All of the people I have dealt with at Swanson have been very professional and treated me right. Its also nice to see experieced mature people with gray hair working on my GMC truck even for an oil change. I have always done my own oil changes in the past because I have seen and heard the horror stories by other shops who hire kids who could care less. They now change my oil for me.

Everyone was helpful and we received multiple phone calls regarding the work that needed to be done on the car. The technician noticed an alignment issue after test driving the car and took the time to call and suggest a fix. We appreciated getting it taken care of!
I recently purchased a 2021 GMC Canyon AT4 from Swanson Buick GMC. I had ordered the truck with specific options. When the truck arrived, I was notified and we arranged a time to pick up and reviewed all the required document needs to move ahead with the purchase. The entire process was smooth and professional. Nothing but good things to say so far. I have only dealt with service as I have 2 older Chevys, but my family has done business with Swanson since the stone age. Great people all around, from the owners to the mechanics to the salesmen who try to sell me a truck even though I am barely 21, in college, and could only dream about owning a brand new GMC Denali. Knock on wood, I shouldnt be back soon.

After making an appointment with my first salesperson, I was contacted and notified that the automobile I was interested in was sold.. I contacted my second salesperson who then sold me an automobile. I would expect that the first salesperson would have contacted me prior to the sale for me to determine if I was still interested.
Would rate this dealership higher if I could! I love my GMC Terrain, Matt did an amazing job walking me through my car buying process, he was so patient and answered every question I had. I just went in for my inspection sticker and they made the process super quick and easy. I brought my 2019 GMC Terrain to Swanson for an inspection sticker. The staff was very nice and they had my car in out and within 20 minutes. Will definitely be going back there for future appointments and maintenance.
This dealership continues to provide great customer service. once we completed the test drive on a couple of different vehicles, the new car buying process was very direct, and completed in 20 minutes. all the GM discount were applied, the trade for my 2017 vehicle was fair, so we closed the deal on the spot. the new car was ready for delivery the next day!
They lent me a car so I didn’t have to wait all day I come from Milton which is about 50 miles away they were courteous and helpful I’ve been buying my cars there for almost 40 years so I know everyone that’s been there. I’d definetly go back

Everyone at Swanson makes things easy. I recently had an emergency check engine light situation. I was able to get an appointment for the next day. Everything was covered under warranty, and they were also able to take care of a couple recall issues and complete a requested oil change. They gave me an estimate of cost and kept me updated throughout the process. Excellent.

Paint correction work now requires correcting due to all the overspray. Door seal was installed incorrectly. After contacting them about this they replied by saying sorry I’m not happy...

I just purchased a 2017 Buick Encore from Swanson. I had a 2009 G3 Pontiac which had 104+ miles. It was time. Andrew was very patient with me. I just didnt want to give up my G3 but knew it was time. I even think my G3 was telling me to let go. After back and forth whether to get a new one or not, I finally told Andrew it was time I did. So, he and Seth found me a 2017 Buick Encore that I love. It is just my size. I have been dealing with Swansons for a number of years and my parents before me. I always get great service from the sales staff and service department. I purchased a slightly used Toyota Sienna from Swanson Buick in July 2019. They were very easy to work with, put the vehicle up on a lift for me to inspect, and offered me an attractive price without much haggling. They even delivered the vehicle to me the next day because time was too short to register it. Id certainly would recommend them to friends.
I recently purchased a 2016 Silverado from Swanson and the sales team cant be beat. The no-pressure environment made this the best car buying experience ever for me! Wouldn’t recommend this dealer ship bought a brand new 2500 truck from Andrew and traded my old one in and was suppose to get X amount of dollars for my trade in and I started looking into incentives and I qualified for one and when I got down to the dealer ship he said with me qualifying for this incentive they had to drop my trade in value so it made up for the incentive. Wouldn’t recommend them at all terrible customer service

I have been going to this dealership for a decade - purchase my second Yukon XL and do all services here. After all these years of gladly paying dealership prices the service manager accused me of breaking my inside door handle and blaming them. I visited their showroom looking for a Yukon. Their showroom was straight out of 1970, the floors were a sticky brown plastic, and ceilings were old stained water logged drop ceilings.I am very glad that I did not purchase as I later found out that I I have a friend that used to work there. He told me that it is my best bet that if I go into this dealership with my own financing, and heres why!John Swanson submits a customers info to a bank for financing. That bank comes bank with a specific interest rate say 3%. The 3% is NOT shared with the customer. Instead John tells the customer that they were approved for 4% and John then pockets the 1% for himself. Once again if you go into the dealership make sure you have a pre-approval from your bank in hand so they can not up charge you! Or pay with cash, but in that case you might as well go to nearby Route 9 where you will get better deals and customer service!

Amazing dealership and amazing customer service! My dealership closed down in Watertown. The next closest one to me was Norwood. I recently got my oil changed there. Now Im having all kinds of problems with my truck. When I called them, they were difficult to work with and told me they only put their customers first. I then reminded him that my dealership close down and this was the next closest dealership to me. I am a GMC customer I bought my car brand new and I do not deserve to be treated like this. So I then went and discovered Swanson Buick GMC and they have been so helpful and so accommodating and they seem to really care about me and helping me fix my car.

Had a terrible experience with the Service department. They over inflate peoples tires during routine service so when you come back they can over charge you for new tires. They also charge a fee if you refuse a service.
