Have always had great service here and seeing how the two other bad reviews are very old I thought I would leave this good review. I have been in here many times with questions and have always gotten good advice and products. I purchased my Hypertherm plasma cutter here on advice from the counterman thats been working here as long as I can remember and I have not once regreted the purchase. They seem to be knowledgeable about the products they sell and the customer service has always been great even to the point of staying a little after hours so I could get my shielding gas cylinder exchanged to finish my project on time. Thank you for all your guys help.

We have been getting CO2 from Airgas in Yuma for our soda machine for year, today we went to get another tank and were told that we needed a medical license for a tank? Since when is CO2 for soda machines a medical supply???? After a lengthy wait and multiple calls to their corporate office, by their staff as well as myself- no one could tell us why we could not purchase a tank of CO2!! We then went to WestAir and got the tank that we needed without any problems, their staff was helpful and efficient. Thank You WestAir for your GREAT customer service!!!

Stopped to have a few propane tanks filled only to have the employee remark that if wed only had one tank of less than 5 theyd not have helped.A sells a sell right? Youre only out less than 10 minutes and you could provide a wanted service?Heres your earned review.

Horrible customer service. I showed up with a 5lb CO2 tank to get it recharged, which I later found was a service not available in the Yuma area. While at the Westair store front I was asked by customer service representatives if it was my first time at the store, which I was, but seemed irrelevant to me at the time. I asked both of the reps if could exchange or refill my CO2 tank. They both looked and inspected the tank I brought in, which was brand new at the time. The reps acted funny and told me that my canister was odd to them, they asked me where or how I purchased the tank. I responded by saying I purchased it online, they both said most online sellers are shady and said that what I had was an odd or weird size theyve both never seen before. I was confused with this since my tank was clearly marked with the 5lb markings and looked identical to other 5lb tanks I have seen. At that time the reps brought a full 5lb tank from the back of the store. I soon realized why they were so interested in my experience with the store or CO2 for that matter. I was presented with a tiny CO2 container nowhere near as big as the one I had brought in. Both reps told me that this was the proper 5lb tank size and not the one I had. I inspected the container and looked at the markings both the tank markings and their own labels CLEARLY stated the tank was 2.5lbs not 5lb, but both employees/representatives decided to stick to their story and said the only thing they could do is exchange my 5lb tank for their 5lb(2.5lb) and that they would figure out what to do with my weird 5lb tank as a favor to me! really? Do these people think people are that stupid? I decided not to any business with them drove down the street to AirGas and received great service. Immediately when I walked in the employees asked me if I needed to exchange my 5lb tank as they saw the tank on my hands. For clarification purposes I asked the employee at AirGas if the tank I had was and odd/weird size to which she stated not. She said my tank was the regular 5lb tank, I received their full 5lb tank in the exact same size, never felt disrespected and received great customer service. AirGas has a new loyal customer from now on, never again will I visit or recommend to anyone Westair Gases!
