I’ve enjoyed plant shopping at this store to find new additions for my butterfly garden. The cashiers are always friendly. I haven’t done much shopping inside the store, so I can’t speak much to that area, but I think they have a decent selection of outdoor plants, pots, gardening supplies, and houseplants.
Went here looking for an upright freezer, there was a woman there i requested assistance from, she made a call for someone to assist us and disappeared. The help never came and its just another of a long list of terrible home depot experiences. On a positive not a manufacturers rep, a non home depot employee went above and be yond to try and get us help to no avail. Home Depot employees could learn a thing or too from her.

This is the cleanest and most organized Home Depot I have ever been to. The crew takes a lot of pride in the appearance of their store.
I have purchased in store multiple things that had been damaged commercial grade water hoses with leaks, electrical cords with issues and serval other things that were ordered on line that were missing parts or damaged. Customer service has been great with returning items, but it’s a waste of time. There is no quality on products. I stopped using Home Depot. Lowes has better products.

Ordered an appliance on Aug 30 and it was scheduled for delivery on Sep 4 from 5 pm to 9 pm. Called on Friday 3rd to confirm the delivery. No call or notification on Saturday that they would not be arriving so I wasted a Saturday evening waiting. Called store on Sunday was told not our fault and I must work it out with the delivery company because we are just a showroom. So basically Home Depot does not care about how someone is treated by their contract delivery company. Sorry Home Depot your poor choice in delivery companies is not my fault. Was told it would take two to three weeks to get a refund if I canceled. Will be canceling any future visit to your stores if you truly think this is customer service. I was fine with being notified it would be delayed and I was notified. But to wait from 5 pm to 9 pm on a Saturday and never called. Unacceptable !!
I made a 600$ purchase of a pressure washer that they said they had 5 of in stock and literally every store around had it in stock as well. I place the order AFTER THE CLOSE OF BUSINESS. I wake up to the order cancelled and told that there is limited availability while the website still shows plenty of them available all around including the same store. I am now out the money, no pressure washer, and cannot complete the job this was purchased for since I have to wait for it to process. TRASH CUSTOMER SERVICE they said we can give you 5% off if you want to purchase it again now so you can have it. Then they just keep telling me how the store cancelled it. Literally no customer service just placing blame somewhere else. I WISH THERE WAS ANOTHER TOOL STORE NEAR ME. Sadly THE ONLY person who even offered any assistance was the assistant manager from the store I purchased from. STAND UP GUY far more effort into helping me than the customer service line. If I return to home depot it will be because of this guy. His name is George and Home Depot only has my company as I as a customer still because of him. AVOID THE ONLINE EXPERIENCE AT ALL COSTS.
While I can appreciate HD hiring disabled employee to reduce their employee costs & improve their profit margins, customer service couldnt be worse. Autistic clerk unable to communicate with customers, self serve checkout only...dont know why I keep coming here... Think that will be changing
Went to the Acworth Home Depot tonight fully prepared to purchase closet shelving. The area was blocked off by flooring and the sign said to go to carpet for assistance. I went to carpet and no one was there. I went to customer service and Jason said the person was at dinner. He didnt offer to get someone else. I asked if he could get someone else. He said to go back and wait by the shelving. I waited 10 minutes and no one came. I went back to CS specifically to ask Jason about my request. He said I couldnt find anyone. I then sought out a manager, she said, there was a bean issue and thats why the area was blocked off. I left the store, this is the second time within a year, I have gone to a Home Depot store prepared to spend money and have gotten no help. Pitiful!!!!
Had a little issue with a delivery appointment… the staff here went above and beyond to make it right… will definitely being doing a lot more business with them
I did a curbside pickup and it took over 15 minutes. I had to call into the store for them to bring out my order. It was a small order with no large items.

Absolutely horrendous experience... Ordered appliances and its was supposed to take 2 weeks. Well, 4 MONTHS later we got it installed. 3 times they were supposed to show up and never did and without calling mind you. This was an absolute joke and the most unprofessional company ever. Go the Lowes!!!

So this store has taken upon theirselves to no longer do returns without a receipt even though this is NOT a Home depot policy! I am a contractor and spend a quarter million dollars a year at Home depot and they would not do a return for me without a receipt even though every other home depot in this country will. Just fine with me because you just lost my business! I refuse to do business with people that want to inconvenience their customers! Goodbye Home Depot and hello Lowes!!!! If corporate was smart they would get involved with this and this store making up its own policies!

Do not go to this location if you need help. We stood on an aisle waiting for help 23 minutes before we decided to leave. I asked 3 different associates for help and no one could help us. They just kept walking by as we stood there waiting. Nor did the person that, supposedly, worked on that aisle ever show.
Great pro sales reps. They usually have all the materials we need for our construction company.

Good store, all in all. As with any big place, some workers are great, some are grumble. It can be doggone hard to find what you are looking for. Years ago, they had people at the front to help direct you, and occasionay the app will direct you to an aisle and bay if you are lucky. Home Depot corporate is a great company. This store is a good representation, if not their absolute best. Bathrooms are almost always clean, so thats a plus. Good place, all in all.
They are always helpful and wait times are minimal. Theres a particular helpful employee older gentleman who work in garden section. Hes extremely helpful very knowledgeable and goes out of his way to provide exceptional customer service.
This location is the most helpful hardware store I’ve been to recently. It was fully staffed and everyone was eager to offer help.

Just ordered my fridge and washer & dryer with Home Depot. The sales associate was wonderful, he actually wanted to do his job. The previous night we went to lowes and they lost a 3k sale due to the guy not wanting help us and then when we finally got his attention, said they were out and couldnt order anything thing. So we went to Home depot the next day and so glad we did! We got the refrigerator $150 cheaper and saved a little on the washer and dryer. The sales associate was so helpful and made sure I was getting what I wanted and have it delivered and installed in time. I will shop at Home Depot for the rest of my home needs for our new home.

Busy on this mid-April Friday afternoon. But everything flowing smoothly. Young caucasian gentleman at self check-out very professional, courteous, and on point (thin, kind of tall, blond/brownish hair). Seemed like he came from Chic-fil-A. True customer service professional.
Dont like their values. Dont shop there ever! Lowes and Tractor Supply are my go to places for all things construction, yard, etc!

Store is clean and well-organized. Got 3 gallons of paint. Associate was very helpful with my questions and had the paint ready quickly.
Ordered a exterior door with brick molding, paid over $400 and a $89 delivery fee. The molding and door were damaged at the store and delivered anyway. My Ring camera got the entire delivery and cleared the driver of wrongdoing . Called the the store to find out how to get the issue solved and was placed on hold for 23 minutes. After the hold I was told they can come back in 7 days and pick it up, then at a later date deliver a new one .Long story short NEVER purchase a item from this location online and pay extra for a delivery because all it does is create a headache and delay workTERRIBLE experience

I needed a hard hat and safety vest for work and home depot in Acworth had them for the super low! I was in and out with no issues.
I loved Home Depot, especially as a brand new home owner, I was literally finding myself in there 3-4 days/week. I was perpetually shocked and privately irritated by the complete LACK of customer service here. It eventually became obvious that this location likely has a corporate culture issue, meaning the customer NO SERVICE starts with management and the trickle down effect has been disastrous for this location. I was sure management was delivering on the same poor customer service experiences and poor engagement with customers, and of course it was just a matter of time before HD proved me right. Most organizations are only as good as the people that make it go. Best of luck getting an associate to assist you with anything, try and track one down..go ahead, Ill wait....~One evening I was in swapping out the wrong part that an associate sold me the day before, manager walked by me at least 3 times, no eye contact and said nothing. Finally, after looking for the part for about 20 minutes by myself, the manager sent someone over to assist me. (All the while I was standing there looking for my part, I was in the managers line of sight) He only sent someone to help me now because it was 15 minutes past closing and they wanted me out. They didnt WANT to help me, but needed me out so were forced to help me so I would leave. Absolutely, positively the consistently WORST customer service Ive received from a retail location. The ladies at the customer service counters can most certainly be counted on to be incredibly rude when processing your return and will treat you like they wish your kind would just shop elsewhere. My 11 year old daughter commented one day about how rude the lady was at customer service, her very own observation. I would always leave upset and with hurt feelings until I finally decided, no more. I went home and packed up everything I had purchased from Home Depot in the last 6 months and started returning it, hundreds of refund dollars later and multiple trips to complete this daunting task. If it wouldnt have been so labor intensive to pick up the gazillion bags of mulch, pebbles, and tons of plants/flowers/annuals/perennials/ I would have returned all of that too, thats how infuriating being treated this way made me feel. I sold all of my Home Depot stock, no thank you. All 36 employees of mine are not authorized to spend on their company credit cards with Home Depot, not for anything. Not when Lowes is just right down the road. Ive settled on ACE and True Value again, Tractor Supply Company also, where the companies still seemingly have basic social graces like, Hello maam, how are you, anything I can help you find today?

Not a single checkout open. It was all work for home depot and I dont. No assistance on the floor. The ride on carts are very outdated. Unless I really had to i.probably wont go back.
This location has a sign out front Masks Required I guess it might be better to read Properly Worn Masks Required. I even saw the store manager, Matt, not wearing a mask along with several employees wearing theirs under their chins. I will not be buying a thy thing from Home Depot until they correct this situation.

On this particular day everyone was nice. However, I think it was because the big shots were there. However, on any other day you will find either no one wanting to help or young people on their phones and one young lady was extremely rude to me at this location.And if I was a thief it would be extremely easy to steal. Example: I checked out in outside garden and had bags of mulch to get. Not a soul around so I loaded it myself. Ill say Home Depot is nothing like it was when I worked for the company. Gone down hill.
I just purchased a small rock and it was quite many bags so I requested for someone to help but it has been more than 40 minutes and still no one showed up. I called the customer service and were told that someone will show up but no one really did. I think what they do is they want you to wait longer and give up and do it yourself but these are not one or two bags of rock these are more than 15 bags of rock which it really hard for me to load it without someone assistant. Long story short I returned my money back and went to Lows and I got help I need. Please avoid this place.

If I could give them zero stars I would. Once they make the sale they don’t care about actually following through with their product installation. Been waiting on my fridge to be delivered and installed for a month now. It’s still sitting in my garage waiting for spirit logistics to come back out for the third time and install it correctly. This location I bought it from have been useless and my calls are never taken seriously. I’m calling corporate in the morning. Buyer beware when it comes to appliances.
I purchased a refrigerator from the Home Depot in Acworth prior to the holidays. Delivery was scheduled for Saturday the day after Christmas. I received a voice message on Wednesday saying delivery date would be between 5 pm and 9 pm on Saturday. I stayed home all day to insure I didn’t miss the delivery. At about 6 pm I called the delivery company and was told they had come by my house and I wasn’t home. They wanted to reschedule my delivery to Thursday. I explained that I’ve been home all day and no one came to the house. I also didn’t receive the curtesy phone call 30 mins prior to arrival nor did anyone let me know I had missed them. Bottom line, they blatantly lied and said they came to he house and I wasn’t here. When I called Home Depot, they were sympathetic but offered no recourse to compensate me for my time or their delivery services poor customer service. Will not be shopping with them again any time soon. Still awaiting delivery of my refrigerator which was paid in full.

Be careful when shopping at this location if you’re African American. Racial profiling is present. I recently purchased a home in the area and decided that this HD store was going to be my home store for all my projects/purchases. I purchased a few items earlier in this morning with my children, totaling about $270. Four of the items were the same (shovels) and additional items as well using the self checkout. I checked out and was not asked to verify my items by reviewing my receipt. Later this afternoon, my good friend came by to see the house and was so excited for me and my family. We decided to return to the store because there were a few items in the home that needed immediate attention and purchased those items. My friend happened to see there were deep freezers on sale and decided to purchase two of them. One was going to be a gift to me and my family. He paid for the two freezers at self checkout (using separate transactions) with a attendant present. I then used the same register to pay for 2 umbrellas. We exited the store without any questions and waited outside for 10 minutes. Since there was a rain storm, we decided to go back into the store and exit through the entrance door since my truck was closer to that door. We past the Assistant Manager George heading in the opposite direction. We stood outside the door for another 10 minutes waiting for the rain to pass over. So here comes George and approached us in a demeaning manner....”Guys did you pay for the two freezers?” I asked him why he was asking such question and his response was that the cashier only saw one freezer being purchased. I asked him if he wanted to see the receipt and after showing him both receipts, he said he was asking because he can only see the last transaction and not any priors. I also suggested we go ask the cashier and he quickly shut down that idea saying “we don’t need to ask her anything”. If he was only able to see the last transaction, he would have seen the purchase of the umbrellas and not the freezer. He basically contradicted himself and racially profiled us. But, according to him, caucasians are less trusted in the store when I told him how he profiled us. We felt offended and returned all of the items purchased and had our money refunded. Because of racial profiling, they lost $600 and 2 customers.
Typically in anywhere from two to six Home Depots a day in my line of work. As we all know Home Depot has their stuff together for the most part theres only a slight fuse it really need improvement with their staff their restrooms and organization but this Home Depot happens to be a very nice well-stocked friendly help oh yeah and clean restRooms highly recommend this Home Depot
Why do these stores only have self-checkouts open? Why can’t I have an actual cashier cash me out? Why is the customer service so bad?If I hadn’t been given a gift card, I never would have purchased a single item in this store. Absolutely terrible customer service.Not that I needed a reminder of why I will go out of my way to go to Lowe’s, but today’s experience was definitely a reminder of why.

Went to the garden center. They have a large selection of plants and flowers compared to both Walmarts I went to that basically had an empty garden center. Prices were good. They were moderately busy. Will go back when I need fall items.

An employee helped me find the correct size and type nail I needed. I also bought a long 2x8 and asked for help to load it, but after putting it in my cart, that employee walked away. Thankfully, I got it loaded by myself.
