2nd i have needed to have my truckPU worked on, new tires mounted and balanced, front end alignment. Work both times was quick and good, left me with a feeling that all was done and not taken advantage of. What i felt was a very fair price,great work. Thanks to sll at the shop

I appreciated their honesty about my trailer issue and worked with me on options that I could afford. They may not be cheap but I would rather pay more knowing the job was done right the first time. You get what you pay for these days and chassis dynamics delivers quality service and excellent customer care with BS. I would definitely use them again on other vehicles. They installed new axles and leaf springs on my pontoon boat trailer.

They are super. Were from Minnesota. We had our motor home aligned even though they found we had some other problems, that they are going to fix when parts come in. Very reasonable and the mechanics are super, multitaskers. Highly recommend them.

They did a great job with great customer service. I’m hard in my truck and broke a few things that needed custom work. The welding and fabrication were perfect and they even corrected and checked the shocks that 4wheel Parts put in. The shocks were too small / short for the lift I have. Can’t say enough good stuff but I can definitely recommend them! I went beck for more work the next week before I leave town. That says something too!

The only reason I didnt give them five stars is the length of time it took to get the parts and a call was not returned and the Stage 3 parts breakdown was never emailed. To be fair we did a complete suspension upgrade replacing all OEM parts and installing the Stage 3 kit on a 1997 RV so call it nitpicking. James is a stand up guy who knows what customer service really is. Gave us a good deal on the labor. So do I recommend Chassis Dynamics? 👍👍

Parts had to be ordered, because of covet took a long time to get the parts in fortunately the parts came in before we left on vacation. Very good employees easy to work with. They did everything we asked for.

These guys are geniuses! Had my motorhome in for alignment following the addition of several suspension pieces. The alignment was good but I thought the wander could be improved even more. Went back and asked for the caster to be increased and it is fantastic! Drove straight down the road even in a 17mph crosswind. Very pleased with the work James and his folks did.

So happy I found this place. My travel trailer had been wearing tires. James was awesome to deal with. Got me all fixed up. Ive sent several friends and they have all been extremely happy.

Wouldnt take my vehicles anywhere else! Knowledgeable staff and the owner is on site answering any question you might have. They got my vehicle in and out in no time. Never again..Called and explained the problems with my RV, said they could work on it. Made an appointment . Arrived on time for job on time. Had to wait at counter in sight of office personal. I must have been invisible. Finally had to get their attention, told them of my appointment. Service person came to look at RV told me he didnt think he could do it, and that five school buses that came in over night had priority over any other jobs that day.

They were courteous knew what they were talking about I recommended this place to everybody

Called and talked to James about an alignment on my rig he said bring it in at 1 pm got there at 1245 went in. He said it doesn’t take long waited and we could see that different trucks kept coming in macanics we’re taking care of instead of us finally I went an sat there he was talking to his friend or a regular customer he took care of him first not us 3 hours later I was getting upset told my husband what was going on finally he comes out and says we can’t do the alignment because of the bushing and he went inside I followed he made me wait 15 minutes 300 for the bill and didn’t align it I had already heard about this place well not again an other truck driver said you would have told me I would have told you not to go there wate of money and time😡😡

Not sure why people are saying theyve been ripped off. Brought mt wifes car for an alignment. They fixed the problem and even told me about another issue that needed to be fixed (lower control arm bushings) Im a mechanic and they did what they were supposed to do at a fair price. Thank you

I took my vehicle in for a shimmy in the front end. was quoted over $1100.00 for a fix, which was to replace the tie rod. i told the lead mechanic/manager, i didnt think so. he said, well we could get it down to about $1000 and stated that the parts alone would cost that much. again i declined and ask how much i owed for the diagnosis. 100$ said he. i ask if that included a parts list and where they were going to get the parts. he said he could do that and did., went down and picked the parts up for 126$. i called my neighborhood go to mechanic who is a pro but does side work. he came over and said there was nothing wrong with the tie rod assembly i had. i had him install the new one anyway, not knowing who was wrong, the shop or my guy. my guy was right. the new tie rod did nothing to stop the shimmy. of course the new parts couldnt be taken back after being installed, now im into the deal 100$ for the faulty diagnosis, 126$ for the parts i didnt need $50 to have the new (unnecessary) parts installed and i still have the shimmy. $276 gone.like a idiot, i go back to chassis dynamics, maybe alignment? i think the $100 can be used for work (normally is). nope, could be applied to other repairs, but not alignment. so i have it aligned anyway. another hundred bucks, but somebody in the shop finally realizes it might be a tire, they rotate the rears tires to the front, shimmy gone. steering wheel about 10 degrees off and pulls a little but am i going back? nooooooo.

Big problem, great solution. In January I had a problem with my suspensions. My Mobyrides decided to give up (the rubber used for that is really bad quality) and I needed to replace them.Chassis Dynamics, Joe, suggested to replace the Mobyrides with more conventional, steel made, suspensions. For US$ 2,200 the operation was performed.Back to Canada I realized that the equalizers of the new suspensions were not performing properly so this November I went back to CD.I was told that the warranty (90 days) was expired and I had no rights to get any free assistance. I was not happy and even less happy when I had to pay some more US$ 700 and something taking the total to a US$ ~3,000. Anyway the repair was made and I hit the road.A couple of hundred miles later I had to deal again with the suspensions that were not working as they should.Back to Chassis Dynamics, I spent 2 days while tests and attempts to fix my suspensions were made. I was not happy!!Finally George, one of the technicians, came up with the idea that the system was not balanced and started to measure everything.And here we go!Between the two sides of my 5th wheel trailer there was 1/2 difference in the position of the hangers. Cut onr of the hangers, welded it in the right position and, like magic, the suspensions were fine.This time I did not spend a single penny.I like to thank George for the dedication and experience that led to the happy ending.
