Been with Boost for over 7 years...for a reason.👍Boost rewards those who pay on time as much as possible and the rates are very reasonable compared to others.Phone options are plentiful, although it would be cool to have a brick phone option again, but with todays technology.Highly recommend.

I was with boost for several years. Personally speaking I always got good custimer service and never had a problem. I only left and went to another because I have to teenagers and needed a family plan.

As far as the store and the products they sell, its a decent store with fair prices for cell phone covers and accessories. There was only one clerk working and lots of people there needing help which made everyone have to wait too long to receive service. Now, as far as their phone plans, the price is definitely fair but the one thing I have a huge complaint about is that if you buy a phone, and you need insurance on your phone, but are not told about it at the time of purchase by the clerk whos selling you the phone, and you wait longer than a week to add insurance for your phone, they will say NO! If you do not get insurance within 7 Days of purchasing your phone, you will never ever ever be able to purchase insurance for your phone again. Its a ridiculous practice and if I had known this, I would never have agreed to get service through them. The day that I purchased my new phone right after boost purchased ClearTalk, my previous cell phone provider, I asked the clerk about insurance and he told me that insurance could not be purchased that day because my old phone information was already being uploaded to the new phone. This came from the manager himself. The gentleman also said that I had 30 days to add insurance, which was incorrect information. Because when I went to add insurance to my cell phone prior to the 30 days, I was told it could not be done because you only have 7 days to add it. And I was also told that I could never get insurance on my phone. What??!! What company refuses to allow their customers to buy insurance for an expensive phone? Insurance is for protecting the customer asset, and yet they refuse to allow you to add it, even after they originally gave you the wrong information and it was their fault that I didnt add insurance within 7 days. Because, for one, I was told I had 30 days to add it, and number two, they refuse to add it when I asked them the same day I purchased the phone. Its absolutely ridiculous. I called corporate and pretty much got the runaround and still have not received any help to fix this stupid issue. So if you are looking for a new cell phone provider, DO NOT GET BOOST CELL PHONE SERVICE! They are the most unprofessional, unorganized, Clueless to their own policies, and do not care about their customers investment because they will never let you add insurance to your phone plan if you dont add it within the first week of getting a phone and they expect you to know this on your own, because they do not take responsibility when their own Clerks refuse to give you the correct information thus making your new phone to be uninsurable. Needless to say, I am not one bit impressed with Boost Mobile. I promise, you will not be impressed either and you will regret purchasing a plan from them if you do.✨Update: December 5, 2018Today, I went to the same Boost Mobile store to make a payment. While I was there, a young lady named Miranda (?) (or something like that...her name started with an M) took my payment and afterwards answered a handful of questions from me. She was very detailed in her answers and was very professional and kind. When I asked her if they stocked any other colors of the cell phone cases that fit my phone, other than black, blue, and red, she actually took the time to go in the back room and looked through a box full of cases to see if they had some different colors (they didnt even 😕). She was a fantastic employee and Boost Mobile is lucky to have found her to work for them.As far as Boost Mobile themselves, Im still not impressed with the way they handle things and the way they create their ridiculous policies. Other than their decently priced Plan Options, they still kinda suck (as far as corporate & their trainers go).

I wasnt real happy about having to switch providers but i got an upgraded phone [wasnt anything wrong with my old one] and the service area is bigger so its not that bad, could always be worse.
