Went above and beyond after my garage door crumpled. Rick’s team came over to at least pull the broken door down to secure my house while the new door was being ordered. As soon as it arrived, they installed it immediately.Very responsive, fairly priced, and truly strive to help each customer no matter how busy they are.

Great service! Ricky came earlier than scheduled, and quickly figured out what the problem was. (We had the door repaired just 2 months earlier by another company, but obviously it didn’t last).The door had come off the tracks, bent the roller brackets, and ended up breaking the single spring. Ricky installed TWO springs and made several adjustments. Much smoother travel now. Very polite and friendly. Thanks 😊

Rick and his son were great! I had an emergency situation come up and was unable to close my garage door. Rick was very quick to respond. His son, Ricky showed up later that afternoon as promised. They were both very professional and did a great job. I will definitely be calling them for any future needs and will also be recommending them to friends.

Rick provides efficient prompt service. He did an excellent garage opener installation two years ago (2016). Today I called with a lost remote issue. Our garage door spring broke on a Sunday morning and took out a roller bracket and cables as well! With our car trapped inside I thought it was going to be a week of carpooling before we could find a time for someone to come out. AZ overhead door came over an hour after I called, fixed the door quickly, and charged us less than and average spring repair, according to my research! We are so grateful to have him come over on a weekend!

The owner and his son are awesome people. They fixed my garage door at a very reasonable price and did an outstanding job. They really went above what I expected. I would recommend them to anyone.

These guys are the best! Spring broke on our garage door on Saturday morning. I called Arizona Overhead Doors and they were at our house and had the spring(s) replaced and everything adjusted in less than an hour! Unlike some other reviewers, when I asked Rick if we should replace the door, he said no way, our door is old but provides great insulation and we should hold on to it as long as we can! How often does THAT happen? Plus, they were personable and funny! It was a great experience all around and would recommend Arizona Overhead Doors to anyone!

Booked this company based on price quote given. When installer showed up, he began to up sell on every thing possible. New rollers, at a ridiculous price, etc. Also, their quote only gives you one remote, even though the box with operator comes with 2 remotes . When questioned they said they keep the second remote. They will however sell it to you for another price. The push button they install is not a standard garage door opener. We had to ask them to leave and promptly had another company come out. No problems with the new installer, no need to up sell.Side note: the installer that showed from this company was very nice. They also showed up when expected.
