Today was my first time at Eye Contact and I cannot say enough good things! The entire staff was so kind and helpful. From check in, to the exam, and finally, helping me select new frames, the staff made my eye appointment feel like a boutique experience. This was truly the first time in 15 years of going to an optometrist that I felt I received quality care. Thank you Dr. Mobley, Kacie, and Ashley!

Im finally wearing contacts thanks to Dr. Mobley! Ive been wanting to wear contacts for several years but was unable to due to allergies & dry eyes. My previous doctors had me try different contacts but when I couldnt tolerate them, they didnt offer a solution. Dr. Mobley recommended new eye drops for the allergies & a heated eye mask for the dry eyes. After a few months, I am now wearing contacts.The ladies in the office are also amazing. They are all so sweet. Ashley was very patient while teaching me how to put in my contacts. Kacey & Jennifer are very helpful too.

They were awesome. They carried the brand I wear when nobody else does. The staff was awesome and able to answer all my questions.

I’m still in shock at how well I can see with my new contacts!!! I’ve been wearing only one contact for over 6 months to spare myself the hassle of using reading glasses to read my phone and watch...with the contacts I was prescribed here today, I have crystal clear vision both up close and far away. They are not bifocal contact lenses. I cannot believe it! I am so happy and grateful! I’ve even been through a lasik consultation; I opted out due to needing reading glasses despite the procedure. The doctor here is a miracle worker! And the supporting staff are the most genuinely nice girls you will ever meet. So grateful-thank you so much!!

I finally left, after years. High priced, which is fine if it’s worth it.In the 7 yrs I went here, they had contacts in my Rx maybe twice. They would order me samples, have me try them on myself, then call or come in to see if they worked. If they didn’t, the process repeated.Never in my life have I been charged a contact fitting fee, but no contacts are actually available to try—ever. I struggled so much with my vision, but got the same lack of attention to detail every time I went in—with a hefty price tag.I dumped this high-priced mail-order nonsense for a practice that actually stocks contacts you can try on in the office.I gave them way too many chances and they just choose to have a fancy lobby instead of cabinets of lenses for their patients.

Great service from both Jennifer and Kacie! They were very pleasant and helpful. Dr. Mobley was very thorough and was able to answer my questions without making me feel rushed. Though I didn’t need visual correction, Kacie helped me with the best sunglasses that I’ve ever owned! Thank you Eye Contact Team!

Very pleasant experience getting my eye exam. Lovely office decor and state of the art technology made me believe I had made the right choice of optometrist. Dr. Mobley did a thorough examination and explained what it revealed about my eye health. The staff was pleasant and efficient. Looking forward to seeing them next year.

I was nervous about going here due to having Medicaid. I had seen the reviews from people who also had Medicaid. I had a very pleasant experience, everybody was very nice and accommodating. Office was nice. What I could get through Medicaid was clearly defined and there was no confusion. It was not a huge selection, but having contacted Medicaid office prior, I was aware that if I wanted to I could always get other glasses not covered and get a credit towards it. Not sure if this is the case for everybody. Overall great experience.

In 2017 I found out I had Glaucoma and Ive been with the same doc since the discovery; but, I felt it was time to find a new Optometrist and get a second opinion. After reading a majority of the reviews (for good reasons) from Eye Contact and seeing that everyone finds them to be a reputable establishment, I thought I would give them a try; I mean, it cant be any worse than what Ive already heard, right?Well, let me tell you, Dr. Mobley made me cry when he said to me, I can tell you with 100% certainty that you do not have nor have you ever had Glaucoma. Needless to say, when I left that office that day, I knew that I had found my new Optometrist. And, I must say Jennifer and Kacie arent too bad themselves, ;D lolol. I would recommend, and have recommended, Dr. Mobley and his staff @ Eye Contact to my family and friends.

Today was my first time at Eye Contact. My daughter failed the vision screening at school so I needed to bring her in for a full exam. Dr. Mobley was very thorough in explaining his exam and gave great instructions on how to help my daughter at home. Office was clean. The doctor was great with my 8 year old daughter and actually got her to participate in what was needed to be done. The office staff was just as great. The only thing they could do differently is put the glasses for Medicaid away from the childrens glasses so children who are on Medicaid dont get a chance to look at all the cool expansive glasses but can only choose from one or two of the not so cool ones.

Absolutely worst place to go! They are so rude. They do not answer any of your questions and then if something happens to your glasses they say oh well you have to buy new ones. I have gotten glasses at 2 other places and they were absolutely amazing. These people are horrible. Also, the ladies at the front are very snooty. They don’t ask how you are or how your glasses are fitting they just sit at their desk and act as if you’re invisible. Do not go to these people. There are plenty of other places that will treat you awesome!

I showed up early and they were very accommodating to take me early. Very friendly and great sense of humor as well.

Miserable experience.Exam and fitted for contacts. Evidently my appointment was the last appointment before lunch break. There is a separate charge for getting fitted for contacts which I was aware of. However the The doctor he was supposed to be fitting me for these contacts offered no assistance. Handed me the contacts and asked me to put them in. The room was damn and difficult to see. There was only one other person in the entire office. She offered no assistance and sat at the desk. The doctor was borderline just making fun of me. I ordered the contacts and was told that they would call me when they were in. However, I never got that phone call . I finally called to ask if they were in and she said yes I need to schedule another appointment to come back fitting for the contact. I said no way. I am not going through that again . Choose somebody else just saying

They have a great staff with very little turn over. Every one is always helpful, friendly and glad to help. I had been going to one of the chain stores until I saw Eye Contact open up and I have been with them ever since. You may be able to find better prices but you wont find a better value.

If you choose to go to Eye Contact be prepared to be disappointed. The eye doctor was personable and gave me a spot on prescription. However, the ladies in the front were far from professional. I was told that with Avesis insurance my glasses would be $822. Yes, you read that right...with Avesis insurance $822. When I asked for frames less expensive, I was treated as if I was a bother to them and eventually just told in a rude tone to look in the well care area. I didnt need well care, I have insurance. Long story short, I took my prescription elsewhere and got a great pair for $149. I love them and have had many compliments.

Really a No Star. Dont go there if you have Medicaid. They are not helpful. They make a big mistake but its not their fault and they cant do nothing about it. Wrong they can do something but are not willing all you get is we cant do that no we cant do that. They need to close. Had to redo my childs glasses. They had to send them off to have lenses put in them. We were told that it would betake two weeks at the most but we are still waiting. During all this waiting my child has on eyeglasses with wrong presription giving him migraines almost daily.

My husband went here and we both agree they overcharge extremely way too much! It is such a shame how they are only concerned about making the largest sale possible instead of just helping us get what we asked for. We ended up ordering glasses and contacts elsewhere because the sales were too pushy and trying to charge an ungodly amount. We will definitely not be going back there ever again!!!

I have NEVER been to a more caring eye doctor and staff! They went over and beyond to help me. Dry eyes caused me to tear my cornea. I will never go to another eye doctor and will most definitely recommend him to everyone I know!!

I take all 3 children there. The staff is great with children and adults. I love that they dont over book appointments and have you sitting there all day.!

Staff is rude and they are expensive... I went there for an exam and was given two prescriptions for minor corrections by the Doctor.... The woman in the showroom sold me on the idea of Progressive lenses (distance and near vision correction on one lens).... I had VSP insurance and still had to come out of pocket over $400.... When I received the glasses, I literally could not see without tilting my head down and assuming the posture of a jumbo shrimp.... I went in to ask about a correction and the lady just freehand bent my frames and said That should fix it.... One more week trying to make them work and brought them back and pleaded for some help.... The woman was rude and said You will just have to get used to them.... I asked her if it was possible to move the sight line down so I wouldnt have to tilt my head.... She offered to redo them ONCE, but if it didnt solve the problem, I would be offered no further help.... I switched to a single distance vision lens because I did not have confidence that she would get the sight line correct.... BTW, I wasnt refunded any of the money for the much more expensive Progressive Lens.... The Optometrist was decent (didnt really say much), but you will spend more time (and hassles) with the showroom staff, who are rude and defensive... Avoid at all costs or take your prescription elsewhere (You have to ask for it - they try to keep it from you).... This year, I purchased similar designer brand from an optical (across the street) and came out of pocket $108... And that staff couldnt have been nicer....

He gives a thorough exam and shows you on a screen what the results are so you can see your actuasl eye and that makes it easier to understand how your eyes are doing. The exam went quick and Dr. Mobley even recommended a new type of contact that completely changed my day to day. By nature I am a very indecisive person and all of the staff pitched in to help me decide on my new glasses. Even though it took me over an hour to decide, the staff remained so helpful with my decision making process! The glasses selection is GREAT. I ended up with a great pair of Gucci, but they still offer a selection of affordable stylish glasses. My glasses came in sooner than expected and my years’ worth of contacts was shipped extremely fast. I would definitely recommend Dr. Mobleys office to all of my friends & family.

My children have seen Dr. Mobley for many years. He has given then excellent care. Once, my son needed care to have a foreign object washed out. Dr. Mobley treated him as soon as we got there, thus eliminating a trip to the ER. My kids are comfortable because of his gentle tone and calm demeanor.
