I cannot speak higher of a car dealer! We worked with Kirk to start talking about the options of moving into a brand new car. Of course with the shortage of many new cars, we were not expecting this to be a quick process. When we walked in we were immediately met by Kirk, who despite not having an appointment, seamlessly allowed us to test drive the car in mind. Kirk then worked with his managers and accounting department to get us into a new car within two days. Everyone was so incredibly pleasant, thorough, educational, not pressuring and most importantly genuine. At no point did I feel like I was being sold a car but instead I felt like I had a team of people helping me find my next car. Literally cannot recommend this dealer more!

Updated:We had to go back for a second time in two weeks with nearly the same problem.Acton Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram found the second problem and fixed it. Wed be happier if they found both causes the first time but it is understandable that they would assume theyd solved it since the car worked after the first repair and the error messages cleared up. That only lasted for 22 miles. At least the second time we didnt need a tow truck to get the car to the dealer.Our bigger frustration is with Dodge and the Dodge Dart (2013). Dodge stopped making the Dodge Dart. Based on our experience with this car, that was a good decision but itd be nice if theyd made enough parts to do repairs for 10 years or so. Better yet they shouldve bought the cars they did sell back from the customers. Ours has had a series of issues including needing a transmission replacement with only 50,000 miles or so on it. We still have an unresolved issue with the bluetooth phone connection. Hoping we dont need a new Bluetooth module as it seems those are no longer available.
This place was amazing. Im so glad I found this place. My wife has a 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee diesel model with the Overland trim package. This vehicle was not purchased from Acton Jeep, yet they still treated us as if we were bringing in a 2021 Grand Cherokee Trackhawk that we purchased from them. We were going to Salvador Jeep/Chrysler in Gardner for service until we located Acton Chrysler/Dodge/Jeep while looking for a Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk for myself. Due to Covid, we waited and ultimately purchased my vehicle elsewhere. This was no reflection on Acton Jeep, because their sales staff were fabulous. They were not pushy, very informative and very educated on their product lines. I would purchase my next vehicle from them or suggest them to anyone I know looking for a vehicle or service. While I was going to Salvadors, their service manager (I believe is his title) offered nothing but insults and smoke and mirrors. The deisel model Grand Cherokee had a recall, that needed a computer update to adress an issue with the vehicle emissions. After having this done at their location, our catalytic converter clogged and needed to be replaced. With the recent recall, we were given an additional warranty from Jeep that covered any issues with the emissions. When my wife called to schedule an appointment, she was told by Mark that this was not covered by the warranty, because the catalytic converter had nothing to do with emissions. After I called him and explained that my wife is not a mechanic, but shes also not an idiot and I will address this with an attorney, he tried saying that she must have misheard him. They did the repair, but had our vehicle for 5-6 weeks and told me that they could provide us with a loaner vehicle for a fee. I tried explaining that the warranty from the recall said a loaner vehicle or rental would be covered. Again, I told him I would contact Jeep to address this and he told me he didnt mean it that way, he meant they didnt have one available. This is not what was said initially when I spoke with him. Speaking with him in the past everything that came out of his mouth was, you know how women are, what do you expect, the vehicle has almost 100k miles now. etc. Comments like these almost made me not buy my Jeep Cherokee. If a well maintained vehicle (especially a deisel) cant get 100k miles on it in this day in age, it shouldnt be on the market. That being said, I went to Salvadors for a deisel mechanic, not a chauvinistic con artist. I truly thank Acton Jeep for their courtesy, professional service and attention to detail. I will definitely do business with them for our next vehicle purchase.
Update to earlier review: After further discussion I was informed that I purchased a product from a third-party, rather than prepaying for oil changes from Acton Dodge. They did go above and beyond in offering to help in trying to work with Mopar to recover some value (which I declined).They were nice enough, but still only 3 stars. Prepaid service plans are a rip off and shouldnt be sold.Earlier review: I was talked into prepaying for oil changes, and later found out that they are not transferrable to a new car. They would neither refund my money or honor the oil changes. So lame.
Updated Review: Hit a few bumpy roads at this dealership but luckily I got a jeep so we managed to drive over them hahaha The General Manager of Acton Jeep personally Reached out to me as soon as he heard of the issues at hand, didnt try to make excuses or anything like that, Instead he immediately took responsibility for his staff and resolved it immediately for me. This was a quick and respectful resolution to the issues I had run into which really showed me that these guys do in fact care about their customers. Happy to see upper management and the owners of this business are like this and will reach out to you personally if something less then satisfactory occurs : )
Had a great experience with Acton Jeep and Wade, our salesperson. They are extra careful with their COVID protocols. Entire process was very smooth, no haggling, no I need to check with my manager garbage. The price is the price. They took care of all the paperwork and financing. Test drove on Thursday, picked up the car Monday afternoon. Highly recommend.

Acton RAM handled a very complex and delicate repair issue with impressive speed, understanding, and competency. Truly, I was blown away by how quickly my repair was completed and for the affordable cost. I feared far worse in both respects, and was wonderfully surprised. Throughout the repair process, scheduling, pickup, and parts ordering I dealt with four different folks, all of whom were knowledgable (or quick to acquire it regarding my somewhat rare situation) friendly, and eager-to-please. Bart has taken care of honestly everytime Ive worked with him. I appreciate how he calls me with estimates, both time and money. He also understands I may not be able to walk home.(less than 1/4 mile), without me explaining.

Pretty good buying experience from start to finish, they price matched another dealership that didnt have exactly what I wanted. Love my new Jeep Grand Cherokee and the great customer service has elevated it all even more. They got me into the model I wanted with all the options I wanted and at the price I needed to be at. They truly did make me feel like I got the best deal ever on a Jeep I already was in love with. I did have a couple of issues with the financing department but they corrected it fairly fast, although I wasnt a huge fan of the person I had to deal with but from a fall up call I believe she isnt there any more which would make sense on why she seemed so miserable.

I had a 2pm appointment for the oil change and found out once I handed my keys over that the waiting area was closed. So you either wait outside or walk down the street to Dunkin’. After 30 minutes of waiting outside, my vehicle still had not moved from the spot I parked it in.If you make an appointment for an oil change, be prepared to wait a while for them to take your car in. ALSO their waiting room is closed due to COVID-19 which no one informs you of via the phone.

Overall we had a pretty good experience. Wade was professional and very low pressure. He was also super understanding of the fact that we needed to move quickly as we had a young child with us and couldn’t afford to wait in a showroom all day.My only problem with the total deal was how much communication we had to initiate on our own post sale. Once we put a deposit on the vehicle it seemed like we were a less important because we bought a used vehicle. I know we’re not dropping $50k on a new Jeep but we’re still customers spending money. When I went to sign paperwork for the new vehicle I had a 2PM appointment. I showed up ten minutes early and didn’t get to sign paperwork until almost 2:40PM. That’s not the best when your trying to keep a baby entertained. Not a huge issue but I was also a little turned off my the fact that the vehicle didn’t have a full tank of fuel. I understand it’s company policy so it is what it is. I’ve just never experienced that before with the multiple used cars I’ve purchased in the past. Seems like a small expense to make your customers happy.Either way once we brought issues up they were handled timely and professionally by management. The communication did get better once we complained but we still had to pull a little for information. I’m not sure I’d buy a car here again but Id certainly continue to get them serviced here. It’s always been a great experience in the service department. The girl that answers the main line is also very helpful (sorry I don’t know her name).

What can I say??? Nobody would take my custom charger order until I contacted ACDJ and my guy Samson Moses. Without hesitation Samson walked me through the custom order process, and within 2 days had my custom Scatpack submitted and queued for assembly by FCA. Less then 7 weeks later due to his tenacity I drove my car off the lot. I would highly recommend this dealership and if I ever need another Dodge/Jeep/Chrysler, Samson will be my guy!

I went in to ask to test drive a 2014 Dodge Charger, Dimitri said he didnt have any there at the time, but would give me a call soon to let me know if they found any at an auction or a trade in. He said if I didnt hear about it in 7 days then to call him and ask. I didnt hear back from him in 7 days, so I gave him a call. No answer, so I left a message. No returned call for 7 days, so I ring again, no answer, so I leave a message. Its been a month now and no response. They dont care about their customers, only about making a sale.
The initial sale was well. However once I signed for that car they didn’t care anymore. When I went to pick up my Jeep, it was not inspected. I was told that I would get a refund of the inspection sticker when I email them a copy of the invoice. I sent the photo of the invoice 3 different ways with replies of all set I’ll take care of it. With no refund. They won’t even talk to me on the phone. Contacting BBB. What a hassle for 35 dollars. I will NEVER recommend getting a vehicle from this place. Take your money and run. Scammers.
Went in for a complimentary oil change for purchasing the vehicle with them. Only the oil change. Then got charged over $200. Dropped to just below $150 after complaint. Never coming for service again. Good place to buy from though, they will take take of your needs and give you a dealership worth car. Only reason this is not a 1 star review is for the care of the original sale.

So we found the perfect Jeep that had the color and all the options that we wanted in Acton Jeep dealership.... we negotiated the price over the phone and we left a deposit on that vehicle. Our sales person Gus was great, he handled everything professionally and he did everything that he promised he would do. He is the one of the nicest sales people I have ever met and he went out of his way to make sure we were happy. I would highly recommend that dealership and especially Gus and his manager Shawnee. Make sure to ask Shawnee about his back tattoo when you are in the dealership he has an amazing story behind that Tatt.

After a terrible experience at another Jeep dealership (Planet Jeep), it was refreshing to deal with the professionals at Acton Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. They made the experience seamless and maintained good communication throughout the sale process. My salesman Gus was excellent! I was impressed with how much time he spent with me when I picked up my car to carefully explain how everything worked. He ran through everything, including introducing me to the service team and showing me around the area. I truly felt like I was a VIP and appreciate all the extra care that was taken for excellent customer service.

Rate the sales guys a 1 for honesty, 1 for knowledge, 1 only caring about the sale car sale, 5 for warranty service, 5 for taking decent care of my death trap of a arsonist car. Aka car tried to set me on fire. Im still mad at the car. 3 for timely repair. Hire another parts delivery guy for the region. Sales team 3 out of 15 points. 13 out of 15 repair services... Sales team like any dealership I dont trust them. Repair services only one I have been to I somewhat trust. Wbut best experience are dealership repair services.

I recently leased a beautiful 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland. I met salesperson Samson who was a pleasure to work with! I was able to take a few models out for a test drive and fell in love with the Grand Cherokee. Samson gave me a nice tutorial of the options available and explained the leasing options as well. My experience was quick and easy and without pressure. The staff was friendly and exceptionally accommodating! I even received a followup call from Samson asking if I was completely satisfied with my purchase and if I had any questions. We just purchased our very cool new Jeep Renegade. Mike was our sales rep at Acton Jeep. He got us sorted out quickly to take a test drive. When we came back to the dealer to ask questions and get a trade in estimate on our car, he very politely showed us in and offered coffee. He got through our questions and requests in good time but not rushing. His demeanor is pleasant and sincere. We did not feel pushed into a deal but felt he was working with us. He did everything he said he would and that included the finance meeting scheduled for our convenience as well as the pick up time for our schedule. The store has a relaxed vibe with attentive professional service. I look forward to going back when the new Jeep needs its first check up. I would recommend asking for Mike without hesitation. Acton Chrysler has an extraordinary Service Department. I have used them for nearly 20 years and have always had great experiences. They are honest, technically proficient, friendly, efficient, and very fairly priced. AC always make sure our cars are safe and run well without doing anything thats not necessary. The whole team is great --- today, it was Mike Rand who made my visit so easy.And they service any brand vehicle, whether I owned a Ford, Toyota, etc.I will never go elsewhere for service.... No one should ever go anywhere else either.
I was looking for something specific and at a great price. I got connected with Kirk Schroll and he could not have been better. He only showed me things I was looking for, was efficient and honest. I work in financing so I knew how I wanted to evaluate the deal and he didnt try to push any sales tactics or play any games. Their first offer was surprisingly fair and if they had exactly what I was looking for I probably would not have pushed much further but he knew I was compromising on some small personal preferences and they met me more than halfway so I pulled the trigger. I cannot recommend Acton CDJR enough, I literally have no complaints or even constructive criticism. Easiest car transaction I have ever been a part of, A+.

I had a great experience buying a truck from here . Very professional. There was no games no pressure when it came to buying the truck, and they gave me a very fair trade in value on my truck I traded in. The salesman Dimitar I worked with was great and did exactly what he said he was going to do and went through the new truck, had it detailed and it looked brand new when I picked it up. In the past 8 months or so, I’ve had to have my car worked on here at least 3 times. Every time they say they fixed it and then a month or two later the same problem happens again or there’s a new problem. Brought my car in for air bag and engine light issues and I got my car back with a broken radio. Sounds like quite a coincidence that I never had any problems with my radio before and the second I get it back it’s broken. I’m not giving them $500 to fix something that happened to start being a problem when it was in their hands.

Fast and easy. My salesperson Lou was great. He was knowledgeable about the car and the features. He took me through the deal quickly and professionally.Everyone got back to me and did what they said they were going to do.I shop via the internet as most do these days but they had the deal done Sunday afternoon, called me Monday to sign off and take the deposit, delivered the car Tuesday at 1pm. Even the finance person was perfect and I was in and out of her office in 10 minutes.Wow that was great. Local dealer with a great team of professional people. We worked directly with the Salesperson and Manager on what we wanted in a vehicle and came to a great price. The dealership seemed to run like a family business not a big corporation. They will overcharge for service if you dont read your invoice. Complacent service and they never even changed the oil when they said they did. Disputed with cc company. Never coming back and we spend thousands every year on service. Service manager used a racial epithet when he got angry over the phone. Treating your customers right shouldnt be so hard, plenty of other shops in the area do business correctly.

Couldnt be happier! I recently bought a 2016 Chrysler 300C from the Acton dealership and was very pleased with the service. Lou laid out an excellent offer and I accepted. The car is more than I could have hoped for. I find it amazing that Im getting 29 MPG from a car this size.
Car shopping is never a fun experience for me. It was a pleasant surprise to be treated with respect and listened to at Acton Chrysler, and not had a lot of gimmicks or overbearing sales tactics done on us. Gus our salesperson was down-to-earth and not pushy. Joe the sales manager was very accommodating to our needs. We were able to negotiate an excellent deal so both parties win. Within a day we were able to drive away in a beautiful Ram truck.
