Rather frustrating company to deal with. My husband bought a washer dryer set and within the month the dryer stops working. It took a week with back and forth emails for them to send me YouTube links on how to test which part of my dryer has quit working. Yes they do have good prices but rather aggravating having to deal with this long ordeal while you have a major appliance in your home that no longer works after about a month.

Over all really happy with the value I received. I saw the same washer and dryer set for sale in lowes except a newer model for about double the price. Mario, and I didnt catch the other guys name, but I like to think it was Luigi, were very helpful during the buying process and install. I have done two loads and they work just fine. I think the dryer is a bit slow, but thats what to expect thease days from energy efficient models, I think. My favorite part was not having to move the units anywhere after I moved all of my belongings in just a few days ago. I took one star off because there was lint in the lint trap, and I didnt like touching someone elses lint. However, I probably will upgrade with them when I move and buy a house. I dont think Ill ever buy a brand new washer and dryer if I can avoid the expense so easily. I like that they guarentee the units for a good while. It helps me feel comfortable with my purchase.Ty!

Marlo is very professional and informative. Their appliances, new and used, looked very nice and inexpensive but I really like my dryer so I asked them if they do repairs. They fixed my dryer in 1 day at a very affordable price! I’m impressed with this company and their employees and recommend them.Tammy

We were able to come and and check out what they had right away! We needed to get appliances immediately they were so helpful and I would recommend them for sure. Twice, I have been in an emergency situation and these guys have rescued me. Affordable, next day delivery. They are careful when coming to your home, making sure not to hit walls. Beyond quality appliances! My clothes have never been so clean and my food is ice cold. Thank you again, can’t wait to finish the kitchen now!

Great experience. I was not thinking when I bought a dryer from them. Turns out I needed a gas dryer and I had them bring me a electric one. They let me know and said they can look at my old dryer to see what was wrong with it. They quickly found the problem and fixed it on the spot. They were professional and quick. They did a fantastic job. Would highly recommend them.

During the Fourth of July holiday my fridge went out on me and I contacted the owner and his wife early Monday morning online .. Because I’ve already done business with them in the past brought a washer and dryer back in January same experience...They had me in the store within two hours picked out my refrigerator and had it delivered to my home and install by 3 PM that same day excellent customer service ....Very professional very courteous will definitely do business with them again

Found this place on Facebook Marketplace and I was desperate for a washer and dryer as mine had recently kicked the bucket. The pictures showed sparkly clean, used appliances. Inside and out! This place was 45 minutes away from us but I am so glad I made that trip! Very friendly and answered all my questions. Plus, you cant beat the 6 month warranty! Very pleased with my new washer and dryer set! Highly recommend this place to anyone!

I can not say enough about the service we received from everyone at Appliance Direct. It is so refreshing to experience outstanding customer service. Communication was swift. And most importantly, they stood behind their products.

I purchased a washer/dryer set from Appliance Direct and within 48 hrs it blew a fuse. The owner replaced the set within a week. The new washer had instructions plastered on it that did not belong to its particular brand. The new dryer had blue stains on the inside. (Im guessing blue jean stains)Shortly after using the washer, we noticed clothes coming out with brown stains that they did not have going into the washer. And, the blue stains from the inside of the dryer began bleeding out onto our white clothes and linen. (which have been destroyed)When I called them, their number had changed. I contacted the financing company to get their updated contact. After doing so, I left 3 voicemails and no one returned my call. I contacted the number on my warranty certificate and sent an email. Still no response.(2) Faulty washer/dryer sets, (1) company who does not respond even if you are within your warranty period, stay away. Pay a few extra dollars to get your product brand new. We loss money and are stuck with a product that we can not use.

Good guys even squeezed me in for delivery last minute

Do not buy from this place. My set never worked correctly they took the washer and gave me one dented up that doesnt match the dryer. This washer bangs all over the place as did the first one. The dryer buzzes every 2 mintues, they said they fixed it. Still does it. $400 for a used set is a fair price to pay if it works!!! Here I am having to buy another set 5 maths later. They should NOT be in business
