replacing them on the shelf. I felt very safe. I get it, its a brick and mortar, so they gotta keep the lights on. So of course glasses are going to be more expensive then they are on-line. Where to start? Phenomenal.I’ve been going to optometrist’s now for at least two decades and I can say this was by the best experience I ever had from start to finish. I’m big on customer service and educating and they did just that. I was greeted the moment I walked in and during the exam they explained the ‘why’ and the ‘how’. Doctor Mays has an incredible bedside manner and meets you at your communication level. He explained everything in detail. Gina was also very patient in helping me find my perfect pair and they have a vast selection of frames. There are two reasons I go to True Vision. One is the doctors and the other is the practice/staff. I was one of those people who never wore glasses, never had my eyes checked. The only reason I did at first, was because my kid had to go, and insurance paid for my well visit while I was there. Since then, I’ve had my own eye emergency (involving a soccer ball kicked at close range), and now my old eyes need glasses to READ! Regarding my emergency, I was never so thankful to have a relationship with an eye doctor. I saw Dr Valle and Dr Mays, and not only did they check my eyes and impress upon me the serious nature of my situation, but they found me a retina specialist and coordinated with him to see me through until I was out if the woods.Regarding my glasses, my last check up was with Dr Draper. She was great. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend any of those three three doctors. They are all excellent. And I will never select a pair of frames without Gina. She has helped me pick out my last 3. She’s honest (“nope, those don’t work for you”) and helpful (“your insurance will cover X, so stick with these frames, and avoid those over there”). Terrence works in the workroom, and adjusted my frames today until they fit perfectly.I’m so glad our family has a practice we can rely on. I’ll never go anywhere else.

I have been a patient at TrueVision for years now and have only received the highest level of care from the doctors and staff. Two of the staff members that always go above and beyond is Julie Stewart and Bria Everette. Because of Brias caring nature and determination she was able to find a pair of sunglasses that were discontinued by the manufacturer for me through another source! Julie is so kind and always makes herself available for my husband and myself whenever we come in and need help with our glasses. They both are valuable assets to TrueVision. Have been going here for 2 years now and its s great atmosphere. The staff are always pleasant. The doctors are very informative. Theres many eye centers and doctors closer to me, but this is one I hope to stay with for a long time.

Went here and LOVED everything about it. I barely sat down and was called so no waiting. Once in the exam rooms, everything moved quickly and without any problems. Dr Mays is wonderful with explaining what was going on, etc. Took my kids back this week for their exam and my son apparently needs glasses and again, Dr Mays spent lots of time explaining everything going on, what to expect going forward, etc. The staff from the minute you walk in, til the end when you are picking out glasses are definitely top notch and go above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable and your needs are being met. This place is amazing! So accommodating to our three young kids. They entertained them with toys, coloring books, and little back packs. They were so kind and patient. Wonderful experience!I had my annual eye exam yesterday at TrueVision Eyecare with Dr. Julie Poteet. I feel like family there. From the moment you arrive, you are greeted by the staff in way that makes you know your health is very important to them.And of course, social distancing and Covid protocols are firmly in place, so no worries there. I received a thorough exam using TrueVisions state-of-the art technology to make sure my eyes have no evidence of disease. And Dr. Poteet is so kind and so thorough. I went to TrueVision today for an eye exam and was completely satisfied with the professionalism courteousness of the staff and doctor. I was very impressed with thoroughness with how the staff ask for information before going in for the eye exam as well as the technician (Jordan) who performed the cursory examination and recorded my eye history and the medicines I am presently taking. By the time Dr. Valle came into the examining room he was well versed in my eyes, their condition as well as my medical history (I am Diabetic). He knows what he is doing.After the eye exam, I choose my frames and sat down with Terrence to discuss options and pricing for my new prescription lenses. Terence worked very hard to get me the best value for my dollar.I highly recommend this organization, staff and doctors, to be your primary eye care group.

I was very pleased w Dr Mays thorough exam. He was able to refer me to another specialist to do a Lazer procedure to help my vision. I can see clearer and was able to order my glasses.Also Gina helped me to decide on the color and size glasses that fit me. She and Dr Mays were very professional. The doctors collaborated on his treatment, spent days on his excellent care, and checked in on him when he was at home.This place is the best!

True Vision has extraordinary customer service, the people who work there (from the Doctor’s to the techs to the front desk) are consistently friendly and efficient. My daughter broke her glasses 3 weeks after her one year warranty was up but instead of being jerks and making me pay $400.00 for another pair of glasses they simply honored the warranty and I only had to pay $25.00. I was shocked but extremely pleased and our family is a customer of theirs for life and I will always recommend True Vision!! :)
