Steve and Mike took awesome care of us and my car after it was damaged under Robert Loehrs service department. They saw how much this car meant to me and kept me informed every step of the way. The body shop did a fantastic job I cant even see where it was repaired. They went the extra mile to make sure it was done right and complete. She was all clean and shined up when I went to pick up. Extremely happy with it. Would recommend to anyone needing paint or repairs.

Second time Im using this business. Im very picky with my body shops after a series of nightmare experiences and this small scrappy determined shop has completely changed my opinion of body shops in Cobb County. I brought my brand new 2020 Dodge Hellcat Redeye to them when someone drove into my door. I got repeated updates, they treated the car like it was showroom queen, went above and beyond to make sure everything worked properly, blended and painted the car to better condition than when I took deliver of the car with less than 100 miles on it. This business is a gem and Ill be sending a third car to them soon!

Mike and the staff at Acworth Collison are the best. Mike worked with the insurance carrier and rhis suppliers to get OEM parts at aftermarket prices. My HR-V was restored to near showroom state when I picked it up. The couple of minor missed problems were fixed on the spot.I would recommend them for any collison work. Its great having a locally owned business be so good.

Repaired/replaced the rear drivers side rear bumper, fender and wheel on my 2012 Honda Accord Coupe. I had been sideswiped by a car being pursued by Cobb County PD. Picked up my car today, on time and looking like it came from the showroom inside and out. Great job by Steve and the rest of the crew.

Great experience with Acworth Collision Center! Needed an interior panel swapped out in my vehicle and called them up for a quote. Didnt have the part yet but planned on ordering from a Honda dealership in McDonough b/c they had it on sale. Steve, whom I talked to, recommended that I call Shottenkirk Honda and they might price match. On his advice, I did and they did match and since Cartersville is so much closer to me, I was able to pick it up. I took the part and the car to ACC and they swapped it out for a reasonable price. The battery in that car had a low charge from not having been driven much and Michael took it upon himself to call Advanced Auto and get a new battery delivered to the shop and swapped out while they were replacing the panel. I had purchased the battery only last year and it had a 3 year warranty and I had the receipt so they were able to call up AA and get it done. They didnt have to do this but went above and beyond! Would definitely recommend to anyone.

Best experience I’ve ever had with an auto shop! I did some bad damage to my new car and unfortunately had to pay out of pocket for the repairs, and Acworth Collision Center did everything they could to make it the best experience possible! They found used parts for the repair to keep the cost down, did the work they could without my car being in the shop, completed the repair quickly, and even completely cleaned my car before it’s return. Would recommend this shop to anyone looking for body repair!!

My car was hit pretty badly and I wasnt sure where I could go that was trustworthy. After researching a few places, I chose Acworth Collision since they had really good reviews and they did not disappoint.Steve and Mike were super helpful and knowledgeable. Acworth Collision received my top choice for car repair after I checked five places in the area because they took the time to explain everything I needed to do with the insurance company and rental car agency and they offered me the best deal. Steve and Mike both handled my many phone calls with patience and accurate recommendations on how to handle problems I had with my insurance. They sent me email messages to update me on service. Their advice helped me to pursue a better deal with my insurance company which didnt even benefit them. They took excellent photos and touched up additional spots on the car as well as doing a very thorough job on the repairs needed. After all that they also completely cleaned up the car so it looked new again. I hope I dont have to go back but if anything happened I would definitely go back to Acworth Collision.

ACC is a great body shop- they are friendly, professional, & do fantastic work! I never thought I would end up getting as much body work as I have in the last few months (most not my fault), but Im glad I took my car here first. Chara, especially, is extremely knowledgeable & quotes accurate time frames (& sometimes has it ready early). She will also hunt around for new parts to get the best deal & evidently has a rapport with many part dealers in the area. If you need something smoothed out, straightened out, replaced, or painted, this is the place to go!

Can all Google Local Guides be helpful?A one star review was given about Acworth Collision Center by a Local Guide who had a problem with his car not related to the repairs that he approved the shop to do. Look at all the 4 and 5 star reviews they have. One can only say good things about Acworth Collision Center. They care about their customers and the quality of the repair. Use them.

Excellent customer service. They were honest and kept me in the loop every step of the process. I brought my 2006 Jeep Grand Cherokee to them for an insurance estimate after being rear-ended. They were more responsive and helpful than the insurance companies I was dealing with. After almost 4 weeks of back and forth with insurance, my Jeep ended up being totaled. While its unfortunate they werent able to get any work from the vehicle (and subsequently the payout), based on this first experience, I will definitely use them in the future. Thank you!

When the tailgate of our Mazda SUV was damaged, I got several quotes that were a bit more than I wanted to spend to fix it. It was only through a chance meeting with Steve from Acworth Collison Center who was kind enough to take a moment of his personal time to look at it and give me an estimate on the spot. The price was significantly better than the others I had received. The SUV as finished when promised and looks brand new. I actually feel guilty because it appears they even detailed the inside of my vehicle which was never even discussed! Got my car repaired recently there, they did a fantastic jon. It took longer thay estimates, but they were making sure the paint matched perfectly smd theu even detailed the interior!

It was Great the guys are the best

I was one of the few thousand who wrecked my car during the crazy snow storm, so naturally I was not expecting my car to be ready in 2 weeks. I also had a feeling the damage was worse than the impact (20 mph into a tree on ice).. basically small accident and big damage. The 2nd ice storm also delayed the ready date. As other reviewers state there are delays in general but at the end of the day my repair job seems legit, I even had a Toyota service guy review it when I went in for an oil change 2 weeks later. They said they couldnt tell the car was even in a wreck at all, so.. needless to say I love to hear those words. Only issue is the delay (reason for the 4 stars) but given the circumstances I am understanding of it, and the Manager Steve is a nice guy too. He had to keep dealing with me calling every few days and was very patient!
