Ive spoken to Amy several times. Talk about great and friendly customer service. We set an appointment to get a quote on our windows and Zack was on time, friendly, and knowledgeable. Two great employees! Ill update once windows are put in.UPDATE: Three men came out to install the windows, they did a fantastic job. Very polite, organized and friendly. Because of our old windows, they had a couple of challenges that were handled professionally and easily. Before they left, we had a thorough walk through, everything including the new glass slider was perfect. We were hesitant about using this company because some years ago there was a young man that did a terrible job at a couple of places in our park, he is no longer with them. I would not hesitate to use this company again and we will recommend them to others.

LOVE LOVE LOVE my 3000 series windows and 6500 series sliding doors with blinds!!! I’ve now owned them for two years and they are great quality and beautiful to look at. We hear less outside sounds, no heat from the sun penetrating in and easy opening and closing. Installing these window upgrades to our home lowered our power bill by $50 a month.John and his crew did an excellent job installing the windows and doors. We think John is pretty great!

If you’ve ever considered upgrading your windows I’m telling you, you must!At the beginning of this year I got the 4000 series windows & I absolutely love them! They are beautiful & incredibly efficient.My windows were literally falling apart & the energy efficiency of them was a joke. During our sweltering summers heat seeped in like crazy & my AC costs were staggering. My parents upgraded their windows last year & to see all their benefits was unreal. These windows really do live up to all they claim to be. Significant energy improvement (cheaper AC/power bill & heat no longer radiated through the glass!) You could actually touch the window without burning your hand. They are absolutely gorgeous & I’m so thrilled this investment has 100% been worth it.Zac was my sales rep & he was awesome to work with. Professional, prompt, & thorough in answering all of my questions.

I was looking through the Shopper magazine and came across this company because I desperately need new windows. Amy answered the phone right away and scheduled an appointment for me the very next week. Zac came by and was VERY professional and respected that he was going to be in my home during Covid19 and wore a mask the entire time. Thank you Zac 🙂He is a straight shooter about what windows I needed for the intense summer heat that is going to be here soon. I am new to the area and his honesty was a welcome breath of fresh air. I will be getting my new windows soon. This company has great customer service and I feel comfortable moving forward with the purchase and using this company.

Worst COMPANY!!! Window installer came to my residences at 8PM at night to measure my windows. He was loaded on narcotics assuming his behavior and mannerisms. Replaced all the windows in my home even a door that he forgot to add on. Thinking he had everything together once he left. He left his full binder of work and a demo window at my home. Came back to my residence the following day to pick everything up.Took them over 6 months to install my windows. Messed up the walls in my home from the window being put in. Along with the outside stucco being messed up. As well as two windows being measured incorrectly two times. Needless to say when i thought they were going to fix everything as they said they would. They said you signed a contact that states anything that gets messed up we are not liable for. Sent over videos pictures over to Victoria asked to have the owner to contact me and they failed to do so. Victoria was extremely rude and ill mannered laughed at all my concerns and was NOT helpful at all! DO NOT RECOMMEND. Ended up paying more in the end getting all the damages fix

Very happy with service and windows. Staff Easy to work with, nice and responsive to my questions and when I called. Had Series 4000 windows installed a week ago and they are great. 10 windows, 3 installers arrived at 7am and were done by 11:30am. They were efficient, cleaned everything up, reviewed window operation and paperwork. Our home is near the street and the outside noise is reduced dramatically.There is a slight tint that you dont notice looking from inside out. From outside in, it provides a some privacy. The ability of the sliders to open from either side is a plus. Another plus is the screen because that slides too, to the side you want opened or not on second thought. Being able to pass items out the kitchen window when grilling and not have the screen there will be nice too. House is more comfortable temperature and is maintained much better. Would definitely recommend!

Installed all new windows in our house this week. They did amazing work! Very professional! Everyone was polite and courteous through the entire process! Very satisfied. Id definitely recommend them!

Two weeks out they called to schedule the install date and said theyll be here between 6-6:30, in the morning. They were right on time and 6 and a half hours, they were done with 10 windows. Great job!

Sales representative was very nice and accommodating. The installation crew was awesome! Very clean and professional work. Highly recommend them!

John and helpers answered all my questions, if I had any on taking out old, putting in newWhat amazes me was the clean up when they were done. Would recommend to all who need windows.

Their windows and installers are great. They promised a $50 finders fee for new referrals, but to date have NOT honored this. Very disappointed

Window World replaced all of the back windows in my house and I love it! It allows in so much natural light without allowing in the heat! Plus they were efficient, friendly and they left the area clean before leaving!

The owner of this company ( Reni ) is absolutely fantastic & knows her stuff!!! Contrary to what others have said, Reni is straightforward, friendly, personable and communicative. A company is as strong as its owner & this company is in great hands!

Do not buy windows from this company, they are out to sell you windows and that is it! They will tell you whatever it takes to make the sale. When my elderly parents asked how to keep the sun from coming in, they were told it was okay to put a screen up, just dont screw it to the vinal no problem. The screen was loosely hung in front of the bay window, the heat melted their inferior vinal! After months of calls, my parents were informed by the most rude woman, they would not stand behind their product. Buyer Beware!

I have referred this company to 3 clients where I was remodeling. This last time there was a stupid error on the side of Window wirld. They were unwilling, basically refused to address the situation. They installed window over a piece of 40 year old counter laminate, sealing window and trim to it. The owner who appears nice, is, as long as it goes his way, I wouldnt and will not recommend this company to anyone.

I live in bouse arizona in la paz county, which they service. I called to get them to come out and give me an estimate on my windows, and i was told i live to far, but they service a town called quartzsite arizona in la paz county and thats the only town they will service, how misleading is that when they say that they service la paz county but its only one town.

Hands down the worst purchasing experience of my life. Buyer beware.

Terrible customer service after the installation. Got third degree from office staff when we needed some fixes for a poor installation. After the installation we find out that the poor quality screens door is not covered by the warranty.
