Came here to get some paint. I’m not all that knowledgeable and they tried to sell me top of the line because of some paint shortage..

Staff was a lot of help and even carried my paint to my truck. I was a little disappointed thats they didnt have eggshell or semi gloss, but that wasnt the staffs fault.

I ordered paint over the phone and was quoted a price but after some research, I found that they had sold me the most expensive paint they had and had not mentioned other options (I don’t know much about paint). I called back and spoke with the manager, he gave me some explanation about contractor discounts etc. and how he couldn’t give me a discount because I’m not a contractor. I explained that it had bothered me that he had not given me all options when I had asked and placed the order. After some discussion, he said he did not “feel comfortable” selling the paint to me and indicated he was “refusing the sale.” He also said I could go to LG paint if I wanted to ( I had mentioned their prices to him). Needless to say, not a good experience. I feel that they tried to take advantage and attempt to sell me the most expensive paint they had hoping I would just buy it Without question. I also feel the manager was rude and lacks customer service skills. My mom had a similar experience here so should have listened to her.

Great paint and products but make sure youre a paint expert if you go here before noon, one employee gets an attitude if he has to explain anything to you, dont know his name, heavy set guy that usually works mornings. All the other employees are awesome, theyll answer all your questions with patience.

I went to Sherwi Williams to get a gallon of paint to paint a garage floor that had been damaged after being professionally painted last winter. The professional left the old can so I could match the paint. Kale waited on me. He was extremely helpful printing off the requirements sheet and the offering to check with experts at SW concerning application over the old paint. He provided guidance on how to apply the paint and checked on best pricing. Some of the best customer service I have experienced in years.
