This store is the BEST place in town to get Verizon service. The corporate Verizon store is the worst place to go. After having trouble getting help there, I drove to Go Wireless Verizon and met Zerenna and was given the best service and solutions to my concerns.

Spencer at Verizon was such a great help, very friendly and nice. If you are needing a phone plan I suggest you visit Spencer bc she knows what she is doing, talking about, and was just a great help to get a phone going.

Apparently understaffed. Waited on hold for nearly 30 minutes before giving up. Wanted to check stock before coming in to purchase a new device and sign a 2yr contract. Also tried to message through the website AND request a callback. Both features broken. Why would anyone buy service/devices from a store that refuses to talk to customers?

We needed a phone TODAY. There is a small Verizon store in Sweetwater but everything had to be ordered and it would be two days. Verizon store on Danville is appt only... next appt Oct 15. Best Buy wouldn’t answer the phone. SO I tried the Verizon store on Highway 351 in Abilene. AMAZING, FRIENDLY, QUICK, EFFICIENT AND I COULD GO ON AND ON. The young man that helped us was GREAT. His name was Jaylon (sorry couldn’t understand it). He was so patient and knowledgeable. We were switching a phone number from ATT to Verizon. So glad we went to this store. We were in and out in less than an hour...record time. Thanks again.

One worker in the store at 3:30pm on a weekday. Y’all need at least 3 workers when you have only one location open in a town of 125,000. There were 10 people waiting. That is ridiculous. Was told the only other worker was at lunch. At 3:30pm. You lost a sale of a new iPhone

Worked with Autumn at this store she was amazing. Went to the southwest drive location and paid my prepaid bill, waited 45 minutes before I got helped. My phone service stopped working and this location failed to inform me my phone was not compatible with the network. Came to see autumn and she showed concern and actually cared to get me in a new phone that didnt break my pockets to make sure I left with a working device. RECOMEND THIS LOCATION, they are genuine and truly care about their Verizon customers

A1+++ It doesnt get any better than Nathan at the SW Drive GoWireless store in Abilene. This fellow knows what hes doing. After spending a day online trying and trying, we gave up and went in for help. Nathan listened, understood the problems, made helpful suggestions of things we had not even considered, fixed everything and did so very quickly. He was polite, friendly, resourceful, and highly knowledgeable. This is where to go to find a most excellent person to assist you thru your purchase or problem. Thank you Nathan!

This store is hands down the best Verizon store in Abilene!! The southwest drive location is clueless, RUDE, and only care about getting you out of their store. Needed help processing an insurance claim and upgrading a phone and making sure I got everything backed up. Every answer to my question was “we can’t do it” “sorry”. Awful experience. The best customer service.... and fastest service.! Very knowledgeable employees! On a scale from 1 to 10, I would give 100. The staff did more than any other customer service representatives I know or have dealt with. I will refer this place in a heartbeat to anyone I know.

Just went in to add an extra line and as always staff was friendly and helpful. Nathan helped us find just what we needed, a great phone with a good deal plus the protection and a glass cover.

Stopped through after dropping my wifes phone from the motorcycle going 85mph on the interstate. The customer service was great at this new store. Rodericks sales and customer service skills were on full display. Tims training of the new employees was being done in a way that did not intrude on the customer experience.They made a very stressful time for my wife much easier. Helping set up the new phone and explaining it to her.

Zerena was fantastic. Not only did she help me with my upgrade but she helped other customers in the downtime (back up, software update, etc.) and she made sure that I had no problem before doing so. Couldn’t have wished for better help today.

Gentleman spent like 3 hrs with me to fix an ongoing problem & made sure it was resolved. His personality helped me to feel like I didnt need to feel frustrated over the situation. Especially spending 3 hrs at a store with a 9 yr old & 11 yr old with little patience.

Went in to this store to activate a new phone which I purchased somewhere else. Even though there was no money to be made from helping me, Zerenna expertly activated my phone and transferred contacts, messages, photos, etc. I would recommend doing business at this store on 351 to any of my family or friends.

We purchased 2 new cell phones and Zerenna treated us outstanding, we would recommend this store with no reservations.

Came in to get a phone problem resolved and had the store manager, Zerenna, assist me personally. She spent quality time running through all the reset options to determine that the phone most likely had an internal defect. She then got me in touch with customer service whom also patiently went through all the steps. In the end tech support attempted one final resolve of a factory data reset which unfortunately did not resolve the issue. A new phone will be ordered and shipped out to me in the next couple days.The Verizon team was absolutely great. Keep up the wonderful service.Thank you,Robert Toppi
