Discount tire service is above her project! I highly recommend getting the insurance on your tires. Its come in handy several times for me in the Yuma area. Theres lots of construction, which means lots of screws and nails on the road.Ive been to other tire stores in the local area and have never had the same great feeling that I always get from discount tire. I know What Im getting and Im always pleased.

Stopped in this morning for a balance/rotation. 45 mins later I left on a road trip to New Mexico only to discover the same high speed vibration. Called to confirm and sure enough they didnt balance my tires all they did was rotate them. 45 mins wasted. Had to stop again in Phoenix where I waited for three hours to get the balance done.

Tire prices are reasonable but I got a spike in the tire one week after purchasing 4 new tires didnt buy the road hazard and they pro rated it so they said but I still ended up paying 102$ for a replacement tire wheres the pro rate ?

It was fast. I was able to weigh my options, look at their inventory and make the best decision for buy 4 tires. My only wish is that the tires that I needed were in stock but I doesnt hurt to have some patience and wait for 5 days.

I have to say this Discount tire has an incredible team. They are very professional especially Isaac. He took care of my 18 year old daughter without me being there. They didnt take advantage of a young female. Since then I have bought a few sets of tires from them. Always with the same going above and beyond to make this customer happy.

I took my car in for a nail in the tire and they fixed it free of charge. They also checked the tread on my tires and found that they were low which is strange because I had just bought the car. It turns out that the dealership I got the car from had ordered new tires but forgot to put them on! Discount Tire ended up saving me a nice chunk of change and the dealership fixed their mistake. We went to Discount Tire to have a tire repaired. The employees were very pleasant, quickly repaired our tire with no attempt to suggest a néw tire instead. They completed the work quickly and for FREE even though we did not get our tires there.

Here was a group of young men who were the most polite. They recognized that the previous store had made a mistake and fixed it--no charge, thereby saving me from catastrophe. It was a very good experience and I would direct everyone there.

Discount Tire is very busy and very professional. I admired the well run operation that obviously has great leadership behind the employees. My appointment time slot was available and my car (flat repair) was serviced within minutes of arriving. I saw little things like employees remind img each other to put on safety eye wear and masking up around customers. I can tell the employees enjoy working together and with customers. Well done!

I travel with F-250 towing 33 camper full time so I need tires for my F-250 every 3 years or so. Discount tire are evrywhere so everytime I need tires this is the place！Every shop I went, they were always professional, courteous and very friendly.This shop is like other one I would recommend. I made an online appointment and thats easy.

2 and a half months of waiting for wheels. They never called me once to tell me they were going to be delayed. I always had to call them and ask.When I asked for a refund and employee claimed he was the manger and wouldnt give me a refund unless I came down to the store and talked to him. Guy wasnt a manager at all...Spoke to the manager and he agreed to give me a refund, we set up an appointment and then he didnt even come to work that day. Assistant manager convinced me to switch wheels to ones that the website said were in stock and would be at the store in 3-5 days. 3 weeks later, still no calls, I was able to get a refund.Do yourself a favor. Drive to the one on the other side of town and skip this customer service vacuum.

The Discount Tire on 32nd was a nice store. Made an appointment to get my tires rotated and balanced. Total time from arrival was roughly 45 minutes which is good. The staff was very friendly and helped me within minutes of entering the store.

Discount Tires has a great tire warranty and theyre national. The employees are nice and the facilities are clean and the A/C is nice and cool. The only thing with the business are the wait times can get lengthy for routine tire rotation. Over all I do recommend Discount Tires.

They always do a great job of caring for my tires and me. I do recommend making an appointment as they are so busy. If I hadnt had an appointment it would have been a 2 hour wait. But with the appointment the fixed the flat, checked all my tires, checked the air pressure and I was on my way within a half hour. Great people to do business with.

They air up your tires and remove and fix flats for free...You just cant beat their service. There tire prices are very competitive and the counter people are knowledgeable and not pushy. The waiting area is busy but clean.

I came in to have a second opinion on a tire that the dealership told me couldnt be repaired. Gary said they would take a look and that he was pretty sure it could be fixed no problem. These guys saved me over $200 and were so nice and helpful! About an hour wait and the nail was removed, the tires were rotated and it didnt cost me anything!

Great service. Just by chance, we were lucky enough to have the store manager provide the sales service for new tires on my trailer. He provided me with relevent options and explained pros and cons of each tire option, and never did it feel like he was trying to push the more expensive tires or up-sell. I chose tires that were in stock, and the crew got them mounted, balanced and installed in about an hour on a Saturday afternoon. The entire experience reinforced the trust Ive developed for Discount Tire over the years.

Had 9am appointment. Was an hour before they started the work. Unacceptable!

I needed new tires. Shopped around online and Discount tires had the best deal, for the tires I wanted. The tires took a little over a week to get. Everybody was nice. The store is clean, chairs are comfortable, and there is free bottled water. I took a star off because they left little blobs of grease on my wheels. I highly recommend.

I used to work in the same industry and if I couldnt help a client I would send them here. They are a great bunch of folks, helpful, personable, and professional. Plus you cant beat there great prices and Warranty! I personally, habe bought several tires from them and have ALWAYS been exceedingly happy.

As usual there all men and they dont listen, I told them I have hand controls on my car and I would drive it into and out of the bay, but no they had someone drive it in but then did get wise when it came time to drive it out and asked me to do it. Otherwise the service has been good.

I found my tires online but called to book and reserve them. Gary helped me with that and was also there when I went in on the day. In, processed, 4 truck tires installed and out in 40 mins. Staff was professional, courteous and efficient. Would definite buy from them again.
