Called in on a Friday afternoon as we were trying to get out on the water but couldn’t get the oil filter filter off my MC prostar 205 as the previous owner must have torqued it down. Chastain said bring it on by. Him and his tech got after it and we’re able to get it off after several attempts. These 2 gentleman were very personable and were cracking jokes with us while we waited. Just charged me a little pocket change, pointed out some other items that might need replacing in the future and told me to come back whenever he would take care of me. After it was all said and done despite some oil in the belly and on the carpet I walked over to find the lady who worked there scrubbing the oil out of the carpet and mopping up what was in the belly. Told her she didn’t have to do that and she said it wasn’t like this when u got here let me clean it up. Was very skeptic about a new shop that I had never been to but I was beyond impressed. Thanks for the professionalism and having a good fun attitude through it all!

This place sucks..they told us they could look at our warrenty repairs within a week..3 weeks later still nothing . We were told that they would have the cops waiting on us if we pivked up our boat .We spun a hub on our port motor and we had to buy a set to continue our vacation..we were running 16 x 23s and the biggest we could find was 15x 21s.. After explaing the reason for the lowe pitch props and bringing them the original props after being rehubbed..they replaced them with the second set we bought.

Terrible customer service. Asked for a estimate couldnt give me one and said they would call when they knew more. Never called. I called them to check on my boat and said they couldnt tell me and didnt know when it would be done and told me to stop calling
