Due to Covid they do not open till 11:00am despite Google saying 9am and Comcast corporate saying 9am. This is easy to remedy yet they do not care enough about their customers to do so. Made a special trip here just to find out they wont be here for another 2 hours. Im perfectly fine adjust hours for whatever reason but its easy to update these things where you need to.Edit: They have recently taken down the sign and when asked about it just said “oh yeah we had some temporary changes”

Ive had Comcast for many years without issues. We recently moved to a new area where Comcast wasnt available so I went to cancel the account. They asked if I wanted to transfer service to someone else and the new owner of the house jumped on the opportunity. Suffice it to say that over a month later we are still waiting on the transfer to happen and nobody we talk to has any idea what is going on. Now Im getting billed for services Im not using...
Cable providers are alawys providing less and requesting more money and Comcast is no exception. They might be worse because of their completely unnecessary data caps! I eventually was able to speak with a sales person by the name of Cayla who was reviewing my situation involving broken equipment and inflated billing. Though she was lacking in the polite friendliness that most people look for in customer service agents she was courteous and REALLY KNEW what she was talking about. That is a rarity amongst comcast representatives. I will take knowledge and the ability to convey it over dumb and sticky sweet any day.

This location is clean quick and organized. Most if the staff are friendly. Todays greeter was pretty dry, but that will not reflect my prio interaction with this location. I stepped in to exchange a cable box for for a wiress one since the satellite box did not work. The whole transaction took around 5 minutes from start to finish and I was out the door. I also like that they require all customers to wear a mask before entering and while in the store.1
Mr. Chayne (pronounced Shane), one of XFINITY/Comcast customer services experts at the Acworth store was so thorough, helpful, personable, kind, and professional. He was also incredibly knowledgeable and he listened to all of my questions and needs and addressed them all to my complete satisfaction. I highly recommend asking for him!!
Cable bill goes up every few months with no sensible reason. We canceled cable and only gave internet now. Not real happy with it either!

The store isn’t bad, but the WiFi is, all the 5 start reviews are probably the workers trying to make their numbers go up, don’t get their WiFi, even though AT&T’s customer service is worse, it’s better in the long run, because Xfinity’s WiFi has to be the biggest scam, we’re paying for 600mbs a month, and my PS4 is only getting 5mbs and every device just disconnects from the WiFi randomly because there are constant outages, the WiFi will be working one minute, the next it’s not, then it’ll work again, good enough WiFi to watch Netflix on or something, but if your into games or anything that needs WiFi constistantly, don’t get it. I warned you.
Very helpful staff, they’ve helped me order a few xfinity mobile products and made exchanging my internet equipment easy and quick! Will definitely continue coming to this location for years to come

Xfinity customer service sent us to this very store to pickup wifi extensions and the manager basically sent us away telling us that cooperate send people there all the time and they shouldnt. They looked our account up and right there on the screen is what customer service said to do and the manager said NO. Horrible experience.

Great service, friendly service and answered all questions. In and out within 20 mins, no wait time and no long line. Everyone plus I wore a mask. Each employee was spaced and more than 6 feet apart.

I have found it is much better to go to this store than to call customer service. The customer service line is staffed by noobs who totally screwed my service up each time I called. A trip to the Acworth store and the guy there completely untangled there mess and got me going.As a side note, this store is much better than the store in Kennesaw. This one is an official, not an affiliate. The guys here spend the time to get it right and seem to know who to call to find answers to the difficult questions. You dont get that at the affiliate stores or when you call the 800 number.
Chris helped me with replacing a power supply for my wireless TV box and saved me a ton of time and effort. I really appreciate it and this is the kind of customer service everybody needs to provide!

Update: as of 11/1/21 this store opens at 10:00 am - NOT 9 AMThis is extremely frustrating. Corporate doesnt even know about it, because I was told by customer support that it opens at 9am.Also: Xfinity has no idea what its doing. I upgraded my internet speed requiring a new modem. They shipped it, and the SAME DAY turned on the new plan which is incompatible with my existing modem. Customer support couldnt even revert me to the old plan so modem would work.This review is for the storefront only - I dont want to get into a debate about Xfinitys cable or net service. I needed to swap out my modem. I expected at least a half-hour ordeal. Instead, I was in and out in under 10 minutes. The store was extremely organized in dealing with customers; they knew I wouldnt be long so I was handled quickly and politely.

I purchased a Samsung A70 and it recently began having network issues and dropped calls, missed texts and had spotty data coverage. I took the phone into the store and they were very professional but the only help was to call their xfinity mobile care line. I now have spent over 3 hours on hold and 1 hour on hold using the app. This is not how a premium product with a premium price should work. Very disappointed in their offshore call center level of service. The amount of frustration I have right now is through the roof.
Had them for over 5 years. First year was great. Down hill all the way. Hard to get them on phone (# not even working), long lines/wait times, keep bumping the price up every year and taking more services away. There is no reward for being a long term, on time paying consumer.

This location just needs to be shut down, you can’t ever get a bill paid in it. I have to drive all the way to the next location to even get my bill paid. It’s just ridiculous to even have this location.

Went to the store after a disastrous experience dealing with customer service trying to upgrade our cable boxes. We were greeted by Harry Polanco and boy what a difference! Right away he was smiling, listened to our situation and quickly and efficiently fixed all of our issues. Very pleasant experience! We really wished we had gone to the store first instead of experiencing the nightmare we went through dealing with Xfinity on the phone. Harry was great! If you need assistance, I highly recommend going to the store (especially if you are fortunate enough to work with Harry) instead of calling Xfinity.

I came in to transfer ownership of the account and had a bit of a rough start with this. My service rep was so sweet and went out of her way to get me tissue and then got her manager to help me out. These people were so kind and loving and gentle with me and got me set up with new, more affordable service. Much love and blessings and praise to this team today! Called Comcast to get a new box to be picked up at this store and that went smooth but when I came back the next day to drop off my old equipment she said I had to WAIT 30MINUTES to get a receipt!! All I needed was to drop off the stuff nothing more! Unbelievable. One lady didn’t do anything except check people in to tell them how long they’re going to wait!! How much does that job pay!!??

Great XFinity store. I was shocked at how nice it was when I first went because I was used to the old fashion Comcast stores. Every time I’ve been the staff has been very kind and useful and I’ve never had any issues.
I have just moved fro ATT to Comcast and the service is terrible. My phone hasn’t worked for all the time I switched to Comcast (xfinity). I have wasted a whole day and most of another trying to get someone to correct this problem. I am so MAD and in my lifetime I have never encountered a worse company.

My experience at this particular store was positive. I was greeted when I walked in. My wait time was less than 5 minutes and the lady that helped me was great. Im sorry that I dont remember her name because she deserves recognition for her assistance. She answered my questions and never demonstrated frustration. I will go back to that store if I need to.

I went today to solve a billing issue and it was there fault for not taking out the payment but they blamed it on me and asked for a late fee even though it was an auto payment. They would not admit their fault. The person helping was rude and so was the mangager and highly unprofessional. Very disappointed.
I set up an account over the phone. I requested an install. The lady insisted I drive 30 minutes to pick up the equipment and self install. I get to the store and what do you know? All of Georgia is required for professional installation. So now that I canceled with At&t, I have to wait a week for service. Love when people say and do anything to make a sale.
Today 9/22/2018, I went to exchange my phone, it was an error in the process. Xfinity was patient and I did make me feel like I was being rushed with my decision. I witness patience, understanding and excellent customer service as always. real life customer
Manager Shelley does a bait and switch & lost 20+ year customer. We had a box go out so I took it in to exchange and was helped by Shelley. Said the system wouldnt allow a swap because I had old equipment and was on expired package. We went through my existing services and he wrote down the line item costs for what they would be in my new package. Total was $178. Next day I removed remaining 4 boxes and DVR and brought them in to convert to new package. Shelley tells me the price is actually $228 because the prices he wrote down the day earlier were only available to new customers. He made no effort to live up to what he stated (and put on paper) the previous day. Tried to pretend he didnt know....how does the store manager NOT know he is quoting prices only available to new customers. We have been with Comcast for over 20 years but told him to keep all the equipment as we are tired of being jerked around by this company and so blatantly, this manager. Uverse goes in on Monday.
Id say as long as your a active customer staff is very nice. However if your in there to return and cancel service prepare to be treated like they never knew you.
Horrible in store experience. Unless you’re buying something, they want nothing to do with you. They told me they can’t go over my bill with me, I would have to call retention. They will not take care of you in store. Staff is super rude and even though Xfinity is one, the stores make you feel like you’re shopping somewhere else. Then again, when has Comcast actually provided good customer service?
Not sure why this store gets bad reviews. I have always had quick and easy experiences. Today I exchanged a DVR that was dead. Wait was maybe 8-10 mins. Charlotte helped me. She was pleasant and efficient. I have no complaints.

Let me get this right. I go into the store for customer service because I had trouble understanding their service people on the phone to be told told they cant help me. I have to call! Call the same people I could not understand nor did I receive any assistance from. I was trying to see if there was an alternative plan I could sign up for instead of switching services. Like most corporations, the hourly, local employees are bound by rule and regulations. Their hands are tied on how they can provide good customer service ... Unfortunately the local stores cannot help much, except to refer you on to another phone number or dept ... So be prepared to be given the run around!
Nice store but waited for like an hour to be seen. Mostly because appointments kept coming in, and they were put in front of me. When I asked how I get one, the guy just said he didnt know. He said its something with google.

Stopped in to see if i was eligible for an upgrade, the employee who looked like Urkle didnt even bother to check .Kept saying you probably already have one.I guess when you are paid by the hour, why would you care?Went to a different store, they gave me the equipment and asked me to bring my old one in.That s how it should have been handled.Now this store has a bad review because of one lazy, inconsiderate employee.I would fire him and discipline the manger on how to handle customers.Comcast spends a lot of money advertising to bring in more business and when they get to the store, theses are the people they face.
CAYLA wouldnt even try to help us resolve our issue with our bill. Made us come home and call XFINITY. Horrible customer service by CAYLA, but I did call and they actually did help me. Too bad coming in person to a store that is there for convenience, wasnt so convenient.
Why is there a store when they diverted me to call customer service.. the rep AT THIS STORE told me my services would not change if I resigned so I resigned, now all my channels are being pulled and the only correction the customer service rep on the phone could offer was to pay $30 more a month. Seems like was scammed with no way to get out except further more pay the scammers to get out of the contract. This is the typical dirty tricks Comcast con millions into every day and makes millions on it. Looked up phone # for xfinity in Acworh, Ga. No longer in service. Called there 1-800 and was told that store does not have a # at this time. I was told that it is only 2.5 miles from my home.Was told that they are open today.... but they don’t have a phone #!3410 Cobb Parkway Acworth, Ga
Love the store in Acworth! I didn’t have to wait very long and the employees were very nice! This is the one store that I’ve been to where they actually make you feel like they care about you and your business!

Im really frustrated with Xfinity by Comcast. If you Google their local locations near you three or four different addresses pop up for me. Ive been driving around almost a hundred miles now going from location to location to location with this useless cable box in my trunk trying to find a location of a retail store that is actually open. All of the stores show active addresses according to google but also all of them are closed. According to the sign you have to call a 1-800 number in order to find out how to ship the useless Electronics back. Wouldnt that be helpful to know when youre trying to look up the address???

Phone support said I needed to swap out my modem. Well I could wait a day or too for a tech or I could drive to a support center and swap it now. Since they were only 15 minutes away I said what not fix it myself. This staff was fast, friendly and efficient. It took me 3 minutes total to swap out the modem.Thank you Comcast. Now I wont have a cold dinner.
Ok i really dont get the whole log in part when theres just 1 person there. Its like... Please take a number..great I have number 1.... Now serving number 1...but service was quick just scan this, grab a new one, scan that and done. Now if I could get my remote to work that fast xfinity would be the next step in cable!!!
This is a review for this specific store, not the services provided by Comcast Xfinity or the company itself.My first experience with Comcast/Xfinity that I did not absolutely dread. Thats saying a lot. I have called out Comcast numerous times for its shady business practices and poor support system. I see it only fair to give credit when it is due. This store is how they all should operate. The staff was nice, friendly, patient, and helpful. I did not feel coerced to buy anything I did not want and we left as happy and satisfied customers. Take note of this store Comcast!
Manager locked the door in my face as I was walking up with defective equipment to swap out.Other visits have had long lines and reps that couldnt answer questions, so its par for the course.You can have good customer service, or you can have great internet and TV...but not both!
Going to this store was great. The two women working were nice and very helpful. No wait. No hassle. I will never call xfinity again. I will always come to this store. This is saying a lot because I have always had the hardest time with xfinity and dread dealing with them. They are horrible on the phone etc.

Simply wanted to return a modem/router, had to wait an eternity behind a bunch of other people shopping for devices. The store should have someone available for returns. Everyone was annoyed in this store, lots of complaints. I had 6 people on front of me, all seemed to last at least 20 minutes per person. 3 people working there. My other experiences with Comcast werent too bad at all, but this is ridiculous.
