This is truly a Great Store with Great Prices. Very friendly employees and they have every kind of battery you would need.They installed my truck batteries for free.Interstate is the best brand auto battery in my opinion also.

I have been stopping here for a few years. Everyone is knowledgeable and very professional. I highly recommend this facility.

I went in to get the battery of a rather expensive watch replaced. The employee accidentally damaged a very tiny and fragile internal part. I took the watch to Honey’s watch repair shop to have it fixed. The repair was $70. A lot of places these days would not have done the right thing and paid for the repair. Interstate certainly didn’t have to because I had no “proof” that they broke it. Interstate never questioned or hassled me at all. They took care of me...their customer, their life-long customer from now on. So many businesses loose life long customers over far less all while spending way more on advertising to get customers in the door. Great job Interstate Battery Center! Everyone should be doing business here.

The only reason I gave it four stars is because the batteries are good. The employee was great! The manager acted like I was lying about the battery under warranty was losing a charger way to fast. Just a young kid trying to do a mans job. If you have to go there dont go when Jason is there you wont like it.!

Best battery I have ever bought. My car died today from a tail light left on a all night. I had free roadside service which said first it was the battery since it was purchased in 2015 but it started back up with jumper cables.. guy said thats one hell of a battery to last that long! I highly recommend this place and the battery! 2015 and holding strong!

The young kids adults that work there are awesome. They are very friendly and knowledgeable and work circles around the older staff there. It was strange to see the younger ones working hard and the elder ones standing around on their phones.

I like being able to choose a rebuilt battery or new battery depending on use and not being asked twice or pushed to buy a new one. Customer service is excellent every time I go in. I have been using interstate since they opened the store. Only complaint is rarely they dont have certain rebuilt battery I have needed but rarely. Thanks and keep up the good work.

Bought a very expensive deep cycle battery. Only lasted 4 months. When removing the battery the all thread post was striped.( 18 years buying batteries this has never happened. ) the warranty was voided. I will not shop here ever

Went in with a battery that worked, but needed to be replaced as it wasnt holding a charge very well. The two guys working were nice at first, but after me buying a new battery and them putting it in, my car had no power, no lights, wouldnt start, and they proceeded to tell me that my car was at fault, even though it was working before I brought it in. They brought their manager in, and he said Our batteries are fine. Your car is draining it too fast with something and he proceeded to blame my amp wire, which was disconnected. After they tried a different new battery it started up just fine, and all the manager said was there you go and had me leave. Very rude.
