This store has been around for some time and is larger than most of the best buy stores. Well organized and staff is helpful. They always have good stock and you can usually get it that day.
Terrible, horrible service department. They came to install an oven, didnt bring correct parts. A week later, came back and said it was electrical issue with oven. This was not true, because I hired an electrician. I said take oven back and give me a refund. Still waiting on that... DO NOT BUY APPLIANCES HERS
IPhone repair people were excellent. Thought the phone was toast, but they resurrected it within minutes.
Apparently, Best Buy has reduced their car audio product availability in stores. I visited 3 different locations, 2 of which said they had the item available in store when I looked online, but when I got there, not only did they not have what I was looking for, the staff at every location was absolutely clueless and had no idea what I was even looking for. Best Buy has always been pricey and I rarely shop there, but Ill no longer buy anything from them.
Had an iPhone screen replaced. Very pleased with the staff and process.
My phones OS died this morning and left me scrambling to find a new phone ASAP, I went to AT&T first and after waiting for 2 hours and answering a billion questions and knowing the urgency of my need, they then told me they had absolutely no Iphones or Samsungs in stock. They told me to try Best Buy and I am so happy they did. Not only was the front desk guy (I did not get his name) super sweet and helpful, but Tim in the phone center part of the store was THE BEST. He bounced between me and two other people and none of us felt neglected or forgotten. I was expecting another 2 hours of my life being wasted on this task, but I was out in about 40 minutes. I was so impressed with his work ethic and kindness. I will be doing all my upgrades through here now. Thanks, Tim.
Brad and manager James helped me with a difficult transaction involving a warranty exchange. After some confusion with the Kennesaw store they were still able to help me 10 minutes before closing. I appreciate it when someone puts in the extra effort.

Their exchange policy does not include video games even if you bought it 12 hours earlier. If a game has a misleading title they should take it back. Theyll sell you a refurbished dvd player thats probably been used 50-60 times but wont take a game back because a plastic seal is broken.
Awful and unforgivable experience. They probably should be careful soliciting a review from me when the experience was about as bad as any I have experienced in my lifetime. Never again.
Bought an Open Box-Excellent (Item should be like new and include all accessories) TV online for in store pickup. When I got to the store I was loaded up quickly and professionally. When I arrived home the remote control was missing from the box. I reached out to the store via thelocal management email on bestbuy.com explaining my issue. I was quickly responded to with an apology and a solution that they would have a replacement remote waiting for me or they would mail it. I arrived at the store a few days later (my delay not theirs) and picked up the replacement from another manager who was aware I was coming and why I was there. The issue should not have occurred but things happen and in my opinion it is how you react to that problem that leads to a good or bad review. Thanks for making my problem your problem and resolving it quickly.

Tried to buy a Fitbit at this location….4 “customer service reps” said we are sending someone to help you….as they stood around chatting with each other.. another “customer service rep” says just go up front and tell them what you need and they can get it from there….went to the front and 2 other “customer service reps” say uh we are sending some one to help you….I reply the other “customer service rep said to come up to the front and they can get it from here, he replied “uh someone is going to help you”Tuesday afternoon there are less customers than “customer service reps” on the store….I walked out told the “customer service rep” you all have terrible customer service and she says we are trying a new system….🙄

I’ve had issues with this store and service before, but to walk in and have no assistance standing in one section for 30 minutes is unacceptable. There was no line at the register, no line of people waiting, just me standing next to the MacBooks waiting to spend a few thousand dollars with no help. Left the store and will take business elsewhere.

Easily to deal with for pickup of an order and also exchanging a defective product. The customer service employee who handled the exchange went above and beyond and saved me $200 since there was a sale online.
I have made several curbside pick-ups during this pandemic (ahem) and while the times have been challenging, dealing with the folks at Best Buy Acworth has not. I have had a couple returns / exchanges as well and all has went smoothly. Staff very helpful and knowledgable. Keep it up!

I had an issue with a refund that was not processed correctly at another store. At this store, I was helped by Yaya and James. They were excellent. They were thorough, took the time to understand, did the work. They were nice and a pleasure to interact with. This team is #1 !
How do you give less than one star? I called in to the number and it is a 10 minute long diatribe by a computer on things they do and dont do. After that youre allowed to tell them in the broadest most generic terms which department youre looking for. Then when they figure that out they will transfer you to a hold music that makes you think someone will eventually answer. After 20 minutes driving from my house to the store looking around for a bit, then driving home. I was still on hold with music. No one answered. Inside the store they didnt appear to have what I was looking for. But I really wouldnt know as they didnt have anyone working there who wasnt watching the front door. So maybe there really were employees but I never saw them. I try to never use best buy, but I was desperate. I should have known that even the most pedestrian thing like saying what you are looking for is over there, would be too much for the exceptionally incompetent Best buy company to handle.
Awful. I will never go back to Best Buy again. After waiting in line for 40 minutes to speak to someone, was told that they were seeing customers by appointment only. Clearly Best Buy has become a company that doesn’t want consumer business. And after today I’m happy to oblige them and take my business elsewhere.

Was told that the printer I wanted was out of stock, and discontinued, buy a more expensive one. Went home, online to HP, ordered the printer we asked about, free shipping, and an inexpensive ink program as well...
Customer No Service, Very rude management that told me they didn’t care if I ever shopped there again and I won’t. I also want to point out that some of these great reviews appear to be paid to complete. Look so staged and repetitive. Don’t waste your time shopping there.
Store was very clean, and employees were very helpful. Also home depot was backordered on a fridge, went here and got it a few days later. Dont forget to look here for appliances as well.
Pricing on shelves is different to price of actual product. Some products on not even on the right shelf and attempts to find the products sticker show it is not even displayed. I suggest you download their app and scan each product to make sure it says what it actually is instead of being surprised at the register.
Bought a TV with a friend. Store was clean and the staff wasnt harassing like other locations I have been to in the past.
This is my favorite Best Buy location. They tend to make it to you before you can even pull up the app. At Christmas I went to multiple Best Buy locations and they were always the fastest and the nicest!

Nothing in stock, plus dont forget the 2008 credit card scam they did with customers. I still owe after paying everything off before the end of 2 yr agreement. 11 million Americans effected by this scam and we still have to pay the interest off of our credit. Thumbs down..... Amazon is better anyways

I buy from Best Buy only when I have to. Not a fan of their return policy. And have been treated rudely on two occasions at this particular location. Since they no longer have competition from places like Circuit City, theyre customer service has increasingly gone down hill.
Staff seemed more interested in standing in small huddled groups of 2 or 3 than helping. It is ridiculous that they only carry their brand of display port 1.4 cable and for an outrageous price. There is a reason online ordering is bringing down corporations like Best Buy.

Exceptional customer service from an employee named (sorry brain fart) I believe Antonio. He was extremely helpful & took care of my issue immediately. Honestly every employee I dealt with that day provided great customer service. I would definitely recommend this Best Buy

Been looking at computers for a while. The last time we were there, the one we wanted was not in stock. When they got some more in, we stopped by to pick it up. The store was very busy, but one of the warehouse employees was kind enough to wait on us. Made a big difference in our shopping experience. Very pleased.
I asked an employee for assistance finding a product, and was told Id be helped by another employee shortly. A while later, employee #1 comes back and asks if Ive been helped. At this point, I hadnt, so he refers me to a nearby employee who couldnt because he was assisting someone else. Then and only then was I asked if I wanted to get into the help queue, at which point I waited a while and still hadnt received any assistance. I found what I needed myself after a while, and left nearly half an hour after having come in when the entire exchange couldve taken a third of the time.

I visited 2 years ago and had a bad experience however came back for the geek squad and they are an amazing patient group of people.
Ive came here many times and none of them were unpleasant. The staff are always congenial and highly willing and eager to assist you. The location is cleanly and their website is always kept up-to-date. This is a fantastic Best Buy location.
Nice and clean, limited stock due to Covid but can find most things you are looking for at a good price.

The company as a whole has really taken a noise dive and this store could be leading the way. They have become the most anti-service oriented retail store that I have ever shopped. Lets see if they can stick it out for another year....I doubt it.

Nope. Went there to buy a camera, there was one left on the shelf. The box looked a little rough so I asked the associate if it had been opened. He told me multiple times it had not been opened and I couldn’t open the box to check because that would cause me to incur a restocking fee. So I went against my gut and took it out of the store. Took it out of the box and the stuff was just thrown in there. Everything unraveled. Crumpled up plastic bags for the accessories. Clearly looked like it had been opened. I went to another Best Buy (Kennesaw) and the associate there heard my suspicion and immediately told me that it sounded like the item was used. Took care of me and exchanged the item and waived the restocking fee. THAT is how it should be done! I almost paid full price for an open box used item which is absolutely unfair. I will never go back to this location. Nothing was stocked, stuff laying around a total sh!t hole.

Horrible customer service at this store. Had product delivered damaged. Been 2 weeks and no call from Worst Buy to schedule replacement, but they sure werent late billing to me!! Now I have a bill but no washing machine. On hold with this store for over 40 minutes with Acworth store. Ridiculous!
There were two employees there that were very helpful. The only reason I cant give it a five is because it was hard to find someone to help. The staff was very limited except by the front door.

Wish I could give 0 stars. Came into fix my iphone since apple said best buy was a apple certified repair shop. Found out you need to make an appointment and they proceeded to schedule it a week out. I then came in a week later and was 5-10 minutes late because of traffic and they made me wait 20 minutes just to tell me that they ad already cancelled my appointment. I would not recommend coming here.
I use them in a pinch. Mostly when I feel like getting mugged or because Im too lazy to drive to Microcenter.

I ordered and payed for my TV on the Best Buy website. Drove 3 hours to go pick it up at the Acworth Ga. Best Buy because all stores near me had it sold out. Once I got there I waited about 20 minutes until an employee told me it was no longer in stock. Why? Because they made a mistake on their computers and didn’t notice. I received no email or phone call about the situation until I arrived. No compensation for my time, nothing was offered other than the option to buy another TV. I did not expect this from Best Buy. Very unprofessional.Moral of the story: Don’t expect to receive your TV even though you PAID for it. I’d recommend anyone reading this to be careful when putting your trust in the hands of Best Buy. My advice would be to take your business elsewhere.

Waited for about 30 minutes for service in appliances, paged for help twice. Two other customers also joined me in the wait. I then left without a purchase. Nice building and plenty of stock but????

If I could give the place 0 stars I would. I went in looking for a refrigerator. There was no one working the appliance department. After asking 3 people for help, and 20 minutes later I spoke to two store managers that were standing at the front talking. After informing me that everyone was with a customer and that I would have to wait, I left. You would think that one of the store managers could have actually assisted me.
The selection was lacking. I went in for ram but only one kind was there i thought there should be a variety.
The store is clean and operating under safe standards in order to prevent the spread of it. The queue to wait for assistance was not long at all and Ashleigh was a HUGE help, answering all my questions and explaining everything well! Id definitely recommend this store to a friend! If youre looking to buy a phone, consider Best Buy!
Avoid this place like the plague! We ordered a HD antenna and did curbside pickup. It wasnt until we got home that we realized the antenna had been sold and returned and was then sold to us at retail, as brand new. We tried to call the store twice but were put on hold for 45 minutes only to have the phone line to Customer Service finally connect, and ring **52 times and counting ** before we gave up and hung up.We tried the antenna which of course did not work. We had to return to the store. Absolute worst Best Buy store EVER! They need to go out of business and close. We could not have had a worse experience if Customer Servuce was run by Zombies. At least we would have heard grunting in the background.

Good selection of stuff, stays pretty busy know what you are going for it is pretty hard to get help about items. Staff is helpful but doesnt seem like there is enough staff to help with costumers in all departments.
Arrived at closing to pick up preordered phone. I told manager Best Buy price had dropped $200 for the new phone and he said hed refund me first thing in the morning and that I wouldnt have to drive there again to get refund (quite a distance for me). Manager did not refund me. I gave it another day and then called corporate office to get the refund credited.
Waited 20 minutes for help that never came. Asked one of the four associates standing at the front entrance for help and he said someone will be with you shortly. Never came
Not much of selection on TV surround sound systems and definitely were no employees to be found to even ask for help. Walked the rest of the store and it seemed much of the same. That coupled with a strange roped off entrance that led to a person seeming to interrogate people on why they were trying to come into the store. It was bad from start to finish (finish obviously including leaving empty handed and heading elsewhere to find what we want)
I rushed in at 10 minutes before closing and an employee escorted me and helped me find the exact item I was looking for in 5 minutes!! No wonder yall are called Best Buy and not Ok Buy.
