Yuma overhead door came and fixed my shop door. The repairmen were very knowledgeable and professional and got my broken door fixed quickly.

I called Monday morning and explained my spring was broken. Was specific that it was the left side facing out. The person I spoke with said she could try to squeeze us in that day . She didnt call back as she said she would but when I called she said yes definitely today. I was relieved and they were there within a few hours, around 11:15.I was not present. I was at work. My elderly parents were home . They did all the work and told my mom it was $181. They actually changed out both springs even though one wasnt broken.But failed to mention they did both. When I called they said well its just a matter of time on gbe other one. I cant help but feel like they totally took advantage of my elderly folks.

I can’t recommend this company enough. My previous experience was an emergency and they were there in minutes. This time they worked with me to find a panel to replace my bent one and saved me $1000 over a new door. The technicians were polite and so fast. Everyone I dealt with was professional.

If you let them in KEEP AN EYE ON THEM. Technician sabotaged my door before he left. Found pins half out of 3 hinges that were fine before he came. Spring tension was just enough to keep the cables from falling off the spoons. Hook that attaches door to chain track, he reversed it upside down so opener would pull door at more of an angle. he also changed limit switch position. Had to end up doing the door myself. Thanks for taking my money and time away from my family. The only good job he did was making sure he would have future sales from me with the purchase of a new door. AFTER charging me $300 for parts left over from other jobs. I am deeply disappointed and 100% UNSATISFIED.

REPLACED MY OPENERS ON TIME AND WORK WAS GOOD THANK YOU

They replaced a GDO that had broken during a power outage. It went through my insurance which took a while. Not blaming anyone as it was during the holiday season. I had my appt for it to be replaced today before 1200. Received a call around 1240 that their tech had an emergency and theyd have to reschedule. I can understand that but I did tell them that I took the day off work to get this done as my door had been broken for about 3 weeks. Much to my suprise I received another call 20 mins later stating another tech had finished early and they would be headed to install mine. Once here, the tech was fast. New opener is great and I greatly appreciate Yuma Overhead Door getting everything taken care of today.

Called on 12/4/2020 for 2 garage door openers installed in blythe quote was $975.80 i said ok when can we do it was told they would call back before the end of the day with day and time no one called i called again at the end of the day was told the same they would me before they closed i still havent herd a thing 12/8/2020 all they had to say is we dont want the work dont just leave me hanging Dalton Pitts

I have a handyman service and have used Yuma Overhead Door 2 times in the last 3 months. Every time they are punctual on time, Great service, and they are reasonable priced. But the most important thing is they do good work and make the customer happy. I highly recommend this company.

We live in a very small community far from any business...We have needed a new working garage door for years but could not fine anyone who would bother to drive to our home. After getting a recommendation from a Yuma company for structural engineering, David and Megan Kircher, we were contacted by the Yuma Overhead Door co.. The job was an unusual one and the installer worked many hours to make it perfect. This was in January,2019, . Recently we had an issue with our door, and after one call late in the day we were contacted and an appointment was set up the next day! The owner himself came out to correct the issue. This is an amazing company and we recommend them to all!

Ive used Yuma Overhead Door now 2 times in as many months. Both times we made appointments and they were on time. I was impressed with their service and the problems were resolved. Both times when they left, the doors were working in great condition.

Friendly, knowledgeable technicians. The owner is a very smart and honest person, good to see in a small business. Office staff is very helpful and courteous. This is a very reputable establishment, that even has loyal customers as far away as Blyth and Casa Grande. I would recommend anyone looking for a new garage door or work done to their existing door come to this company.

Schedule an appointment with them 4 hours later they decided to show up unfortunately I already called somebody else now they are wanting a service call should have been on time will never use again
