My doctor ordered a CPAP on March 8th, I still do not have my CPAP and have not been contacted by ANY rep! After many attempts to solve this problem I was told I needed to fill out the paperwork and provide a credit card. I am a military dependent with military insurance! I was told I would not be charged by two different people, well I was and STILL do not have my CPAP machine. I am more than dissatisfied with the service of this branch. No one has contacted me at all. I had to reach out the corporations customer service and will be reporting this to the BBB.

I sent my grandaughters to pick up oxygen tanks for me as I was at work and about to run out. When I spoke to an employee at 0830 she said it would be fine and asked how many tanks I needed. I told her 12 and she said OK. When my kids went to pick up the individual they dealt with was rude and only gave them 6 bottles. Thats not even 2 days of oxygen therapy for work. Im new to this oxygen tank thing, but Im learning as I go what my needs are. Its certainly not some stranger giving less than I need without any knowledge of my medical requirements. Now Ill have to call again tomorrow to get this straightened out.

I was just at your store. Have to have appointment. So I called you and ask if I could look at cannulas, I want something different than I have. They said they couldnt help me, I had to order them. So they connected me to order place, which was just for sleep apena supplies. Cannulas have NOTHING to do with sleep apena. So THEY said they would try to get this straightened out and put me on hold. Then my phone started ringing another place, no answer, message box full, cant leave message. I am very disappointed in Apria in Yuma. Your customer service stinks! Wonderful people in Casper, WY.

I am not a big poster on Google. I usually only post when I feel something is just plain wrong(see my last posts). This is one of those times.I have been doing business with Apria for 3 years. At first, the service was decent. I would have rated it about three stars out of five. Now, if I could give no stars I would. Where do I start?1. They delivered my CPAP supplies to to wrong address twice. The neighbor receiving my packages was probably on a CPAP himself/herself because I never received it from them (maybe they sold the items on eBay). I suspect they kept the package, but I regress. I was billed and auto pay paid for Apria’s mistake. No biggie right? By the way, CPAP supplies aren’t cheap. They promptly sent out a new package and billed me once more for the new supplies; hence, I was billed twice.2. I ordered CPAP supplies and waited two weeks before receiving them. This creates a problem for nose pillows. After about two weeks the patient begins to get upper respiratory infections.3. They could not order the right sized headpiece for my nose pillows. They couldnt find it on their computerized inventory. I had gone with this head piece for longer than three months by this point. I was starting to get the aforementioned upper respiratory infections because I needed this headpiece. I received the wrong size and was billed for it.4. They ordered the wrong CPAP supplies and I received ones above. The reason the supplies were wrong was because they couldn’t get the right size headpiece, they gave me a completely new pillow and headpiece to try. It was so good that I asked for my prescription to change. They told me they would call my doctor and get it approved. Two weeks later I had my prescription. BUT (and big BUT here), they had a staff change. The woman that I was now working with ordered the same CPAP supplies that wouldn’t work. I received them and instantly took the package back to Apria to forgo the charges. She told me that she couldnt take them back. I told her that my prescription had changed. She said that the computer didn’t show the change. I responded, “Logically, if I received the supplies, the prescription had to have changed”. She told me that it hadn’t and that she was sorry that I couldn’t use the items that I was charged for. She said there was nothing that I could do about returning the items that I received and that I would have to simply pay the bill. I told here there was indeed something I could do. I changed CPAP supply distributor. There are many other Apria stories I could tell, but for brevity sake, I will limited to just these four things. My advice is to avoid this business at all costs. There is a reason that the rating on this business is so low. There are other places in Yuma, Arizona to have your medical equipment needs met. DO NOT GO HERE!!!
