I stopped by to get a quote on a front door, they took all my information down and said they would get back to me the following day with a quote. Never heard back. Called them 2 weeks later, they asked for the info I had previously given them and again told me they would get back to me and again never heard back. Called them again, this time they didnt take my information down so I thought we were making progress, they said the gentlemen with my quote, Luis, was on lunch and would be returning in 10 minutes but they would contact me as soon as he was done. Again never heard back from them. Its very unfortunate, I had originally contacted Simpson Door Company for a quote and they referred me to their local authorized dealer, Desert Door. Its such a shame for Simpson Door Company to be affiliated with a company with poor customer service.
