On September 27th, I went to Havoline Lube Express in Acworth, GA. I have been using them for years between my old Honda Civic and my wifes Honda Accord. Usually no issues. Today, I came with my new Honda Pilot. I was told that a synthetic premium oil change would run about $90 to $100. Now mind you, the last time I came to this location for a synthetic premium oil change, the price ranged from $50 to $70. I took my business elsewhere. I took my business to CAPTAIN KLEEN SPEED LUBE. For $65, I got the same synthetic premium oil change, tire rotation, inspection report, and a free car wash. I think this review speaks for itself.

I have been here on two occasions. Both for emissions. Havent gotten an oil change here just yet. The price of an emission is 10 bucks. Cant beat that price anywhere. The wait was minimal. Has a decent waiting area with restroom and water. They have magazines and t.v. if you dont have your phone to keep you occupied. Employees were nice and helpful. Greeted me immediately upon arrival. I would definitely come here again and try the oil change.

The staff there was very friendly! They completed my oil change in under 40 mins. It wasnt expensive like some other places. The guy who did my oil change was upbeat and seemed like he wanted to be there! He gave me some good advice about my car. He didnt try to get me to spend more money. Overall, it was a great experience! Ill definitely be back!

I brought both my wifes car and then my own car and was in and out with both within 30 minutes (I live about 5 minutes away). The new manager, William, is both nice and professional and gave me a discount for bringing in both cars. Ive been going here for years and will continue doing so.

This is by far the best place to take your car. I went in for an oil change, ended up getting my heat repaired on my car. My car heat went out two years ago and I been to two different mechanics and spent over $400 dollars trying to repair the heat. A switch that flicks back and forth when going from heat to air was stuck and the mechanic just flipped it and instant heat. I started crying, I could believe these men had fixed my car only about 20 minutes after Ive already seen two people. I told them, they have a customer for life. They are professional and know what they are doing. Im not going anywhere else.

Best service in Woodstock by far yesterday I spent all day trying to get this bolt out and this guy got it out in less then five minutes and put a new one in FREE of charge. I also had to get a new air filter which they checked and went out of there way to go get it from a parts shop to replace it

I have never felt so comfortable and welcome in a mechanic shop in my life. These employees were so sweet and understanding. They answered any questions I asked and even were so kind as to share their food with me. I will only be going here from now for any issues I have with my car. It was an honor to have my car worked on by them.

Oil was very good quality and suggested certain type of better performance filter, I’m very happy with the experience every time I come here.

Guys are quick but do it right. Also put in a part I purchased. Other shops like firestone wont do it because of the warranty they say but its so they can charge you twice for the part besides the labor. They have changed my oil, transmission fuild, tail light bulb, fulsh the coolant system and put in a thermostat for me. Great service and quality work. Definitely my new shop for maintenance. Awesome crew!!!! Professional and courteous.

Came in for a quick oil change today. They got my vehicle in as quickly as possible, changed my oil, then called me with a few things they had noticed and informed me of the specials. When I declined the extra things, they did not push. One of the techs opened the door for me so I could get my kid in the car. It was fast, easy, and everyone was super nice. Totally would recommend this place

Super slow. Untrained. Uncommunicative. Over an hour on an oil change. Didn’t have proper tools or equipment to do such a simple task.

Great service and very helpful employees, especially Justin. He was very informative and concerned with problems on the car, he carefully went over everything that was wrong and gave me a breakdown of cost and time to fix as he explained it to me. Would highly recommend him and this location to people I know.

The servicemen were very helpful. They explained what oil I needed and why. They were very helpful and gave me a discount because I was unaware of the type of oil that was needed for my car which would have been more than I could afford. But I know what to expect next time I go for my car to run at its best!

The lady, who runs this location (Jenn Lamb) is currently on her back under my SUV checking the pressure on the spare and making sure its good. She doesnt play around about customer service. Hands down this is my go to location. I trust having my wife or daughter come here because theyre very honest.

Im a former employee. Ive watched a lot of corners get cut. Ive watched skid plates not be reinstalled, parts broken by employees and customers get told it was already broken and the shop charge them to fix the employees mistake. Ive seen customers lied to about what services do. Ive seen customers charged for services that didnt take place. Ive even witnessed improper fluids put into a car on purpose at the request of the manager with no regard on how it would effect the vehicles performanc. Ive witnessed price gouging. Ive seen rudeness and informality toward customers and Ive seen blatant disrespect and disregard for employees. Unsafe conditions as well. Pit with oil standing in it. Filters strode about. Tools laying all over the floor. I didnt even get what I was promised an hour to be paid. I also didnt get promised raises. The two managers robbie and justin clash when not on shift and try to one up each other. Justin was continously late and wrote people up for the same actions he himself took. I would not reccomend this store for employment or to take your vehicle to.

Taken my cars there three or four times. In and out quick. They were able to get off a stripped drain plug that couldnt. Clean waiting room, fast service, cameras and monitors to watch your car above and below, polite staff. Recommended.

Fast and thorough Oil Change! I get oil changes every 3 weeks as I drive about 4000 miles per month! I was shocked when my last one was done by 3 people in less than 10 minutes, at the Jiles location. I always recommend them. Great magazines but dusty waiting areas. Luckily youre not usually waiting that long during your service.
