I think I talked to Brenden when I first called and worked with Rob when we came in. I was very impressed with your dealership. Rob is top-notch as a service advisor. The work was completed in exactly the amount of time he estimated. We needed a new throttle body due to a Reduced Engine Power message in the DIC and a Check Engine light on the IP. He got us the part in one day and had it installed before lunch. We are traveling in a motor home and our Chevy Tahoe is towed behind. Its our only vehicle and we were stranded without it. Super friendly staff; they pay attention to detail. I was there for an oil change, and they noticed my inspection would be due by the end of the month and offered to do it right then. It is nice to be known by name and cared about by all employees I interact with. I never want to go anywhere else.

Made an appointment online to get an oil change. They did an amazing job everything was perfect and they were extremely thorough. They changed the little sticker that goes in the corner of your windshield. They reset my oil life gauge. They rotated my tires and the tire pressure in all four tires was perfect. The cost of the oil change was less than expected. The time it took them to do the oil change was great. I brought my dog with me and they didnt seem to have a problem with it. They didnt overlove my dog which some car places have done and thats just annoying to me. The gentleman who took all my information was very nice. This place definitely made a customer for life and I will bring my car back for the next oil change and the next oil change after that.

I was pleasantly surprised with everything from my car buying experience to my first maintenance visit! Initially, we met with sales associate Luke who is fantastic: Pleasant, knowledgeable, and non-pushy! I was so happy, I recommended him to my Mom and SHE ended up purchasing a new truck as well! The maintenance appointment was great too. The staff were very personable and efficient. I was in and out within an hour and they did a great job!

I wasn’t hassled at all while looking for a new car. When I asked to see a vehicle I was shown the right one. When comparing multiple large SUVs the salesman new all of the answers and was very helpful. When it came time for price every discount/rebate/offer was already incorporated without asking and the offer was a respectable first offer which resulted in very little negotiation. The team at Colonial (Matt Kronk & Vincent Bouchard) were outstanding through the entire experience. They helped locate, came to me for paper signings & had me in and out in minutes for delivery. Any hiccups/challenges were resolved and I am a happy camper racing around town in my new LT1 Camaro. Hopefully they know a few good Lawyers to assist with the speeding tickets I am sure to rack up. I leased my 2018 Silverado from Colonial Chevy and had not been back since. I received a coupon in the mail and after seeing some bad press I made the time to go back and give them business & good reviews. I would go there regularly but I have two other Chevrolet & GMC dealers much closer. I would have liked to have seen Dave Fillmore my salesman but they informed me he has retired due to the Covid virus.

I had to drop in for an oil change without an appointment ~ I was treated very well and the service didnt end up taking that long at all, it was so Convenient & Excellent. I appreciate that!

A van ran into the side of my Suburban in a parking lot. The entire right side from front wheel to rear wheel was damaged. The claim adjusters estimate, it seemed to me, underestimated the amount of damage especially to the front and rear wheel. The adjuster noted, wheel needs cleaning. Both wheels were deeply gouged and cleaning would not restore them. I told the insurance company I wanted to take the truck to Colonial Chevrolet. John Dillion, collision center manger, negotiated with the insurance company to have both front and rear doors replaced and both wheels replaced. The cost was considerably more than the adjusters estimate. John was courteous and professional. Im very pleased with the work. The truck looks as new.

I could go on forever, long story short, John the GM went above and beyond to help my wife and I get our new truck, Adam was completely patient,hard-working, excited for us, made sure we knew how to use all the increddible features Chevrolet has to offer in the Silverado and was also so down to earth, friendly, honest and personable, we couldnt have asked for a better product specialist. Then their was Mike in finance who moved the earth to get our lease approved by GM. I want to thank the whole TEAM @ Colonial Chevy of Acton for their hard work and dedication to us.
