This is the worse company to deal with. My supplies are sent piecemeal or not at all. When you call they dont even know what they are doing. They never call you back. Im trying to get someone else to get my supplies through.

I was in Yuma on vacation and needed a part for my C-Pap which would have ru and other places would not call me back but Lincare did and they were so gracious and quick to help me. M++

The delivery guy showed up and tried to convince my elderly mother to keep my disabled brothers broken hospital bed. When that didnt work, he tried charging $30 to remove the broken bed, because if he did it free he could hurt himself. He ended up leaving upset because my mom wouldnt sign the forms until he showed her the bed was working. He was very crude and rude. When my mom tried calling the office in Yuma, with Joanna, the woman hung up on her several times. Worst service ever.

Terrible. They never uploaded my documents to my online portal and never submitted that I returned equipment within the 30 day warranty. Now I have to fight to not pay a bill that I should not owe!

Came in from out of town and realized I didnt have the connector between the cannula and the hose. THEY WOULDNT GIVE IT TO ME BECAUSE I DIDNT HAVE A PRESCRIPTION! A little tiny piece of plastic was the difference between me having oxygen through the night!! Never ever use this place. Terrible. Terrible.

Where do I begin? Most recently, my mothers oxygen concentratin began making a strange noise. When she called, the girl told my mother that until it started alarming, she want going to do anything about it.

They were 6 weeks getting my CPAP unit to me...they never return your call...I’ve never received any supplies for my mask...sorry I picked Lincare Yuma for my provider!
