We were absolutely distressed before he arrived, from the chaos of needing our vehicle towed, while trying to coordinate the time for the pick up and drop off to the local repair shop, and the card holder and member services phone calls back and forth for over an hour to sort.But Rubin just breezed right in with his sincere smile, and said no problem. He even knew the name of the mechanic where the car was being towed to its destination, so Rubin had us all smiling right along with him. We felt confident as the car was loaded and hauled away. We had our car in good hands and we were able to let our worries melt away once Rubin arrived on the scene. We were made to feel comfortable and immediately and I hope when we need these tow services again, that Rubin can help us. Thank you so much Rubin. They performed essentially 60k service plus removed aftermarket towing/braking kits used for towing truck behind motorhome. All was done competently and at a reasonable price. All personnel I dealt with were friendly, courteous, and professional. Would definitely recommend them and use them again.

My vehicle had an intermittent problem which some other shops in Yuma refused to tackle when it was described to them. Accurate Automotive accepted the vehicle, and traced down the issues associated with the problem. It took some detective work on their part, but returned the vehicle in good shape. I found myself in a really bummer situation stranded in Yuma AZ on my way home to CA — 2 months pregnant with my dog in the back and my boyfriend trying to fix the car — it was a really rough day and evening ... but I called AAA and they sent Rubin to help us and he was so great. He went above and beyond to help us. The next day we ended up needing ANOTHER tow — but when we found out we had Rubin again, I automatically felt like I could breathe because I knew wed be taken care of. SOO glad I have AAA and sooo glad Rubin was sent as our technician to help us!!!

They said head gasket blown, and want 3000 dollars for head gasket. Its crazy. I went to another shop, replace all the sparks and wires, just 300 dollars work and car runs perfect. No leakage at all. What can i say

New to the yuma area so the heat this July was brutal and the ac in my 08 wrangler was not up to par. Took it in after making an appt the day before, and was told I was low on freon and had a leak. Price was reasonable and service was quick. Ac now runs great. Joe was also very polite and knowledgeable. Will go here again WHEN(not if) my jeep needs service.

I was having issues with my AC not working whatsoever. I sent an email over the weekend and first thing Monday morning I received an email back from George. He was patient and courteous. He explained that it is possible it just needs an AC service. I was thinking I would have to replace the compressor or something more serious. I dropped it off the next day in the morning. They picked me up from work before lunch that same day and the AC was fixed working perfect and all it needed was a service. Very professional and kind, I would definitely recommend.

While down in Yuma for a month from British Columbia I had a water pump go on my truck. Jumped on the Internet and looked for a local mechanic that would be reasonably priced (considering the exchange value of the repair) and who could respond quickly. Found a national organization called Repairpal that certifies high standard shops. Accurate Automotive was one of two shops identified in Yuma. They provided estimates of work which I found helpful. I messaged them and was contacted by Gene who was fantastic with his service and customer care. I had my vehicle towed and fixed by mid next day. Courtesy car picked me up and I was back to our RV site well before dinner.Cant say enough on the service I received and would recommend Accurate Automotive to anyone local or visiting Yuma who find they need service to their vehicle. Ive been to this location twice in three years (whenever Im back in town during my travels) and have referred several people I know to them. On both of my visits, the service was good, the information provided was said in terms I could understand, and best of all, the cost was right there with any other mechanic Ive ever been to... and with almost 300,000 miles on my Japanese import, Ive been to a lot of them.George, the service guy, is friendly and approachable, and as a woman, an older woman at that, its very important for me to find someone to service my car that will not rip me off, that will explain things in words I can understand, and whose service quality I can trust. Accurate Automotive has provided all of that for me and for the people Ive sent to them over the years.

Accurate Automotive Attention is in my opinion a great auto shop to take your vehicle. I was on a road trip and had a check engine light come on in the morning after staying in Yuma AZ. My vehicle is a 2005 Ford F150 with a 5.4L V8 and I have a code scanner. The code that I scanned was for a timing issue which is a fairly common issue for this motor and not a good sign. I brought my truck to them on a Thursday morning and luckily they were not busy and took my truck in immediately to check the issue. They reported to me the same code I scanned earlier in the day and started to address the problem with simpler and less expensive solutions to address the timing issue of the motor. They repalced the oil and did a flush of the engine which sadly didnt reolve the timing issue. Next they repalced the solenoids for both banks fo the motor which sadly also did not fix the timing issue. The engine was running slightly better then before, but you could feel the issue of the valves inside the engine being off on timing. They informed me that the options were to either replace the timing chain system and possibly more inside the motor (300k+ on motor) or replace my existing motor with a remanufactured motor likely costing $7,000+. I knew both of these as possible solution by looking on Google and forums and since my engine and truck was still functional decided to drive back home the 700 miles on with the timing issue and address the problem once returning home. Luckily I was able to get both my truck and myself home thanks to Accurate Automotive Attention and my day long visit with them cost me $650 and piece of mind despite the issue with my truck with high mileage. Highly recommend if in the Yuma Area.

Honesty and integrity is what this place is all about. You wont be taken advantage of here. My car was overheating this weekend and I brought it in on Monday morning. They diagnosed and fixed the problem by early afternoon. George was helpful through the whole process and kept me informed. I highly recommend this shop if youre in need of good honest work.
